Genesis 27
1 And it came to passe that Isaac wexed olde and his eyes were dymme so that he coude nat see. Tha called he Esau his eldest sonne and sayde vnto him: mi sonne. And he sayde vnto hym: heare am I.
Ary rehefa antitra Isaka, ary pahina ny masony ka tsy nahita, dia niantso an’ i Esao lahimatoany izy ka nanao taminy hoe: Anaka; ary hoy izy taminy kosa: Inty aho.
2 And he sayde: beholde I am olde ad knowe not the daye of mi deth:
Ary hoy izy: Indro fa efa antitra aho, ka tsy fantatro izay andro hahafatesako;
3 Now therfore take thi weapes thy quiver and thi bowe and gett the to the feldes and take me some venyson
koa ankehitriny, masìna ianao, alao ny fitifiranao dia ny tranon-jana-tsipìkanao sy ny tsipìkanao, ary mankanesa any an-tsaha, ka ihazao aho;
4 and make me meate such as I loue and brynge it me and let me eat that my soull may blesse the before that I dye:

5 But Rebecca hard whe Isaac spake to Esau his sonne. And as soone as Esau was gone to the felde to catche venyson and to brige it
Ary Rebeka nandre an’ Isaka niteny tamin’ i Esao zananilahy. Ary dia lasa nankany an-tsaha Esao nitady haza ho entiny.
6 she spake vnto Iacob hir sonne sainge? Behold I haue herde thi father talkinge with Esau thy brother and saynge:
Ary Rebeka niteny tamin’ i Jakoba zananilahy ka nanao hoe: Indro, efa reko ny rainao niteny tamin’ i Esao rahalahinao nanao hoe:
7 bringe me venyson and make me meate that I maye eate and blesse the before the LORde yer I dye.
Ihazao aho, ka anaovy hanim-py hohaniko; dia hitso-drano anao aho eo anatrehan’ i Jehovah, dieny tsy mbola maty aho.
8 Now therfore my sonne heare my voyce in that which I comaunde the:
Koa ankehitriny, anaka, araho ny teniko amin’ izay asaiko ataonao.
9 gett the to the flocke and bringe me thece. ij. good kiddes and I will make meate of the for thi father soch as he loueth.
Mankanesa kely any amin’ ny ondry aman’ osy, ka analao zanak’ osy roa tsara aho; dia hataoko hanim-py ho an’ ny rainao araka ilay tiany izany;
10 And thou shalt brige it to thi father and he shal eate yt he maye blysse the before his deth
ary dia ho entinao any amin’ ny rainao hohaniny, mba hitsofany rano anao, dieny tsy mbola maty izy.
11 Than sayde Iacob to Rebecca his mother. Beholde Esau mi brother is rugh and I am smooth.
Fa hoy Jakoba tamin-dRebeka reniny: Indro, Esao rahalahiko dia lehilahy voloina, fa izaho lehilahy malambo hoditra kosa;
12 Mi father shal peradueture fele me ad I shal seme vnto hi as though I wet aboute to begyle hi and so shall he brige a curse vpo me and not a blessige:
ary angamba hitsapa ahy ikaky, dia ho toy ny mpanandoka eo imasony aho ka hahatonga ozona amiko, fa tsy tso-drano.
13 and his mother saide vnto him. Vppo me be thi curse my sonne only heare my voyce and goo and fetch me them.
Ary hoy ny reniny taminy: Aoka ho ahy ihany anaka, ny ozona ho anao; araho ihany ny teniko, ka mandehana, itondray aho.
14 And Iacob went ad fett them and brought them to his mother. And his mother made meate of them accordinge as his father loued
Dia nandeha izy ka naka, ary nitondra tao amin’ ny reniny; ary ny reniny kosa dia nanao hanim-py araka ilay tian’ ny rainy.
15 And she went and fett goodly rayment of hir eldest sonne Esau which she had in the house with hir and put them vpon Iacob hir yongest sonne
Ary nalain-dRebeka ny fitafian’ i Esao lahimatoany, dia ny tsara izay efa notehiriziny tao an-trano, ka nampitafiny an’ i Jakoba zanany faralahy.
16 ad she put the skynnes vpon his hades and apon the smooth of his necke.
Ary ny hoditry ny zanak’ osy dia nafonony ny tànany sy ny malambolambo amin’ ny vozony;
17 And she put ye meate and brede which she had made in the hode of hir sonne Iacob
dia natolony teo an-tànan’ i Jakoba zanany ny hanim-py sy ny mofo izay efa namboariny.
18 And he went in to his father saynge: my father And he aswered: here am I who art thou my sonne?
Ary Jakoba nankany amin’ ny rainy ka nanao hoe: Ry ikaky ô! ary hoy kosa izy: Inty aho; iza moa ianao, anaka?
19 And Iacob sayde vnto his father: I am Esau thy eldest sonne I haue done acordinge as thou baddest me vp and sytt and eate of my venyson that thi soule maye blesse me.
