< 1 Corinthians 15 >

1 Brethren as pertayninge to the gospell which I preached vnto you which ye have also accepted and in the which ye continue
Afei, anuanom, mepɛ sɛ mekae mo adwene fa Asɛmpa a meka kyerɛɛ mo no a mogye too mu, nam so maa mo gyidie mu yɛɛ den no ho.
2 by which also ye are saved: I do you to wit after what maner I preached vnto you yf ye kepe it except ye have beleved in vayne.
Ɛno ne Asɛmpa a meka kyerɛɛ mo no. Sɛ mokura Asɛmpa no mu denden a, mobɛnya nkwa, gye sɛ moannye anni.
3 For fyrst of all I delivered vnto you that which I receaved: how that Christ dyed for oure synnes agreinge to the scriptures:
Mekaa asɛm a meteeɛ a ɛho hia yie no kyerɛɛ mo sɛ, yɛn bɔne enti na Kristo wuiɛ sɛdeɛ wɔatwerɛ no Atwerɛsɛm mu sɛ,
4 and that he was buried and that he arose agayne the thyrd daye accordinge to the scriptures:
wɔsiee no, na ne nnansa so no, ɔsɔre firii awufoɔ mu sɛdeɛ wɔatwerɛ wɔ Atwerɛsɛm no mu sɛ,
5 and that he he was sene of Cephas then of the twelve.
ɔdaa ne ho adi kyerɛɛ Petro ne asomafoɔ dumienu no nyinaa.
6 After that he was sene of moo the five hodred brethren at once: of which many remayne vnto this daye and many are fallen aslepe.
Afei, mpofirim, ɔdaa ne ho adi kyerɛɛ nʼakyidifoɔ bɛboro ahanum a wɔn mu bi te ase na wɔn mu bi nso awuwu.
7 After that appered he to Iames then to all the Apostles.
Afei, ɔyii ne ho adi kyerɛɛ Yakobo ne asomafoɔ no nyinaa.
8 And last of all he was sene of me as of one that was borne out of due tyme.
Akyire no koraa, ɔyii ne ho adi kyerɛɛ me a meyɛ obi a wɔanwo me ntɛm.
9 For I am the lest of all the Apostles which am not worthy to be called an Apostle because I persecuted the congregacion of God.
Meyɛ obi a mesua koraa wɔ asomafoɔ no mu na memfata mpo sɛ wɔfrɛ me ɔsomafoɔ ɛfiri sɛ, metaa Onyankopɔn asafo.
10 But by the grace of God I am that I am. And his grace which is in me was not in vayne: but I labored moare aboundauntly then they all not I but the grace of God which is with me.
Nanso, Onyankopɔn adom enti, mete sɛ deɛ mete no ara na adom a ɔde dom me no aboa me yie. Ama matumi ayɛ adwuma denden asene asomafoɔ a aka no nyinaa a ɛmfiri mʼankasa mʼahoɔden mu, na mmom Onyankopɔn adom no na ɛredi dwuma wɔ me mu.
11 Whether it were I or they so we preache and so have ye beleved.
Enti, sɛ ɛfiri me anaa ɛfiri wɔn no, Asɛmpa a yɛn nyinaa ka ni, na ɛno nso na mogye di.
12 If Christ be preached how that he rose fro deeth: how saye some that are amoge you that ther is no resurreccion from deeth?
Afei, sɛdeɛ Asɛmpa no ka sɛ wɔama Kristo asɔre afiri awufoɔ mu no, adɛn na mo mu bi tumi ka sɛ wɔrentumi mma awufoɔ nsɔre?
13 If ther be no rysynge agayne from deeth: then is Christ not rysen.
Sɛ saa yɛ nokorɛ deɛ a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ wɔamma Kristo ansɔre amfiri awufoɔ mu.
14 If Christ be not rysen then is oure preachinge vayne and youre faith is also in vayne.
Na sɛ wɔamma Kristo ansɔre amfiri awufoɔ mu a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ, yɛnni asɛm biara ka, na mo nso monni asɛm biara a mobɛgye adi.
15 Ye and we are founde falce witnesses of God. For we have testifyed of God how that he raysyd vp Christ whom he raysyd not vp yf it be so that the deed ryse not vp agayne.
Ɛno akyi koraa na ɛkyerɛ sɛ, yɛredi atorɔ fa Onyankopɔn ho, ɛfiri sɛ, yɛka sɛ ɔno na ɔnyanee Kristo firii awufoɔ mu. Na sɛ awufoɔ ntumi nsɔre a, ɛnneɛ na wɔamma Kristo nso ansɔre amfiri awufoɔ mu.
