1 Timothy 5
1 Do not reprimand an older man, but plead with him as if he were your father. Treat the young men as brothers,
केसी बी सयाणे मांणूए खे बेज्जतिया रे नजरिए ते नि बक, पर तेसखे पिता जी समजी की समजया। जवाना खे पाई मानी की समजा।
2 the older women as mothers, and the younger women as sisters — with all purity.
स्याणी जवाणसा खे माए समजी की और जवान जवाणसा खे पूरी पवित्रता ते बईण समजी की समजया।
3 Show consideration for widows — I mean those who are really widowed.
तिना बिदुआ रा, जो सच्चो खेई बिदुआ ए, आदर और मताद करो।
4 but, if a widow has children or grand-children, let them learn to show proper regard for the members of their own family first, and to make some return to their parents; for that is pleasing in God’s sight.
और जे केसी बिदुआ रे बच्चे या दोईते-पोते ओ, तो सेयो पईले आपणे ई कराने साथे आपणी जिम्मेवारी नबाई की परमेशरो रा भग्त ऊणा सीखो और आपणे माए-बाओ री देखपाल़ करी की कर्ज चुकाओ। कऊँकि परमेशरो खे येई अच्छा लगोआ।
5 As for the woman who is really widowed and left quite alone, her hopes are fixed on God, and she devotes herself to prayers and supplications night and day.
से जो सच्चो खेई बिदुआ ए और तेसा रा कोई निए, से परमेशरो पाँदे ई उम्मीद राखोई। से दिन-रात बिनती और प्रार्थना करदी रओई और परमेशरो ते मताद मांगदी रओई।
6 But the life of a widow who is devoted to pleasure is a living death.
पर से बिदुआ जो भोग-विलासो रे पड़ी गी, से जिऊँदे जिऊए ई मरी गी री।
7 Those are the points on which you should dwell, that there may be no call for your censure.
इना गल्ला री बी आज्ञा देया कर, ताकि सेयो निर्दोष रओ।
8 Any one who fails to provide for his own relations, and especially for those under his own roof, has disowned the Faith, and is worse than an unbeliever.
पर जे कोई आपणेया री और खास करी की आपणे परिवारो री देखपाल़ नि करो, तो से विश्वासो ते मुकरी गा रा और अविश्वासिया ते बी बुरा बणीगा रा।
9 A widow, when her name is added to the list, should not be less than sixty years old; she should have been a faithful wife,
बिदुआ री सूचिया रे सिर्फ तेसा रा ई नाओं लिखेया जाओ, जो साठा साला ते कम नि ओ और जो आपणे लाड़े रे विश्वासो जोगी रई ओ।
10 and be well spoken of for her kind actions. She should have brought up children, have shown hospitality to strangers, have washed the feet of her fellow Christians, have relieved those who were in distress, and devoted herself to every kind of good action.
और से खरे कामा रे सुनाम रई ओ, जेसे बच्चे ठीक टंगो रे पाल़ी राखे ओ, पराऊणेया री आओ-बैठ करी राखी ओ, परमेशरो रे लोका रे पैर तोए ओ, दु: खिया री मताद कित्ती ओ और हर एक खरे कामो रे मन लगाया ओ।
11 But you should exclude the younger widows from the list; for, when they grow restive under the yoke of the Christ, they want to marry,
तेसा सूचिया रे जवान बिदुआ रे नाओं नि लिखणा, जो मसीह रा बिरोद करी की सुख-बिलासो रे पड़ी जाओईया और ब्या करना चाओईया।
12 and so they bring condemnation upon themselves for having broken their previous promise.
सेयो दुबारा ब्या करी की आपू खे दोषी ठराओईया, कऊँकि तिने ब्या ना करने रा वादा तोड़ी ता।
13 And not only that, but they learn to be idle as they go about from house to house. Nor are they merely idle, but they also become gossips and busy-bodies, and talk of what they ought not.
और इजी साथे-साथे सेयो कअरे-कअरे फिरी की आल़सी ऊणा सिखोईया। सेयो बस आल़सी ई नि, पर ओरी रे बारे रे बक-बक करदिया रओईया और ओरी रे कामो रे आथ बी पाओईया और बेटंगी गल्ला करोईया।
14 Therefore I advise young widows to marry, bear children, and attend to their homes, and so avoid giving the enemy an opportunity for scandal.
