< 1 Chronicles 29 >
1 King David said to the whole assembly, “Solomon my son, whom alone God has chosen, is still young and inexperienced, and the task is great. For the temple is not for people but for Yahweh God.
Le hoe t’i Davide mpanjaka amy valobohòkey: Mbe tora’e naho maleme t’i Selomò anako, i tokan-dahy jinobon’ Añaharey, vaho ra’elahy i asay; amy te tsy ho a’ ondaty i anjombay, fa ho a’ Iehovà Andrianañahare.
2 So I have done my best to provide for the temple of my God. I am giving gold for the things to be made of gold, silver for the things to be made of silver, bronze for the things to be made of bronze, iron for the things to be made of iron, and wood for the things to be made of wood. I am also giving onyx stones, stones to be set, stones for inlaid work of various colors—all kinds of precious stones—and marble stone in abundance.
Ie amy zao fa nihajarieko an-kaozarako iaby o ho amy anjomban’ Añahareio, ty volamena ho amo raha volamenao naho ty volafoty ho amo raha volafotio naho torisike ho amo raha torisikeo, ty viñe ho amo raha viñeo vaho ty hatae ho amo raha hataeo; ty vato sohame naho vato hampireketeñe, ty vato mipelatse, sindre volo’e naho vato soa maro karaza’e vaho marbre tsifotofoto.
3 Now, because of my delight in the house of my God, I am giving my personal treasure of gold and silver for it. I am doing this in addition to all that I have prepared for this holy temple:
Tovo izay, kanao amy anjomban’ Añaharekoy ty fikokoako, le ty varako volamena naho volafoty, hene hatoloko amy anjomban’ Añaharekoy, ambone’ ze he’e hinajariko ho a i anjomba masiñey,

