< 1 Corinthians 2 >

1 When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence of speech or wisdom as I proclaimed hidden truths about God.
Nangmih a venna ka law awh, Koeinaakhqi, pau thainaak, cyihnaak ak sang soeih ing Khawsak awi nangmih a venawh ap khy law pyi nyng.
2 For I decided to know nothing when I was among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
Nangmih a venawh ka awm awh ce Jesu Khrih ingkaw a thinglam awi am awhtaw ikawm sim aham am poek nyng.
3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
Nangmih a venna ka law awh tha a awm kaana kqih doe ingkaw thyn doena ni ka law.
4 And my message and my proclamation were not with persuasive words of wisdom. Instead, they were with the demonstration of the Spirit and of power,
Kak awih kqawn ingkaw awi ka nik kqawn law peek khqi awm cyihnaak ingkaw thlanghqing ak kawtlaak na ap kqawn nyng, Myihla thaawmnaak ing ni kak kqawn law,
5 so that your faith might not be in the wisdom of humans, but in the power of God.
nangmih ak cangnaak taw thlanghqing a cyihnaak awh am hang nawh, Khawsa ak thaawmnaak awh ni ang hang hy.
6 Now we do speak wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this world, or of the rulers of this age, who are passing away. (aiōn g165)
Hqamcakhqi venna taw cyihnaak awi ce kqawn nyng, cehlai khawmdek cyihnaak awi amni, ve khawmdek ukkung ak qeeng hly khqi ak awicyih awm am ni; (aiōn g165)
7 Instead, we speak God's wisdom in hidden truth, the hidden wisdom that God predestined before the ages for our glory. (aiōn g165)
Khawsa ak awicyih awihyp, thuh na ak awm, ni boeimangnaak a hamna Khawsa ing khawmdek a syn hlan awhkawng a hoep cee hawh awi ni. (aiōn g165)
8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
Cece u khawmdek ukkung pynoet ca ingawm ce a cyihnaak ce am sim uhy, ami sim mantaw boeimangnaak Bawipa ce thinglam awh am tai voei uh. (aiōn g165)
9 But as it is written, “Things that no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has imagined, the things that God has prepared for those who love him.”
Cehlai, Mik ing ama huh khawi, haa ing amang zaak khawi ingkaw, kawlung ing amak poek khawi ce amah ing a lungnaak thlangkhqi ham Khawsa ing qoek a bah pe hawh hy.” tinawh qeena awm hy.
10 These are the things that God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the deep things of God.
Khawsa ing ningnih a venawh amah ang Myihla ak caming dang law sak hawh hy. Myihla ing ik-oeih boeih ce sui hy, Khawsa a koe ak dung soeih awm sui hy.
11 For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of the person in him? So also, no one knows the deep things of God except the Spirit of God.
Ak khuiawh thlanghqing myihla awm kaana thlanghqing ak kawpoek ak sim u nu ak awm? Cemyih lawtna Khawsang Myihla kaana u ingawm Khawsa ak poeknaak ce am sim hy.
12 But we did not receive the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we might know the things freely given to us by God.
Ningmih ing ve khawmdek myihla amni hu unawh Khawsa ing a zoena a ni peek ce ning zaksimnaak thai aham Khawsa ven awhkaw Myihla ni ni huh uh hy.
13 We speak about these things in words that man's wisdom cannot teach, but which the Spirit teaches us. The Spirit interprets spiritual words with spiritual wisdom.
Ve ni ka mik kqawn hy, thlanghqing a cyih thoemnaak ing a ni cawngpyi am nawh, myihla awitak ce myihla ak awi ing myihla a cawngpyinaak amyihna kqawn unyng.
14 The unspiritual person does not receive the things that belong to the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him. He cannot know them because they are spiritually discerned.
Myihla amak ta thlang ing Khawsang Myihla a venawh kawng ak law ce am do thai hy, anih aham taw cekkhqi ce qawnaak na awm hy, Myihla ben nakaw na a awm adawngawh, ang zaak na awm am zasim thai hy.
15 The one who is spiritual judges all things, but he is not subject to the judgment of others.
Myihla thlang ingtaw a soep hoei sim hy, cehlai anih ce u ingawm am sim thai uhy.
16 “For who can know the mind of the Lord, that he can instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
U ing nu Khawsak kawlung ce sim nawh anih ce awi ak kqawn peek thai? Cehlai kaimih ingtaw Khrih ak kawlung ta unyng.
