1 What preferment then hath the Iewe? other what a vauntageth circumcision?

2 Surely very moche. Fyrst vnto them was committed the worde of God
Amekhaih congca oh: lokpui koekah, Sithaw lok to nihcae khaeah pakuemsak pongah amekhaih oh.
3 What then though some of them did not beleve? shall their vnbeleve make the promes of god with out effecte?
Thoemto kaminawk mah tang o ai nahaeloe kawbangmaw om o tih? Katang ai nihcae khosakhaih mah Sithaw oep ohhaih to amrosak maw?
4 God forbid. Let god be true and all men lyars as it is written: That thou myghtest be iustifyed in thy sayinge and shuldest overcome when thou arte iudged.
To tiah na ai ni: ue, Na thuih ih lok pongah toenghaih na hnu tih, lokcaekhaih na tongh naah na pazawk tih, tiah tarik ih oh baktih toengah, kami boih lok amlai o cadoeh, Sithaw loe loktang ah oh.
5 Yf oure vnrightewesnes make the rightewesnes of God more excellent: what shall we saye? Is God vnrighteous which taketh vengeauce? I speake after the maner of me.
Toe aicae sethaih mah Sithaw toenghaih to amtuengsak nahaeloe, kawbangmaw a thuih o han? Aicae danpaek Sithaw loe toeng ai ah maw oh? (Kami baktiah ni lok ka thuih)
6 God forbid. For how then shall God iudge the worlde?

7 Yf the veritie of God appere moare excellent thorow my lye vnto his prayse why am I hence forth iudged as a synner?

8 and saye not rather (as men evyll speake of vs and as some affirme that we saye) let vs do evyll that good maye come therof. Whose damnacion is iuste.

9 What saye we then? Are we better then they? No in no wyse. For we have all ready proved how that both Iewes and Gentils are all vnder synne

10 as it is writte: There is none righteous no not one:

11 There is none that vnderstondith there is none yt seketh after God
kathaih kop kami mi doeh om ai, Sithaw pakrong kami mi doeh om ai.
12 they are all gone out of ye waye they are all made vnprofytable ther is none that doeth good no not one.
Nihcae loe loklam amkhraeng o boih boeh, nihcae loe tidoeh avang o ai boeh; kahoih hmuen sah kami mi doeh om ai, om ai, maeto doeh om ai.
13 Their throte is an open sepulchre with their tounges they have disceaved: the poyson of Aspes is vnder their lippes.
Nihcae ih aqawnh loe taprong baktiah amongh moe, palai hoiah alinghaih lok to thuih o; nihcae ih pahni ah pahui kasoe to oh:
14 Whose mouthes are full of coursynge and bitternes.
nihcae ih pakha loe tangoenghaih hoi kakhaa lok hoiah koi:
15 Their fete are swyfte to sheed bloud.
athii palong hanah karangah khok takanh o;
16 Destruccion and wretchednes are in their wayes.
a caeh o haih loklam ah amrohaih hoi patangkhanghaih to oh:
17 And the waye of peace they have not knowen.
monghaih loklam nihcae mah panoek o ai:
18 There is no feare of God before their eyes.
nihcae mik ah Sithaw zithaih roe om ai, tiah Cabu thungah tarik ih oh.
19 Ye and we knowe that whatsoever ye lawe sayth he sayth it to them which are vnder the lawe. That all mouthes maye be stopped and all the worlde be subdued to god
Kami boih mah lok apae ai ah oh moe, long kaminawk boih Sithaw hmaa ah lokcaek thai hanah, kaalok mah thuih ih hmuennawk boih loe kaalok thungah kaom kaminawk han ih ni thuih, tito vaihi a panoek o boeh.
20 because that by ye dedes of the lawe shall no flesshe be iustified in the sight of God. For by the lawe commeth the knowledge of synne.
Kaalok mah zaehaih amtuengsak pongah, mi kawbaktih doeh kaalok pazuihaih rang hoiah Anih hmaa ah toenghaih hnu mak ai.
21 Now verely is ye rigtewesnes that cometh of God declared without the fulfillinge of ye lawe havinge witnes yet of ye lawe and of the Prophetes.
Toe vaihi loe kaalok hoi tahmaanawk ih lok mah hnukung ah oh boeh, Sithaw toenghaih loe kaalok pazuihaih hoiah om ai;
22 The rightewesnes no dout which is good before God cometh by ye fayth of Iesus Christ vnto all and vpon all that beleve. Ther is no differece:
Sithaw toenghaih loe, kaminawk boih hoi tanghaih tawn kaminawk boih hanah, Jesu Kri tanghaih rang hoiah ni oh; mi kawbaktih doeh lahhaih om ai boeh:
23 for all have synned and lacke the prayse yt is of valoure before God:
kami boih zae o boeh moe, Sithaw lensawkhaih to hnu o thai ai boeh;
24 but are iustified frely by his grace through the redemcion that is in Christ Iesu
atho paek ai ah Kri Jesu mah akranghaih hoi a tahmenhaih rang hoiah ni toenghaih to a hnuk o:
25 whom God hath made a seate of mercy thorow faith in his bloud to shewe ye rightewesnes which before him is of valoure in yt he forgeveth ye synnes yt are passed which God dyd suffre
Anih patangkhanghaih rang hoiah canghnii ah sak ih zaehaihnawk loe Sithaw mah tahmen boeh; a toenghaih to amtuengsak hanah, anih tanghaih rang hoiah, Angmah ih athii hoiah aicae zuengah tahmen hnikhaih angbawnhaih sak hanah, Sithaw mah to tiah sak boeh.
26 to shewe at this tyme ye rightewesnes yt is alowed of him yt he myght be couted iuste and a iustifiar of him which belevith on Iesus.
Anih loe katoeng kami ah oh, Jesu tanghaih tawn kaminawk toenghaih hnuksak hanah, a toenghaih to vaihi amtuengsak boeh.
27 Where is then thy reioysinge? It is excluded. By what lawe? by ye lawe of workes? Naye: but by the lawe of fayth.
To tiah nahaeloe amoekhaih loe naa ah maw oh boeh? Amoekhaih loe anghmaat ving boeh. Kawbaktih kaalok pongah maw anghmaat ving? Toksakhaih hoiah maw anghmaat? Toksakhaih hoiah na ai ni; kaalok tanghaih rang hoiah ni.
28 For we suppose that a man is iustified by fayth without the dedes of ye lawe.
To pongah, kami loe kaalok pazui pongah na ai, tanghaih rang hoiah ni toenghaih to hnuk, tito a panoek o.
29 Is he the God of the Iewes only? Is he not also the God of the Gentyls? Yes eve of the Gentyles also.
Anih loe Judahnawk ih Sithaw khue maw? Gentelnawk ih Sithaw ah doeh om ai maw? Ue, Gentelnawk ih Sithaw ah doeh oh.
30 For it is God only which iustifieth circumcision which is of fayth and vncircumcision thorow fayth.
Sithaw loe maeto ah oh pongah, anih mah tangyat hin aat kami to tanghaih rang hoiah ni toenghaih to hnusak ueloe, tangyat hin aat ai kami doeh tanghaih rang hoiah ni toenghaih to hnusak tih.
31 Do we then destroye the lawe thorow fayth? God forbid. But we rather mayntayne the lawe.
To tiah nahaeloe tanghaih rang hoiah aicae mah kaalok a phraek o maw? A phrae o ai, ue, kaalok to ni a cak o sak aep.