16 For yf the deed ryse not agayne then is Christ not rysen agayne.
Sɛ awufoɔ ntumi nsɔre a, na Kristo nso ansɔre.
17 If it be so yt Christ rose not then is youre fayth in vayne and yet are ye in youre synnes.
Na sɛ wɔamma Kristo ansɔre amfiri awufoɔ mu a, na mo gyidie no yɛ nnaadaa, na moda so yera wɔ mo bɔne mu.
18 And therto they which are fallen a slepe in Christ are perished.
Ɛsane kyerɛ sɛ, wɔn a na wɔgye Kristo di a wɔawuwu no ayera.
19 If in this lyfe only we beleve on christ then are we of all men the miserablest.
Na sɛ yɛn anidasoɔ wɔ Kristo mu no yɛ ma saa asetena yi nko ara a, ɛnneɛ na yɛyɛ mmɔbɔ sene obiara a ɔwɔ ewiase ha.
20 But now is Christ rysen from deeth and is become the fyrst frutes of them that slept.
Nanso, nokorɛ a ɛwom ne sɛ, wɔama Kristo asɔre afiri awufoɔ mu de ahyɛ mo den sɛ wɔn a wɔadeda wɔ owuo mu no, wɔbɛma wɔasɔresɔre.
21 For by a man came deeth and by a man came resurreccion fro deeth.
Na sɛdeɛ owuo nam onipa so baeɛ no, saa ara nso na owusɔreɛ nam onipa so ba.
22 For as by Adam all dye: eve so by Christ shall all be made alive
Owuo nam Adam so baa yɛn nyinaa so; saa ara nso na Kristo de nkwa brɛɛ yɛn nyinaa.
23 and every man in his awne order. The fyrst is Christ then they yt are Christis at his commynge.
Nanso, biribiara bɛyɛ nnidisoɔ nnidisoɔ a Kristo na ɔbɛdi ɛkan, na sɛ Kristo di ɛkan ba bio a, wɔn a wɔyɛ ne deɛ no nso adi akyire.
24 Then cometh the ende when he hath delivered vp ye kyngdome to God ye father when he hath put doune all rule auctorite and power.
Afei sɛ Kristo sɛe ahonhom mu atumfoɔ, ahoɔden ne tumi nyinaa a, awieeɛ no bɛba, na ɔde Ahennie no ama Onyankopɔn a ɔyɛ Agya no.
25 For he must raygne tyll he have put all his enemyes vnder his fete.
Ɛfiri sɛ, ɛsɛ sɛ Kristo di ɔhene kɔsi sɛ ɔbɛdi nʼatamfoɔ nyinaa so na ɔde wɔn ahyɛ ne nan ase.
26 The last enemye that shalbe destroyed is deeth.
Ɔtamfoɔ a ɔtwa toɔ a ɔbɛdi ne so ne owuo.
27 For he hath put all thinges vnder his fete. But when he sayth all thinges are put vnder him it is manyfest that he is excepted which dyd put all thinges vnder him.
Sɛ Atwerɛsɛm no ka sɛ, “Ɔde nneɛma nyinaa bɛhyɛ ne tumi ase a,” wɔmmfa Onyankopɔn nka ho. Ɛyɛ Onyankopɔn na ɔde nneɛma nyinaa hyɛɛ Kristo tumi ase.
28 When all thinges are subdued vnto him: then shall the sonne also him selfe be subiecte vnto him that put all thinges vnder him yt God maye be all in all thinges.
Na sɛ wɔde nneɛma nyinaa hyɛ Kristo tumi ase a, ɔno ankasa a ɔyɛ Ɔba no de ne ho bɛhyɛ Onyankopɔn a ɔde nneɛma nyinaa hyɛɛ ne Ba no tumi ase no, ase; na Onyankopɔn adi biribiara so.
29 Ether els what do they which are baptised over ye deed yf the deed ryse not at all? Why are they then baptised over the deed?
Sɛ owusɔreɛ nni hɔ a, anka wɔn a wɔbɔ awufoɔ din bɔ asu no bɛyɛ dɛn? Wɔn adwene ne sɛn? Sɛ ɛyɛ nokorɛ sɛ deɛ wɔka sɛ, wɔnnyane awufoɔ mma nkwa mu a, adɛn enti na wɔbɔ awufoɔ din bɔ wɔn asu?
