< Genesis 44 >

1 And he commaunded the rueler of his house saynge: fyll the mens sackes with food as moch as they can carie
and to command [obj] which upon house: home his to/for to say to fill [obj] sack [the] human food like/as as which be able [emph?] to lift: bear and to set: put silver: money man: anyone in/on/with lip sack his
2 and put euery mans money in his bagge mouth and put my syluer cuppe in the sackes mouth of the yongest and his corne money also. And he dyd as Ioseph had sayde.
and [obj] cup my cup [the] silver: money to set: put in/on/with lip sack [the] small: young and [obj] silver: money grain his and to make: do like/as word Joseph which to speak: speak
3 And in ye mornynge as soone as it was lighte the me were let goo with their asses.
[the] morning to light and [the] human to send: depart they(masc.) and donkey their
4 And when they were out of the cytie and not yet ferre awaye Ioseph sayde vnto the ruelar of his house: vp and folowe after the men and ouertake them and saye vnto them: wherefore haue ye rewarded euell for good?
they(masc.) to come out: come [obj] [the] city not to remove and Joseph to say to/for which upon house: household his to arise: rise to pursue after [the] human and to overtake them and to say to(wards) them to/for what? to complete distress: evil underneath: instead welfare
5 is that not the cuppe of which my lorde drynketh ad doth he not prophesie therin? ye haue euell done that ye haue done.
not this which to drink lord my in/on/with him and he/she/it to divine to divine in/on/with him be evil which to make: do
6 And he ouertoke them and sayde the same wordes vnto them.
and to overtake them and to speak: speak to(wards) them [obj] [the] word [the] these
7 And they answered him: wherfore sayth my lorde soch wordes? God forbydd that thy servauntes shulde doo so.
and to say to(wards) him to/for what? to speak: speak lord my like/as Chronicles [the] these forbid to/for servant/slave your from to make: do like/as Chronicles [the] this
8 Beholde the money which we founde in oure sackes mouthes we brought agayne vnto the out of the lande of Canaa: how then shulde we steale out of my lordes house ether syluer or golde?
look! silver: money which to find in/on/with lip sack our to return: return to(wards) you from land: country/planet Canaan and how? to steal from house: home lord your silver: money or gold
9 with whosoeuer of thy seruauntes it be founde let him dye and let vs also be my lordes bondmen.
which to find with him from servant/slave your and to die and also we to be to/for lord my to/for servant/slave
10 And he sayde: Now therfore acordynge vnto youre woordes he with whom it is found shalbe my seruaunte: but ye shalbe harmelesse.
and to say also now like/as word: speaking your so he/she/it which to find with him to be to/for me servant/slave and you(m. p.) to be innocent
11 And attonce euery man toke downe his sacke to the grounde ad every man opened his sacke.
and to hasten and to go down man: anyone [obj] sack his land: soil [to] and to open man: anyone sack his
12 And he serched and began at the eldest and left at the yongest. And the cuppe was founde in Ben Iamins sacke.
and to search in/on/with great: old to profane/begin: begin and in/on/with small: young to end: finish and to find [the] cup in/on/with sack Benjamin
13 Then they rent their clothes and laded euery man his asse and went agayne vnto the cytie.
and to tear mantle their and to lift man: anyone upon donkey his and to return: return [the] city [to]
14 And Iuda and his brethre came to Iosephs house for he was yet there ad they fell before him on the grounde.
and to come (in): come Judah and brother: male-sibling his house: home [to] Joseph and he/she/it still he there and to fall: kill to/for face: before his land: soil [to]
15 And Ioseph sayde vnto the: what dede is this which ye haue done? wist ye not that soch a man as I can prophesie?
and to say to/for them Joseph what? [the] deed [the] this which to make: do not to know for to divine to divine man which like me
16 Then sayde Iuda: what shall we saye vnto my lorde what shall we speake or what excuse can we make? God hath founde out ye wekednesse of thy seruauntes. Beholde both we and he with whom the cuppe is founde are thy seruauntes.
and to say Judah what? to say to/for lord my what? to speak: speak and what? to justify [the] God to find [obj] iniquity: guilt servant/slave your look! we servant/slave to/for lord my also we also which to find [the] cup in/on/with hand his
17 And he answered: God forbyd ye I shulde do so the man with whom the cuppe is founde he shalbe my seruaunte: but goo ye in peace vn to youre father.
