1 Chronicles 24
1 The work groups based on Aaron's descendants were these: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
௧ஆரோன் சந்ததிகளின் பிரிவுகளாவன: ஆரோனின் மகன்கள் நாதாப், அபியூ, எலெயாசார், இத்தாமார் என்பவர்கள்.
2 Nadab and Abihu died before their father died. They had no children, so Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests.
௨நாதாபும், அபியூவும் மகன்கள் இல்லாமல் தங்களுடைய தகப்பனுக்கு முன்னே இறந்ததால் எலெயாசாரும் இத்தாமாரும் ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்தார்கள்.
3 David, together with Zadok, a descendant of Eleazar, and Ahimelech, a descendant of Ithamar, divided them into groups for their work as priests.
௩தாவீது சாதோக்கைக்கொண்டு எலெயாசாரின் சந்ததிகளையும், அகிமெலேக்கைக்கொண்டு இத்தாமாரின் சந்ததிகளையும் அவர்கள் செய்யவேண்டிய ஊழியத்திற்கு முறைப்படி அவர்களைப் பிரித்தான்.
4 There were more leading men among Eleazar's descendants than among Ithamar's descendants, so they divided Eleazar's descendants into sixteen groups. They did this by heads of clans and by Ithamar's descendants. These divisions were eight in number, corresponding to their clans.
௪அவர்களைப் பிரிக்கிறபோது, இத்தாமாரின் சந்ததிகளைவிட எலெயாசாரின் சந்ததிகளுக்குள்ளே தலைவர்கள் அதிகமானபேர் இருந்ததால், எலெயாசாரின் மகன்களில் பதினாறுபேர் தங்களுடைய பிதாக்களுடைய குடும்பத்திற்கும், இத்தாமாரின் மகன்களில் எட்டுபேர் தங்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய குடும்பத்திற்கும் தலைவர்களாக வைக்கப்பட்டார்கள்.
5 They divided them impartially by lot, for there were holy officials and officials of God, from both Eleazar's descendants and Ithamar's descendants.
௫எலெயாசாரின் சந்ததியாரிலும் இத்தாமாரின் சந்ததியாரிலும், பரிசுத்த இடத்திற்கும், தேவனுக்கு அடுத்த காரியங்களில் பிரபுக்களாக இருக்கும்படி, இவர்களுக்கும் அவர்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம்செய்யாமல் சீட்டுப்போட்டு அவர்களைப் பிரித்தார்கள்.
6 Shemaiah son of Nethanel the scribe, a Levite, wrote down their names in the presence of the king, the officials, Zadok the priest, Ahimelech son of Abiathar, and the leaders of the priestly and Levite families. One clan was drawn by lot from Eleazar's descendants, and then the next would be drawn from Ithamar's descendants.
௬லேவியர்களில் எழுத்தாளனாகிய செமாயா என்னும் நெதனெயேலின் மகன், ராஜாவுக்கும், பிரபுக்களுக்கும், ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்குக்கும், அபியத்தாரின் மகனாகிய அகிமெலேக்குக்கும், ஆசாரியர்களும் லேவியர்களுமான குடும்பத்தார்களின் தலைவர்களுக்கு முன்பாக அவர்கள் பெயர்களை எழுதினான்; ஒரு குடும்பத்தின் சீட்டு எலெயாசாரின் சந்ததிக்கு விழுந்தது; பின்பு அப்படியே இத்தாமாருக்கும் விழுந்தது.
7 The first lot went to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,
௭முதலாவது சீட்டு யோயாரீபிற்கும், இரண்டாவது யெதாயாவிற்கும்,
8 the third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
௮மூன்றாவது ஆரிமிற்கும், நான்காவது செயோரீமிற்கும்,
9 the fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,
௯ஐந்தாவது மல்கியாவிற்கும், ஆறாவது மியாமீனிற்கும்,
10 the seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,
௧0ஏழாவது அக்கோத்சிற்கும், எட்டாவது அபியாவிற்கும்,
11 the ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
௧௧ஒன்பதாவது யெசுவாவிற்கும், பத்தாவது செக்கனியாவிற்கும்,
12 the eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,
௧௨பதினோராவது எலியாசிபிற்கும், பன்னிரெண்டாவது யாக்கீமிற்கும்,
13 the thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,
௧௩பதின்மூன்றாவது உப்பாவிற்கும், பதினான்காவது எசெபெயாபிற்கும்,
14 the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,
௧௪பதினைந்தாவது பில்காவிற்கும், பதினாறாவது இம்மேரிற்கும்,
15 the seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Happizzez,
௧௫பதினேழாவது ஏசீரிற்கும், பதினெட்டாவது அப்சேசிற்கும்,
16 the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezkel,
௧௬பத்தொன்பதாவது பெத்தகியாவிற்கும், இருபதாவது எகெசெக்கியேலிற்கும்,
17 the twenty-first to Jakin, the twenty-second to Gamul,
௧௭இருபத்தோராவது யாகினிற்கும், இருபத்திரண்டாவது காமுவேலிற்கும்,
18 the twenty-third to Delaiah, and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.