volamena telo arivo talenta, volamena boak’e Ofire naho volafoty natranake, fito arivo talenta, hampipakorañe o rindri’ o anjombaoo;
5 I am donating gold for the things to be made of gold, and silver for the things to be made of silver, and things for all kinds of work to be done by craftsmen. Who else wants to make a contribution to Yahweh today and give himself to him?”
volamena ho amo raha volamenao naho volafoty ho amo raha volafotio naho ho amy ze satam-pitoloñañe ho ranjiem-pità’ o mpitseneo. Ia arè ty hanolo-batañe an-joton-troke hamìke ho am’ Iehovà te anito?
6 Then freewill offerings were made by the leaders of their ancestors' families, the leaders of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and hundreds, and by the officials over the king's work.
Aa le nanolotse an-tsatrin’ arofo o talèn’ anjomban-droae’eo naho o mpiaolom-pifokoa’ Israeleo naho o mpifelek’ arivo naho zatoo vaho o mpisarin-tolon-draha’ i mpanjakaio;
7 They gave for the service of God's house five thousand talents and ten thousand darics of gold, ten thousand talents of silver, eighteen thousand talents of bronze, and 100,000 talents of iron.
natolo’ iereo amy fitoroñañe i anjomban’ Añahareiy ty volamena talenta lime arivo naho bogady rai-ale naho volafoty talenta rai-ale naho torisike talenta rai-ale-tsi-valo-arivo vaho viñe talenta rai-hetse.
8 Those who had precious stones gave them to the treasury of Yahweh's house, under the supervision of Jehiel, a descendant of Gershon.
Le ze nanjoàñe vatosoa ro nanolotse amy fañajàm-baran’ anjomba’ Iehovày, ambanem-pità’ Iekiale nte-Gersone.
9 The people rejoiced because of these freewill offerings, because they had contributed wholeheartedly to Yahweh. King David also rejoiced greatly.
Nirebeke ondatio amy te nanolotse an-tsatrin’ arofo; le an-kaliforan-troke ty nanolora’ iareo am’ Iehovà; vaho nandia taroba an-drebeke ka t’i Davide mpanjaka.
10 David blessed Yahweh in front of all the assembly. He said, “May you be praised, Yahweh, God of Israel our ancestor, forever and ever.
Aa le nañandriañe Iehovà t’i Davide añatrefa’ i valobohòkey, le hoe t’i Davide: Andriañen-dRehe ry Iehovà Andrianañahare’ Israele Rae’ay, nainai’e donia.
11 Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. For all that is in the heavens and on the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, Yahweh, and you are exalted as ruler over all.
Azo ry Iehovà, ty hajabahinake naho ty haozarañe naho ty engeñe naho ty fandrebahañe naho ty volonahetse; Eka, Azo iaby o andikerañeo naho o an-tane atoio; Azo ty fifeheañe ry Iehovà, Ihe ro onjoneñe ambone’ ze he’e.
12 Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all people. In your hand is power and might. You possess the strength and might to make people great and to give strength to anyone.
Songa boak’ ama’o ty vara naho ty asiñe naho kila fehe’o; am-pità’o ty haozarañe naho ty hafatrarañe; naho am-pità’o ty fañonjonañe vaho ty fanoloran-kaozarañe am’ iabikey.
13 Now then, our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name.
Aa le mañandriañe Azo zahay henanekeo ry Andrianañahare, mibango ty tahina’o lifots’ engeñe.
14 But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly these things? Indeed, all things come from you, and we have simply given back to you what is yours.
Ia v’o rahoo, ia ondatikoo, t’ie nahafanolotse an-joton-troke manahak’ itoañe? Toe kila boak’ ama’o vaho o hirik’ am-pita’oo ro anolora’ay ama’o.
15 For we are strangers and travelers before you, as all our ancestors were. Our days on the earth are like a shadow, and there is no hope of remaining on earth.
Mpañialo añatrefa’o zahay, renetane manahak’ an-droae’ay iaby; hoe talinjo o andro’ay an-tane atoio vaho tsy aman-ko tamañe.
16 Yahweh our God, all this wealth that we have collected in order to build a temple to honor your holy name—it comes from you and belongs to you.
Ry Iehovà, Andrianañahare’ay, boak’ am-pità’o ze hene vara nihentseñe’ay hañamboara’ay anjomba i tahina’o masiñey, fa Azo ze he’e.
17 I know also, my God, that you examine the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things, and now I look with joy as your people who are present here willingly offer gifts to you.
Apotako ka ry Andrianañahareko, te Ihe ro mpitsok’ arofo naho mahafale Azo ty havantañañe. Aa naho izaho, an-kazavan-troko ty nisatriako tolotse i iaby zay; ie henaneo, le treako an-kafaleañe te songa nanolotse ama’o an-joton’ arofo ondati’o miatrekeo.
18 Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel—our ancestors—keep this forever in the thoughts of the minds of your people. Direct their hearts toward you.

19 Give to Solomon my son a wholehearted desire to keep your commandments, your covenant decrees, and your statutes, and to carry out all these plans to build the palace for which I have made provision.”
Le atoloro amy Selomò anako, ty troke ki’e haha-ambeñe o lili’oo, o taro’oo, o fañè’oo, hanoe’e vaho hamboare’e i Anjomba hinajarikoy.
20 David said to all the assembly, “Now bless Yahweh your God.” All the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their ancestors, bowed their heads and worshiped Yahweh and prostrated themselves before the king.
Le hoe t’i Davide amy valobohòke iabiy, Andriaño henaneo t’Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo. Le songa nañandriañe Iehovà Andrianañaharen-droae’ iareo i valobohòkey, nampiondreke o añ’ ambone’ iareoo vaho niambane am’ Iehovà naho amy mpanjakay.

22 On that day, they ate and drank before Yahweh with great celebration. They made Solomon, David's son, king a second time, and anointed him with Yahweh's authority to be ruler. They also anointed Zadok to be priest.

23 Then Solomon sat on Yahweh's throne as king instead of David his father. He prospered, and all Israel obeyed him.
Aa le niambesatse am-piambesa’ Iehovà eo ty Selomò ho mpanjaka handimbe an-drae’e Davide, le niraorao; vaho hene nañaoñ’ aze t’Israele.

27 David had been king of Israel for forty years. He ruled for seven years in Hebron and for thirty-three years in Jerusalem.
O andro nifehea’e Israeleo, le efa-polo taoñe; fito taoñe ty nifeleha’e e Kebrone ao vaho taoñe telopolo-telo’ amby ty nifehea’e e Ierosalaime ao.