30 Ye and why stonde we in ieoperdy every houre?
Na adɛn na dɔnhwereɛ biara yɛde yɛn ho to amaneɛ mu?
31 By oure reioysinge which I have in Christ Iesu oure Lorde I dye dayly.
Anuanom, dɔnhwereɛ biara mehyia owuo. Esiane Yesu enti, ahohoahoa a mewɔ wɔ mo mu, na ɛma me ka yei.
32 That I have fought with beastes at Ephesus after the maner of men what avautageth it me yf the deed ryse not agayne? Let vs eate and drynke to morowe we shall dye.
Modwene sɛ mfasoɔ bɛn na menyaa wɔ ɔko a me ne “nkekaboa” koo wɔ Efeso no? Na sɛ awufoɔ nsɔre mma nkwa mu a, ɛnneɛ “Momma yɛnnidi na yɛnnom, ɛfiri sɛ, ɔkyena yɛbɛwu” sɛdeɛ wɔka no.
33 Be not deceaved: malicious speakinges corrupte good maners.
“Mommma wɔnnnaadaa mo. Nkɔmmɔ bɔne sɛe ɔbra pa.”
34 Awake truely out of slepe and synne not. For some have not the knowlege of God. I speake this vnto youre rebuke.
Monyɛ mo asɛdeɛ na monnyae mo akwammɔne no. Meka yei de hyɛ mo aniwuo sɛ mo mu bi nnim Onyankopɔn.
35 But some ma will saye: how aryse ye deed? with what bodyes come they in?
Obi bɛbisa sɛ, “Ɛbɛyɛ dɛn na wɔbɛtumi ama awufoɔ asɔre aba nkwa mu? Wɔbɛyɛ onipadua su bɛn?”
36 Thou fole that which thou sowest is not quickened except it dye.
Ɔkwasea! Sɛ wodua aba wɔ fam a, gye sɛ ɛwu ansa na afifiri.
37 And what sowest thow? Thow sowest not that body that shalbe: but bare corne (I meane ether of wheet or of some other)
Na deɛ wodua wɔ fam no, ɛnyɛ dua, na mmom ɛyɛ awi aba anaasɛ aba foforɔ bi.
38 and God geveth it a body at his pleasure to every seed a severall body.
Bɔbea a Onyankopɔn adwene ho sɛ ɔpɛ sɛ ɔde bɔ aba no na ɔde bɔ no; ɔma aba biara bɔbea a ɛfata no.
39 All flesshe is not one manner of flesshe: but ther is one maner flesshe of men another maner flesshe of beastes another maner flesshe of fysshes and another of byrdes.
Honam a ɛkata ateasefoɔ ho no nyinaa nyɛ honam korɔ. Nnipa wɔ wɔn honam; mmoa wɔ wɔn deɛ; nnomaa wɔ wɔn deɛ ɛnna nsuomnam nso wɔ wɔn deɛ.
40 Ther are celestiall bodyes and ther are bodyes terrestriall. But ye glory of ye celestiall is one and ye glory of the terrestriall is another.
Ɔsoro onipadua wɔ hɔ, ɛnna ɛfam onipadua nso wɔ hɔ. Ahoɔfɛ bi wɔ hɔ ma ɔsoro onipadua nko ara, ɛnna ahoɔfɛ bi nso wɔ hɔ ma ɛfam onipadua.
41 Ther is one maner glory of the sonne and another glory of the mone and another glory of the starres. For one starre differth fro another in glory.
Owia wɔ nʼankasa nʼahoɔfɛ. Ɔsrane wɔ ne deɛ nko; nsoromma ahoɔfɛ gu ahodoɔ; na nsoromma no mu nso wɔwɔ ahoɔfɛ su ahodoɔ.
42 So is the resurreccio of ye deed. It is sowe in corrupcio and ryseth in incorrupcion.
Sɛ wɔma awufoɔ sɔre ba nkwa mu a, saa ara na ɛbɛba. Sɛ wɔsie onipadua no a, ɛporɔ; wɔma ɛsɔre nso a ɛmporɔ.
43 It is sowen in dishonoure and ryseth in honoure. It is sowe in weaknes and ryseth in power. It is sowne a naturall body and ryseth a spretuall body.
Sɛ wɔsie onipadua a, ɛyɛ tan na ɛyɛ mmerɛ, nanso sɛ wɔma ɛsɔre a, ɛyɛ fɛ na ɛnya ahoɔden.