Ary hoy Jakoba tamin-drainy: Izaho no Esao zanakao lahimatoa; efa nanao araka izay nasainao nataoko aho; masìna ianao, miarena, dia mipetraha, ka hano ny hazako, mba hitsofan’ ny fanahinao rano ahy.
20 But Isaac sayde vnto his sonne. How cometh it that thou hast fownde it so quicly my sonne? He answered: The LORde thy god brought it to my hande.
Ary hoy Isaka tamin’ ny zanany: Nanao ahoana, anaka, no dia nalaky nahazo toy izany ianao? Ary hoy izy: Satria Jehovah Andriamanitrao no nampahazo ahy.
21 Than sayde Isaac vnto Iacob: come nere and let me fele the my sonne whether thou be my sonne Esau or not.
Ary hoy Isaka tamin’ i Jakoba; Mba manatòna kely hoe hitsapako anao, anaka, hahafantarako na Esao zanako tokoa ianao, na tsia.
22 Than went Iacob to Isaac his father and he felt him and sayde the voyce is Iacobs voyce but the hades ar ye hades of Esau.
Ary Jakoba nanatona an’ Isaka rainy, ary izy dia nitsapa azy ka nanao hoe: Ny feo dia feon’ i Jakoba, fa ny tanana dia tànan’ i Esao.
23 And he knewe him not because his handes were rough as his brother Esaus handes: And so he blessed him.
Ary tsy nahafantatra azy izy, satria voloina tahaka ny tanan’ i Esao rahalahiny ny tànany; dia notsofiny rano izy.
24 And he axed him art thou my sonne Esau? And he sayde: that I am.
Ary hoy izy: Hianao tokoa moa no Esao zanako? Dia hoy izy: Izaho no izy.
25 Than sayde he: brynge me and let me eate of my sonnes venyson that my soule maye blesse the. And he broughte him and he ate. And he broughte him wyne also and he dranke.
Ary hoy kosa Isaka: Arosoy eto anoloako ary izato hazan’ ny zanako hihinanako, mba hitsofan’ ny fanahiko rano anao. Ary dia narosony teo anoloany, ka dia nihinana izy; ary nitondrany divay izy, dia nisotro.
26 And his father Isaac sayde vnto him: come nere and kysse me my sonne.
Ary hoy Isaka rainy taminy: Mba manatòna kely ka manoroha ahy, anaka.
27 And he wet to him and kissed him. And he smelled ye sauoure of his raymet and blessed hi and sayde See ye smell of my sone is as ye smell of a feld which the lorde hath blessed.
Dia nanatona izy ka nanoroka azy; ary Isaka nandre ny fofon’ ny fitafiany, dia nitso-drano azy ka nanao hoe: E! ny fofon’ ny zanako. Dia tahaka ny fofon’ ny saha izay notahin’ i Jehovah.
28 God geue the of ye dewe of heave and of the fatnesse of the erth and pletie of corne and wyne.
Ary hanomezan’ Andriamanitra anao anie ny andon’ ny lanitra sy ny tsiron’ ny tany, ary vary sy ranom-boaloboka betsaka.
29 People be thy servauntes and natios bowe vnto the. Be lorde ouer thy brethre and thy mothers children stoupe vnto the. Cursed be he yt curseth the and lessed be he that blesseth the.
Hanompo anao anie ny firenena maro, Ary hiankohoka eo anatrehanao ny firenena samy hafa. Ho tompon’ ny rahalahinao anie ianao, ary aoka hiankohoka eo anatrehanao ny zanaky ny reninao. Ho voaozona anie izay rehetra manozona anao, ary hohasoavina anie izay manisy soa anao.
30 As soone as Isaac had made an end of blessig Iacob and Iacob was scace gone out fro the preasence of Isaac his father: then came Esau his brother fro his huntynge:
Ary rehefa vita ny nitsofan’ Isaka rano an’ i Jakoba, ary vao nidify Jakoba teo anatrehan’ Isaka rainy, dia niditra kosa Esao rahalahiny avy nihaza.
31 And had made also meate and brought it in vnto his father and sayde vnto him: Aryse my father and eate of thy sonnes venyson that thy soule maye blesse me.
Ary izy koa nanao hanim-py ka nitondra azy tao amin’ ny rainy; ary hoy izy tamin’ ny rainy: Aoka hiarina ny raiko ka hihinana amin’ ny hazan’ ny zanany, mba hitsofan’ ny fanahinao rano ahy.
32 Tha his father Isaac sayde vnto him. Who art thou? he answered I am thy eldest sonne Esau.
Fa hoy Isaka rainy taminy: Iza indray moa ianao? Ary hoy izy: Izaho no Esao zanakao lahimatoa.
33 And Isaac was greatly astoyned out of mesure and sayde: Where is he then that hath huted venyson and broughte it me and I haue eaten of all before thou camest and haue blessed him ad he shall be blessed styll.
Ary toran-kovitra indrindra Isaka ka nanao hoe: Iza ary ilay naka haza ka nitondra teto amiko, ary efa nihinanako izany rehetra izany, fony tsy mbola tonga ianao, ka efa notsofiko rano izy; eny, hotahina tokoa izy.