௧௮இருபத்துமூன்றாவது தெலாயாவிற்கும், இருபத்துநான்காவது மாசியாவிற்கும் விழுந்தது.
19 This was the order of their service, when they came into Yahweh's house, following the procedure given to them by Aaron their ancestor, as Yahweh, the God of Israel, had instructed him.
௧௯இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா அவர்களுடைய தகப்பனாகிய ஆரோனுக்குக் கற்பித்தபடியே, அவர்கள் அவனுடைய கட்டளையின்படி, தங்கள் செயல்முறை வரிசைகளில் யெகோவாவுடைய ஆலயத்திற்குள் நுழையும் அவர்களுடைய ஊழியத்திற்காகச் செய்யப்பட்ட வகுப்புகள் இவைகளே.
20 These were the rest of the descendants of Levi: Of the sons of Amram, Shubael; of the sons of Shubael, Jehdeiah.

21 As for Rehabiah, the sons of Rehabiah: Ishijah the leader.
௨௧ரெகபியாவின் சந்ததியில் மூத்தவனாகிய இஷியாவும்,
22 From the Izharites: Shelomoth; from the sons of Shelomoth: Jahath.
௨௨இத்சாரியர்களில் செலெமோத்தும், செலெமோத்தின் சந்ததியில் யாகாத்தும்,
23 The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the leader, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, and Jekameam the fourth.
௨௩எப்ரோனின் சந்ததியில் மூத்தவனாகிய எரியாவும், இரண்டாம் மகனாகிய அமரியாவும், மூன்றாம் மகனாகிய யாகாசியேலும், நான்காம் மகனாகிய எக்காமியாமும்,
24 The son of Uzziel: Micah; from the sons of Micah: Shamir.
௨௪ஊசியேலின் சந்ததியில் மீகாவும், மீகாவின் சந்ததியில் சாமீரும்,
25 The brother of Micah: Ishijah. From the sons of Ishijah: Zechariah.
௨௫மீகாவின் சகோதரனாகிய இஷியாவும், இஷியாவின் மகன்களில் சகரியாவும்,
26 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi; from the son of Jaaziah: Beno.
௨௬மெராரியின் சந்ததியில் மகேலி, மூசி என்பவர்களும், யாசியாவின் சந்ததியில் பேனோவும்,
27 The sons of Merari from Jaaziah: Beno, Shoham, Zaccur, and Ibri.
௨௭மெராரியின் சந்ததியில் யாசியாவின் சந்ததியில் பேனோ, சோகாம், சக்கூர், இப்ரி என்பவர்களும்,
28 From Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.
௨௮மகேலியின் சந்ததியில் மகன்களில்லாத எலெயாசாரும்,
29 From Kish: The son of Kish: Jerahmeel.
௨௯கீசின் சந்ததியில் யெராமியேலும்,
30 The sons of Mushi: Mahli, Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the Levites, listed by their families.
௩0மூசியின் சந்ததியில் மகலி, ஏதேர், எரிமோத் என்பவர்களுமாகிய இவர்கள் தங்கள் தகப்பன்மார்களுடைய குடும்பங்களின்படியே வரிசைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட லேவியர்கள் இவர்களே.
31 These men who were the head of each father's house and each of their younger brothers, cast lots in the presence of King David, and Zadok and Ahimelech, along with the leaders of the families of the priests and Levites. They cast lots just as Aaron's descendants had done.
௩௧இவர்களும் ராஜாவாகிய தாவீதுக்கும் சாதோக்குக்கும் அகிமெலேக்குக்கும் ஆசாரியர்களிலும் லேவியர்களிலும் குடும்பத் தலைவர்களாக இருக்கிற தலைவர்களுக்கும் முன்பாக, தங்கள் சகோதரர்களாகிய ஆரோனின் சந்ததி செய்ததுபோல, தங்களில் இருக்கிற குடும்பத் தலைவர்களான தலைவர்களுக்கும், அவர்களுடைய சிறிய சகோதரர்களுக்கும் சரிசமமாக சீட்டு போட்டுக்கொண்டார்கள்.
