1 Chronicles 25

1 David and the leaders of the army selected some of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun to prophesy with harps, with stringed instruments, and with cymbals. Here is the list of the men who performed this service:

௧மேலும் சுரமண்டலங்களாலும், தம்புருக்களாலும் கைத்தாளங்களாலும், தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற ஆசாப், ஏமான், எதுத்தூன் என்பவர்களின் மகன்களில் சிலரை, தாவீதும் தேவாலய சேனைகளின் பிரபுக்களும் ஊழியத்திற்கென்று பிரித்துவைத்தார்கள்; தங்கள் ஊழியத்தின் செய்கைக்குக் குறித்துவைக்கப்பட்ட மனிதர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையாவது:

2 From the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah, the sons of Asaph, under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the king's supervision.

௨ராஜாவுடைய கட்டளையின்படித் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற ஆசாப்பினிடத்திலிருக்கிற, ஆசாப்பின் மகன்களில் சக்கூர், யோசேப்பு, நெதானியா, அஷாரேலா என்பவர்களும்,

3 From the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six in all, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who played the harp for giving thanks and praising Yahweh.

௩யெகோவாவைப் போற்றித் துதித்துத் தீர்க்கதரிசனம் சொல்லுகிற தங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய எதுத்தூனினிடம் சுரமண்டலங்களை வாசிக்க, எதுத்தூனின் மகன்களாகிய கெதலியா, சேரீ, எஷாயா, அஷபியா, மத்தித்தியா என்னும் ஆறுபேரும்,

4 From the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shubael, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.

௪கொம்பைத் தொனிக்கச்செய்ய, தேவனுடைய காரியத்தில் ராஜாவுக்கு தீர்க்கதரிசியான வாலிபனாகிய ஏமானின் மகன்களான புக்கியா, மத்தனியா, ஊசியேல், செபுவேல், எரிமோத், அனனியா, அனானி, எலியாத்தா, கிதல்தி, ரொமந்தியேசர், யோஸ்பெகாஷா, மலோத்தி, ஒத்திர், மகாசியோத் என்பவர்களுமே.

5 All these were the sons of Heman the king's prophet. God gave Heman fourteen sons and three daughters to lift up his horn.

௫இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் ஏமானின் மகன்களாக இருந்தார்கள்; தேவன் ஏமானுக்குப் பதினான்கு மகன்களையும் மூன்று மகள்களையும் கொடுத்தார்.

6 All these were under the direction of their fathers. They were musicians in Yahweh's house, with cymbals and stringed instruments as they served in God's house. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the king's supervision.

௬இவர்கள் அனைவரும் ராஜாவுடைய கட்டளைப்படிக் யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்தில் தாளங்கள் தம்புருக்கள் சுரமண்டலங்களாகிய கீதவாத்தியம் வாசிக்க, தேவனுடைய ஆலயத்தின் ஊழியமாக அவரவர் தங்கள் தங்கள் தகப்பன்மார்களாகிய ஆசாப், எதுத்தூன், ஏமான் என்பவர்களிடத்தில் இருந்தார்கள்.

7 They and their brothers who were skilled and trained to make music to Yahweh numbered 288.

௭யெகோவாவைப் பாடும் பாட்டுகளைக் கற்றுக்கொண்டு, திறமைவாய்ந்தவர்கள் தங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களோடு அவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கைக்கு இருநூற்று எண்பத்தெட்டுப்பேர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்.

8 They cast lots for their duties, all alike, the same for the young as well as the old, the teacher as well as the student.

௮அவர்களில் சிறியவனும் பெரியவனும், ஆசானும், மாணவனும், சரிசமமாக முறைவரிசைக்காக சீட்டு போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.

9 Now regarding Asaph's sons: The first lot fell to Joseph's family; the second fell to Gedaliah's family, twelve persons in number;

௯முதலாவது சீட்டு ஆசாப் வம்சமான யோசேப்பின் குடும்பத்தில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கும், இரண்டாவது கெதலியா குடும்பத்தில், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள், அவனுடைய மகன்கள் என்றும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

10 the third fell to Zaccur, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧0மூன்றாவது சக்கூர், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

11 the fourth fell to Izri, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௧நான்காவது இஸ்ரி, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

12 the fifth fell to Nethaniah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௨ஐந்தாவது நெதானியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

13 the sixth fell to Bukkiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௩ஆறாவது புக்கியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

14 the seventh fell to Jesarelah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௪ஏழாவது எசரேலா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

15 the eighth fell to Jeshaiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௫எட்டாவது எஷாயா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

16 the ninth fell to Mattaniah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௬ஒன்பதாவது மத்தனியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

17 the tenth fell to Shimei, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௭பத்தாவது சிமேயா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

18 the eleventh fell to Azarel, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௮பதினோராவது அசாரியேல், அவனுடைய மகன்கள் அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

19 the twelfth fell to Hashabiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௧௯பன்னிரண்டாவது அஷாபியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

20 the thirteenth fell to Shubael, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨0பதின்மூன்றாவது சுபவேல், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

21 the fourteenth fell to Mattithiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௧பதினான்காவது மத்தித்தியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

22 the fifteenth fell to Jerimoth, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௨பதினைந்தாவது எரேமோத், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

23 the sixteenth fell to Hananiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௩பதினாறாவது அனனியா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

24 the seventeenth fell to Joshbekashah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௪பதினேழாவது யோஸ்பேக்காஷா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

25 the eighteenth fell to Hanani, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௫பதினெட்டாவது அனானி, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

26 the nineteenth fell to Mallothi, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௬பத்தொன்பதாவது மலோத்தி, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

27 the twentieth fell to Eliathah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௭இருபதாவது எலியாத்தா, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

28 the twenty-first fell to Hothir, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௮இருபத்தோராவது ஒத்திர், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

29 the twenty-second fell to Giddalti, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௨௯இருபத்திரண்டாவது கிதல்தி, அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

30 the twenty-third fell to Mahazioth, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

௩0இருபத்துமூன்றாவது மகாசியோத், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும்,

31 the twenty-fourth fell to Romamti-Ezer, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number.

௩௧இருபத்துநான்காவது ரொமந்தியேசர், அவனுடைய மகன்கள், அவனுடைய சகோதரர்கள் என்னும் பன்னிரெண்டு நபர்களுக்கும் விழுந்தது.