44 Ther is a naturall bodye and ther is a spretuall body:
Sɛ wɔsie onipadua no a, ɛyɛ honam na sɛ wɔma ɛsɔre a, ɛyɛ honhom. Ɔhonam wɔ hɔ enti ɛsɛ sɛ honhom nso wɔ hɔ.
45 as it is written: the fyrste man Adam was made a livinge soule: and ye last Ada was made a quickeninge sprete.
Atwerɛsɛm no ka sɛ, “Adam a ɔyɛ nnipa nyinaa kannifoɔ no, wɔbɔɔ no sɛ onipa ɔteasefoɔ”; nanso Adam a ɔtwa toɔ no yɛ Honhom a ɔma nkwa.
46 How be it yt is not fyrst which is spirituall: but yt which is naturall and then yt which is spretuall.
Ɛnyɛ honhom mo ni na ɔbaa kane. Ɔbaa deɛ ɔkura honam fam onipadua no akyi.
47 The fyrst ma is of the erth erthy: the seconde man is ye Lorde fro heave.
Wɔde fam mfuturo na ɛbɔɔ Adam a ɔdi ɛkan no. Adam a ɔtɔ so mmienu no firi ɔsoro.
48 As is the erthy soche are they that are erthye. And as is the hevely soche are they yt are hevenly.
Wɔn a wɔte asase so no te sɛ deɛ wɔde dɔteɛ bɔɔ no no; na wɔn a wɔyɛ ɔsoro mma no te sɛ wɔn a wɔfiri ɔsoro.
49 And as we have borne the ymage of the erthy so shall we beare the ymage of the hevenly.
Sɛdeɛ yɛte sɛ nnipa a wɔde dɔteɛ bɔɔ yɛn no, saa ara na yɛbɛyɛ sɛ onipa a ɔfiri ɔsoro no.
50 This saye I brethren that flesshe and bloud canot inheret the kyngdome of God. Nether corrupcion inhereth vncorrupcion.
Anuanom, deɛ mepɛ sɛ mekyerɛ ne sɛ, deɛ wɔde honam ne mogya ayɛ no nni kyɛfa wɔ Onyankopɔn Ahennie no mu; na deɛ ɛporɔ no ntumi ntena hɔ.
51 Beholde I shewe you a mystery. We shall not all slepe: but we shall all be chaunged
Montie saa ahintasɛm yi: Yɛn nyinaa renwu, nanso ɛberɛ tiawa bi mu wɔbɛsakyera yɛn nyinaa;
52 and that in a moment and in the twinclinge of an eye at the sounde of the last trompe. For the trompe shall blowe and ye deed shall ryse incorruptible and we shalbe chaunged.
sɛ totorobɛnto a ɛtwa toɔ no bɔ a, nsakraeɛ no bɛyɛ anibueɛ. Sɛ ɛbɔ a, awufoɔ bɛdane ateasefoɔ na yɛn nyinaa bɛsakyera.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruptibilite: and this mortall must put on immortalite.
Na deɛ ɛporɔ no de deɛ ɛmporɔ akata ne ho, na deɛ ɛwu no de deɛ ɛnwu akata ne ho.
54 When this corruptible hath put on incorruptibilite and this mortall hath put on immortalite: then shalbe brought to passe ye sayinge yt is writte. Deeth is consumed in to victory.
Enti deɛ ɛporɔ de deɛ ɛmporɔ kata ne ho na deɛ ɛbɛwu de deɛ ɛrenwu kata ne ho a, Atwerɛsɛm no bɛba mu sɛ, “Wɔasɛe owuo; nkonim aba!”
55 Deeth where is thy stynge? Hell where is thy victory? (Hadēs g86)
“Owuo, wo nkonim wɔ he? Owuo, wo nwowɔeɛ wɔ he?” (Hadēs g86)
56 The stynge of deeth is synne: and the strength of synne is the lawe.
Owuo nya ne tumi firi bɔne mu na bɔne nso nya ne tumi firi Mmara no mu.
57 But thankes be vnto God which hath geven vs victory thorow oure Lorde Iesus Christ.
Nanso, yɛda Onyankopɔn a ɔnam yɛn Awurade Yesu Kristo so ma yɛn tumi no ase!
58 Therfore my deare brethren be ye stedfast and unmovable alwayes ryche in the workes of the Lorde for as moch as ye knowe how yt youre labour is not in vayne in the Lorde.
Enti, me nuanom, monnyina pintinn. Ɛda biara monyɛ Awurade adwuma, ɛfiri sɛ, menim sɛ moyɛ Awurade adwuma a ɛrenyɛ ɔkwa da.