इजी री खातर आऊँ ये चाऊँआ कि जवान बिदुआ ब्या करी लो और बच्चे पैदा करो और कअर बार सम्बाल़ो और केसी बी बिरोदिया खे बदनाम करने रा मोका नि देओ।
15 There are some who have already left us, to follow Satan.
कऊँकि कई जणियां तो बईकि की शैतानो पीछे ऊई चुकी रिया।
16 Any Christian woman, who has relations who are widows, ought to relieve them and not allow them to become a burden to the Church, so that the Church may relieve those widows who are really widowed.
जे केसी विश्वासणिया रे कअरे कोई बिदुआ ओ, तो सेयो ई तिना री मताद करो ताकि मण्डल़िया पाँदे बोज नि ओ। तेबे मण्डल़िया तिना बिदुआ री मताद करनी, जो सच्चो खेई कल्ली ए।
17 Those Officers of the Church who fill their office well should be held deserving of especial consideration, particularly those whose work lies in preaching and teaching.
मण्डल़िया रे बुजुर्ग जो आपणा काम ठीक टंगो रे करोआ तिना खे सई आदर और सई मजदूरी दित्ती जाओ, खास करी की सेयो जो परमेशरो रा वचन सिखाणे और प्रचार करने रे कड़ी मईणत करोए।
18 The words of Scripture are — ‘Thou shalt not muzzle the ox while it is treading out the grain.’ and again — ‘The worker is worth his wages.’
कऊँकि पवित्र शास्त्रो रे लिखी राखेया, “जोड़े रे बल़दा रा मूँ नि बानो,” पवित्र शास्त्र एक ओरी जगा बोलोआ, “मजूरदार आपणी मजदूरिया रा अक्कदार ए।”
19 Do not receive a charge against an Officer of the Church, unless it is supported by two or three witnesses;
मण्डल़िया रे केसी बी बुजुर्गो रे खलाफ आरोप नि सुणो। जदुओ तक दो या तीन गवा तेसखे ये नि बोलो कि तिने कुछ गल़त करदे देखी राखेया।
20 but rebuke offenders publicly, so that others may take warning.
पर पाप करने वाल़ेया मण्डल़िया रे तिना बुजुर्गा खे सबी सामणे समजयाई दे, ताकि ओर लोक बी पाप करने ते डरो।
21 I charge you solemnly, before God and Christ Jesus and the Chosen Angels, to carry out these directions, unswayed by prejudice, never acting with partiality.
ओ तीमुथियुस, आँऊ ताखे परमेशर, यीशु मसीह और चूणे रे स्वर्गदूता खे आजीर जाणी कि खबरदार करूँआ कि तूँ दिल खोली कि इना गल्ला खे मानेया कर और केसी साथे पक्षपात नि कर।
22 Never ordain any one hastily, and take no part in the wrong-doing of others. Keep your life pure.
मण्डल़िया रे अगुवा बनाणे खे केसी पाँदे फटाफट आथ नि राखणा। जे तुसे बिना सोचे बिचारे तेस पाँदे फटाफट आथ राखी कि तेसखे अगुवा बणाओए और से पाप करो तो एड़ा करने पाँदे तुसे बी तेसरे पापो रे शामिल ओए। आपणे आपू खे पवित्र बणाई कि राख।
23 Do not continue to drink water only, but take a little wine on account of the weakness of your stomach, and your frequent ailments.
एबुए ते बस पाणिए खेई पीणे वाल़ा नि रओ, पर आपणे पेटो रे और आपणे बार-बार बमार ऊणे री बजअ ते, थोड़ा-थोड़ा दाखरस बी कामो रे ल्याया कर।
24 There are some men whose sins are conspicuous and lead on to judgment, while there are others whose sins dog their steps.
आँऊ तुसा खे बोलूँआ कि अगुवा बनाणे रे जल्दी नि करो कऊँकि कुछ लोक सामणे-सामणे पाप करोए। एथो तक कि न्याय ऊणे ते पईले ई सेयो लोक विश्वासिया रे सामणे साफ तौरो पाँदे दोषी ए। हालाँकि कुछ लोका रे पाप पईले सामणे नि आऊँदे पर बादो ते सामणे आई जाओए।
25 In the same way noble deeds become conspicuous, and those which are otherwise cannot be concealed.
तिंयाँ ई जेबे कुछ लोक खरे काम करोए तो ओरी विश्वासिया रे जरिए साफ-साफ दिशोए। एथो तक कि जे सेयो साफ-साफ नि दिशो तेबे बी तिना रे जरिए महसूस कित्ते जाओए।
