< Revelation 7 >
1 After this, I saw four angels standing ‘upon the four corners of the earth,’ restraining the four winds of the earth, that no wind should blow over the earth, or over the sea, or against any tree.
Kꞌa te riꞌ, xeꞌnwil e kajibꞌ angelibꞌ e takꞌalik: jun chuxukut kaj, jun chuxukut ulew, jun chik pa relibꞌal qꞌij xuqujeꞌ jun pa ri uqajibꞌal qꞌij. We angelibꞌ ri e takꞌal chilaꞌ chuqꞌatexik ri kyaqiqꞌ rech man kikꞌow ta chi cho ri ulew, pa ri plo, xuqujeꞌ rech man kikꞌow ta chi pa ri kꞌacheꞌlaj.
2 And, in the east, I saw another angel, ascending, holding the seal of the Living God; and he cried in a loud voice to the four angels, to whom there had been given power to harm the earth and the sea —
Xinwil xuqujeꞌ jun ángel ri paqal loq jawjeꞌ kel wi loq ri qꞌij, rukꞌaꞌm loq ri u tzꞌapibꞌal ri kꞌaslik Dios. We ángel riꞌ xuraqaqej uchiꞌ chike ri e kajibꞌ angelibꞌ, ri yaꞌtal bꞌe chike kakibꞌan kꞌax che ri uwachulew xuqujeꞌ che ri plo, jewaꞌ xubꞌij:
3 ‘Do not harm the earth, or the sea, or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God upon their foreheads.’
Man kibꞌan ta kꞌax chanim che ri uwachulew, ri plo, ri kꞌacheꞌlaj, kꞌa te chibꞌana kꞌax chike we xkojtaj jun ketal chikipalaj ri e patanil rech ri Dios.
4 I heard, too, the number of those who had been sealed. It was one hundred and forty-four thousand; and they were from every tribe of the Israelites.

9 After this, in my vision, I saw a vast throng which no man could number, of men from every nation and of all tribes, and peoples, and languages. They stood in front of the throne and in front of the Lamb, robed in white, holding palm branches in their hands.
Kꞌa te riꞌ xeꞌnwil sibꞌalaj e kꞌi winaq kipetik pa ronojel ri uwachulew, kepetik pa ri nitzꞌ xuqujeꞌ nim tinimit, ri ketzijon pa taq jaljoj taq chꞌabꞌal rech ronojel ri uwachulew, man kꞌo ta jun kakwinik karajilaj ri kikꞌiyal. E takꞌatoj cho ri utꞌuyulibꞌal ri alaj chij, kikojom saq taq katzꞌyaq xuqujeꞌ kukꞌaꞌm uqꞌabꞌ taq palma pa kiqꞌabꞌ.

Konojel kakiraq kichiꞌ kakibꞌij: Ri koltajem kape che ri Dios xuqujeꞌ che ri alaj chij ri e tꞌuyul pa ri tꞌuyulibꞌal.
11 And all the angels were standing round the throne and the Councillors and the four Creatures, and they prostrated themselves on their faces in front of the throne and worshiped God,
Konojel ri angelibꞌ ri e takꞌalik kisutim rij ri tꞌuyulibꞌal, ri e kꞌamal taq bꞌe, e kachiꞌl ri e kajibꞌ kꞌaslik taq winaqil. Xexukiꞌk cho ri tꞌuyulibꞌal xkiya ri kipalaj pa ri ulew, xkiqꞌijilaꞌj ri Dios,
12 saying — ‘Amen. Blessing and praise, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might be ascribed to our God for ever and ever. Amen.’ (aiōn )
jewaꞌ xkibꞌij: ¡Jeriꞌ! Ri qꞌijilaꞌnem, ri juluwem, ri tyoxinik, ri nim rilik, ri kwinem, ri chuqꞌabꞌ are ri qaDios ajchoqꞌe chibꞌe qꞌij saq. ¡Jeriꞌ! (aiōn )
13 Then one of the Councillors turned to me and said ‘Who are these who are robed in white? and whence did they come?’
Kꞌa te riꞌ jun chike ri e kꞌamal taq bꞌe xuta jun kꞌotbꞌal chiꞌ, jewaꞌ xubꞌij: ¿Jachin waꞌ we kikojom saq taq atzꞌyaq, jawjeꞌ kepe wi?
14 ‘My Lord,’ I answered, ‘it is you who know.’ ‘These,’ he said, ‘are they who come through the Great Persecution; they washed their robes white in the blood of the Lamb.
Ri in xinbꞌij che: Ajawxel, lal lal etaꞌmaninaq. Ri Areꞌ xubꞌij chwe: Are waꞌ ri xeꞌl loqꞌ pa ri nimalaj kꞌaxkꞌolal ri xkꞌulmatajik cho ri uwachulew. Are waꞌ ri xjeqiꞌk kikꞌuꞌx chirij ri Dios, rumal riꞌ ri Dios xukuy ri kimak rukꞌ ri ukamikal ri alaj chij.
15 And therefore it is that they are before the throne of God, and are serving him day and night in his Temple; and he who is seated on the throne will shelter them.

Man kakinaꞌ ta chi chaqij chiꞌ xuqujeꞌ numik we winaq riꞌ, man kekꞌat ta chi cho ri qꞌij, xuqujeꞌ man kakinaꞌ ta chi ri qꞌaqꞌ.
17 for the Lamb that stands in the space before the throne will be their shepherd, and will lead them to life-giving springs of water; and God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.’