34 Whe Esau herde the wordes of his father he cryed out greatly and bitterly aboue mesure and sayde vnto his father: blesse me also my father.
Raha vao ren’ i Esao ny tenin’ ny rainy, dia nitaraina mafy dia mafy izy ka nanao taminy hoe: Mba tsofy rano re aho, dia izaho koa, ry ikaky ô.
35 And he sayde thy brother came with subtilte ad hath take awaye thy blessynge.
Ary hoy rainy: Tonga ny rahalahinao nanandoka ka nahalasa ny tso-dranonao.
36 Than sayde he: He maye well be called Iacob for he hath vndermyned me now. ij. tymes fyrst he toke awaye my byrthrighte: and se now hath he taken awaye my blessynge also. And he sayde hast thou kepte neuer a blessynge for me?
Dia hoy Esao: Moa tsy mandia va ny anarany hoe Jakoba? fa efa namingana ahy indroa izy izao: ny fizokiako efa nalainy; ary, indro, ankehitriny lasany koa ny tso-dranoko. Ary hoy kosa izy: Tsy mba nitahiry tso-drano ho ahy va ianao?
37 Isaac answered and sayde vnto Esau: beholde I haue made him thi LORde and all his mothers childern haue I made his seruauntes. Moreouer wyth corne ad wyne haue I stablesshed him what ca I do vnto the now my sonne?
Dia namaly Isaka ka nanao tamin’ i Esao hoe: Indro, efa nataoko ho tomponao izy, ary ny rahalahiny rehetra nomeko ho mpanompony; ary vary sy ranom-boaloboka no namelomako azy; koa inona indray no hataoko aminao, anaka?
38 And Esau sayde vnto his father? hast thou but yt one blessynge my father? blesse me also my father: so lyfted vp Esau his voyce and wepte
Ary hoy Esao tamin’ ny rainy: Tso-drano iray ihany va no anao, ry ikaky? mba tsofy rano re aho, dia izaho koa, ry ikaky ô. Ary Esao dia nanandratra ny feony ka nitomany.
39 Tha Isaac his father answered and sayde vnto himBeholde thy dwellynge place shall haue of the fatnesse of the erth and of the dewe of heauen fro aboue.
Dia namaly Isaka rainy ka nanao taminy hoe: Indro, tsy ho amin’ ny tsiron’ ny tany ny fonenanao, ary tsy ho amin’ ny andon’ ny lanitra avy any ambony;
40 And wyth thy swerde shalt thou lyue and shalt be thy brothers seruaunte But the tyme will come when thou shalt gett the mastrye and lowse his yocke from of thy necke.
Fa ny sabatrao no hivelomanao, ary ny rahalahinao no hotompoinao; kanefa, raha mby amin’ izay andro hahafahanao. Dia hotapahinao ny ziogany ho afaka amin’ ny vozonao.
41 And Esau hated Iacob because of the blessynge yt his father blessed him with all and sayde in his harte: The dayes of my fathers sorowe are at hade for I will sley my brother Iacob.
Ary Esao nanao fo-lentika tamin’ i Jakoba noho ny tso-drano izay nataon-drainy taminy; dia hoy Esao anakampo: Efa antomotra ny andro hisaonana an’ ikaky, dia hamono an’ i Jakoba rahalahiko aho.
42 And these wordes of Esau hir eldest sonne were told to Rebecca. And she sente ad called Iacob hir yongest sonne and sayde vnto hi: beholde thy brother Esau threatneth to kyll the:
Ary nisy namambara tamin-dRebeka izany tenin’ i Esao zanany lahimatoa izany; dia naniraka nampaka an’ i Jakoba zanany faralahy izy ka nanao taminy hoe: Indro, Esao rahalahinao mikasa hamaly ny nataonao ka hamono anao.
43 Now therfore my sone heare my voyce make the redie and flee to Laba my brother at Haran
Ary ankehitriny, anaka, araho ny teniko; miainga ka mandosira ho any Harana, dia any amin’ i Labana anadahiko.
44 And tarie with him a while vntill thy brothers fearsnes be swaged and
Ary mitoera any aminy andro vitsivitsy mandra-pahafaky ny fahatezeran’ ny rahalahinao,
45 vntill thy brothers wrath turne away from the and he forgett that which thou hast done to him. Tha will I sende and fett the awaye from thence. Why shulde I lose you both in one daye.
eny, mandra-pahafaky ny fahatezeran’ ny rahalahinao aminao, ka ho hadinony izay nataonao taminy; dia haniraka aho ka hampaka anao any; hataoko ahoana no famoy anareo mirahalahy indray andro?
46 And Rebecca spake to Isaac: I am wery of my life for feare of the doughters of Heth. Yf Iacob take a wife of the doughters of Heth soch one as these are or of the doughters of the lande what lust shulde I haue to lyue.
Ary hoy Rebeka tamin’ Isaka: Tsy te-ho velona aho noho ireny zanakavavin’ ny Hetita; raha maka vady amin’ ny zanakavavin’ ny Hetita Jakoba, tahaka ireto izay avy amin’ ny zazavavy tompon-tany koa hataoko inona ny aiko?