and to say forbid to/for me from to make: do this [the] man which to find [the] cup in/on/with hand his he/she/it to be to/for me servant/slave and you(m. p.) to ascend: rise to/for peace to(wards) father your
18 Then Iuda went vnto him and sayde: oh my lorde let thy servaunte speake a worde in my lordes audyence and be not wrooth with thi servaunte: for thou art euen as Pharao.
and to approach: approach to(wards) him Judah and to say please lord my to speak: speak please servant/slave your word in/on/with ear: to ears lord my and not to be incensed face: anger your in/on/with servant/slave your for like you like/as Pharaoh
19 My lorde axed his seruaunte sainge: haue ye a father or a brother?
lord my to ask [obj] servant/slave his to/for to say there to/for you father or brother: male-sibling
20 And we answered my lord we haue a father that is old and a yonge lad which he begat in his age: ad the brother of the sayde lad is dead and he is all that is left of that mother. And his father loueth him.
and to say to(wards) lord my there to/for us father old and youth extreme age small and brother: male-sibling his to die and to remain he/she/it to/for alone him to/for mother his and father his to love: lover him
21 Then sayde my lorde vnto his seruauntes brynge him vnto me that I maye sett myne eyes apon him.
and to say to(wards) servant/slave your to go down him to(wards) me and to set: make eye my upon him
22 And we answered my lorde that the lad coude not goo from his father for if he shulde leaue his father he were but a deed man.
and to say to(wards) lord my not be able [the] youth to/for to leave: forsake [obj] father his and to leave: forsake [obj] father his and to die
23 Than saydest thou vnto thy servauntes: excepte youre yongest brother come with you loke that ye se my face no moare.
and to say to(wards) servant/slave your if: until not to go down brother: male-sibling your [the] small: young with you not to add: again [emph?] to/for to see: see face my
24 And when we came vnto thy servaunt oure father we shewed him what my lorde had sayde.
and to be for to ascend: rise to(wards) servant/slave your father my and to tell to/for him [obj] word lord my
25 And when oure father sayde vnto vs goo agayne and bye vs a litle fode:
and to say father our to return: again to buy grain to/for us little food
26 we sayd yt we coude not goo. Neverthelesse if oure youngeste brother go with vs then will we goo for we maye not see the mannes face excepte oure yongest brother be with vs.
and to say not be able to/for to go down if there brother: male-sibling our [the] small: young with us and to go down for not be able to/for to see: see face [the] man and brother: male-sibling our [the] small: young nothing he with us
27 Then sayde thy servaunt oure father vnto vs. Ye knowe that my wyfe bare me. ij. sonnes.
and to say servant/slave your father my to(wards) us you(m. p.) to know for two to beget to/for me woman: wife my
28 And the one went out from me and it is sayde of a suertie that he is torne in peaces of wyld beastes and I sawe him not sence.
and to come out: come [the] one from with me and to say surely to tear to tear and not to see: see him till here/thus
29 Yf ye shall take this also awaye fro me and some mysfortune happen apon him then shall ye brynge my gray heed with sorow vnto the grave. (Sheol h7585)
and to take: take also [obj] this from from with face: before my and to meet him harm and to go down [obj] greyheaded my in/on/with distress: evil hell: Sheol [to] (Sheol h7585)
30 Now therfore whe I come to thy servaunt my father yf the lad be not with me: seinge that his lyfe hageth by the laddes lyfe
and now like/as to come (in): come I to(wards) servant/slave your father my and [the] youth nothing he with us and soul: life his to conspire in/on/with soul: life his
31 then as soone as he seeth that the lad is not come he will dye. So shall we thy servautes brynge the gray hedde of thy servaunt oure father with sorow vnto the grave. (Sheol h7585)
and to be like/as to see: see he for nothing [the] youth and to die and to go down servant/slave your [obj] greyheaded servant/slave your father our in/on/with sorrow hell: Sheol [to] (Sheol h7585)
32 For I thy servaunt became suertie for the lad vnto my father and sayde: yf I bringe him not vnto the agayne. I will bere the blame all my life loge.
for servant/slave your to pledge [obj] [the] youth from from with father my to/for to say if not to come (in): bring him to(wards) you and to sin to/for father my all [the] day
33 Now therfore let me thy servaunt byde here for ye lad and be my lordes bondman: and let the lad goo home with his brethern.
and now to dwell please servant/slave your underneath: instead [the] youth servant/slave to/for lord my and [the] youth to ascend: rise with brother: male-sibling his
34 For how can I goo vnto my father and the lad not wyth me: lest I shulde see the wretchednes that shall come on my father.
for how? to ascend: rise to(wards) father my and [the] youth nothing he with me lest to see: see in/on/with bad: evil which to find [obj] father my
