< Romans 5 >
1 Therefore, having been pronounced righteous as the result of faith, let us enjoy peace with God through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Saboda haka, da yake an same mu marasa laifi ta wurin bangaskiya, muna da salama tare da Allah ta wurin Ubangijinmu Yesu Kiristi,
2 It is through him that, by reason of our faith, we have obtained admission to that place in God’s favour in which we not stand. So let us exult in our hope of attaining God’s glorious ideal.
ta wurinsa ne muka sami shiga wannan alherin da muke tsaye yanzu, ta wurin bangaskiya. Muna kuma farin ciki a begen ɗaukakar Allah.
3 And not only that, but let us also exult in our troubles;
Ba haka kawai ba, amma muna kuma da farin ciki cikin shan wuyanmu, gama mun san cewa shan wuyan nan takan haifi jimiri;
4 for we know that trouble develops endurance, and endurance strength of character, and strength of character hope,
jimiri kuma yakan kawo hali mai kyau; hali mai kyau kuma yakan sa bege.
5 and that ‘hope never disappoints.’ For the love of God has filled our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given us;
Bege kuwa ba ya ba mu kunya, domin Allah ya zuba ƙaunarsa a zukatanmu ta wurin Ruhu Mai Tsarkin da ya ba mu.
6 seeing that, while we were still powerless, Christ, in God’s good time, died on behalf of the godless.
Kun ga, a daidai lokaci, yayinda muke marasa ƙarfi, Kiristi ya mutu saboda waɗanda ba su san Allah ba.
7 Even for an upright man scarcely any one will die. For a really good man perhaps some one might even dare to die.
Da ƙyar wani yă mutu saboda mai adalci, ko da yake saboda mutumin kirki wani zai iya ƙarfin hali yă mutu.
8 But God puts his love for us beyond all doubt by the fact that Christ died on our behalf while we were still sinners.
Amma Allah ya nuna mana ƙaunarsa a wannan. Tun muna masu zunubi tukuna, Kiristi ya mutu dominmu.
9 Much more, then, now that we have been pronounced righteous by virtue of the shedding of his blood, shall we be saved through him from the Wrath of God.
Da yake yanzu mun sami zama marasa laifi ta wurin jininsa, ashe kuwa za a cece mu daga fushin Allah ta wurinsa!
10 For if, when we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, much more, now that we have become reconciled, shall we be saved by virtue of Christ’s Life.
Gama in kuwa, sa’ad da muke abokan gāban Allah, aka sulhunta mu da shi ta wurin mutuwar Ɗansa, ashe, da yake an sulhunta mu, za mu sami ceto ta wurin ransa!
11 And not only that, but we exult in God, through Jesus Christ, our Lord, through whom we have now obtained this reconciliation.
Ba ma haka yake kawai ba, har muna farin ciki da Allah ta wurin Ubangijinmu Yesu Kiristi, wanda ta wurinsa yanzu muka sami sulhu.
12 Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and through sin came death; so, also, death spread to all mankind, because all men had sinned.
Saboda haka, kamar yadda zunubi ya shigo duniya ta wurin mutum ɗaya, mutuwa kuma ta wurin zunubi, ta haka kuwa mutuwa ta shafi dukan mutane, domin dukan mutane sun yi zunubi.
13 Even before the time of the Law there was sin in the world; but sin cannot be charged against a man where no Law exists.
Gama kafin a ba da doka, zunubi yana nan a duniya. Amma ba a lissafin zunubi inda babu doka.
14 Yet, from Adam to Moses, Death reigned even over those whose sin was not a breach of a law, as Adam’s was. And Adam foreshadows the One to come.
Duk da haka, mutuwa ta yi mulki tun Adamu har yă zuwa Musa, ta yi mulki har ma a kan waɗanda ba su yi zunubi ta wurin taka umarni kamar yadda Adamu ya yi ba. A wata hanya dai Adamu shi ne kwatancin wani mutumin nan mai zuwa.
15 But there is a contrast between Adam’s Offence and God’s gracious Gift. For, if by reason of the offence of the one man the whole race died, far more were the loving-kindness of God, and the gift given in the loving-kindness of the one man, Jesus Christ, lavished upon the whole race.
Amma kyautan nan dabam take da laifin nan. Gama in mutane da yawa sun mutu saboda laifin mutum ɗayan nan, to, ai, alherin Allah da kuma kyautan nan mai zuwa ta wurin alherin mutum ɗayan nan, Yesu Kiristi, ya shafi mutane da yawa!
16 There is a contrast, too, between the gift and the results of the one man’s sin. The judgment, which followed upon the one man’s sin, resulted in condemnation, but God’s gracious Gift, which followed upon many offences, resulted in a decree of righteousness.
Kyautar Allah kuwa ba kamar sakamakon da ya bi zunubin mutum gudan nan ba ne, Hukuncin ya bi zunubin mutum gudan nan, ya kuma kawo hallaka, amma kyautar ta bi laifofin masu yawa ta kuma sa Allah ya gan mu a matsayin marasa laifi.
17 For if, by reason of the offence of the one man, Death reigned through that one man, far more will those, upon whom God’s loving-kindness and his gift of righteousness are lavished, find Life, and reign through the one man, Jesus Christ.
Gama in, ta wurin laifin mutum ɗaya, mutuwa ta yi mulki ta wurin mutum ɗayan nan, ashe, waɗanda suka sami kyautar alherin Allah a yalwace da kuma kyautar adalci za su yi mulki a wannan rayuwa ta wurin mutum ɗayan nan, Yesu Kiristi.
18 Briefly then, just as a single offence resulted for all mankind in condemnation, so, too, a single decree of righteousness resulted for all mankind in that declaration of righteousness which brings Life.
Saboda haka, kamar yadda sakamakon laifin mutum guda ya jawo hallaka ga dukan mutane, haka ma sakamakon aikin adalci guda ya sa Allah ya same mu marasa laifi, wannan kuwa kawo rai ga dukan mutane.
19 For, as through the disobedience of the one man the whole race was rendered sinful, so, too, through the obedience of the one, the whole race will be rendered righteous.
Gama kamar yadda ta wurin rashin biyayyar mutum guda, mutane masu yawa suka zama masu zunubi, haka kuma ta wurin biyayyar mutum guda, mutane da yawa za su zama masu adalci.
20 Law was introduced in order that offences might be multiplied. But, where sins were multiplied, the loving-kindness of God was lavished the more,
An ba da dokar don mu ga yadda laifi yake da girma. Amma da zunubi ya ƙaru, sai alheri ya ƙaru sosai,
21 in order than, just as Sin had reigned in the realm of Death, so, too, might Loving-kindness reign through righteousness, and result in Immortal Life, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. (aiōnios )
domin, kamar yadda zunubi ya yi mulki cikin mutuwa, haka ma alheri yă yi mulki ta wurin adalci yă kuwa kawo rai madawwami ta wurin Yesu Kiristi Ubangijinmu. (aiōnios )
