< 1 Corinthians 9 >
1 Am I not free? Am I not an Apostle? Have I not seen our Lord Jesus? Are not you yourselves my work achieved in union with the Lord?
A buevi, ndisi phuanza ko e? Ndisi mvuala ko e? Ndisia mona Pfumu eto Yesu Klisto ko e? Beno ndisia lubuta mu kisalu kiama mu Pfumu ko e?
2 If I am not an Apostle to others, yet at least I am to you; for you are the seal that stamps me as an Apostle in union with the Lord.
Enati kuidi bankaka ndisi mvuala ko vayi kuidi beno ndidi mvuala bila beno luidi dimbu ki kimvuala kiama mu Pfumu.
3 The defence that I make to my critics is this:
Wowo mvutu pheni kuidi batu bobo bakumfundanga.
4 Have not we a right to food and drink?
A buevi, tuisi ko minsua mu dia ayi mu nua e?
5 Have not we a right to take a wife with us, if she is a Christian, as the other Apostles and the Master’s brothers and Kephas all do?
Tuisi ko minsua mu kibanga va kimosi ayi nketo wuzebi Klisto, banga bu nsilanga bamvuala bankaka, bakhomba zi Pfumu ayi Piela e?
6 Or is it only Barnabas and I who have no right to give up working for our bread?
Buna Balinabasi ayi minu, beto kaka tubeki minsua mu sala mu diambu di tukizingisanga e?
7 Does any one ever serve as a soldier at his own expense? Does any one plant a vineyard and not eat its produce? Or does any one look after a herd and not drink the milk?
Disodi mbi dinsalanga kisalu ki kisodi vayi dikukifutanga niandi veka e? Nani wulenda kuna ndima yi vinu vayi kadianga ko makundi madi muna? Nani wuntuidilanga nkangu wu zingombi vayi kanuanga ko miliki mi nkangu beni e?
8 Am I, in all this, speaking only from the human standpoint? Does not the Law also say the same?
Mu kimutu ndintubila mambu mama e? Voti Mina miyolukilanga ko mambu beni?
9 For in the Law of Moses it is said — ‘Thou shalt not muzzle a bullock while it is treading out the grain.’ Is it the bullocks that God is thinking of?
Bila mu Mina mi Moyize musonama: Wulendi kanga munu wu ngombi ko yimfundumunanga makundi. A buevi, Nzambi wulenda bela zingombi mayindu e?
10 Or is not is said entirely for our sakes? Surely it was written for our sakes, for the ploughman ought not to plough, nor the thrasher to thrash, without expecting a share of the grain.
Keti mu diambu dieto katubila bobo? Bila mambu momo masonimina mu diambu dieto. Mutu wunkunanga zitsola kafueti sala mu diana dioso, ayi woso wumfundumunanga makundi kafueti ba ayi diana di tambula kuku.
11 Since we, then, sowed spiritual seed for you, is it too much that we should reap from you an earthly harvest?
Enati tukuna makundi ma kiphevi mu beno, buna buevi, dieka diambu dinneni ti tutambudi bima bieno bi kinsuni e?
12 If others share in this right over you, do not we even more? Still we did not avail ourselves of this right. No, we endure anything rather than impede the progress of the Good News of the Christ.
Enati bankaka babeki minsua miomi mu beno, buna beto katulutidi ko e? Vayi tusia sadila ko minsua beni; tunkanga ntima mu mambu moso muingi tubika tula diambu dilenda kakidila nsamu wumboti wu Klisto.
13 Do not you know that those who do the work of the Temple live on what comes from the Temple, and that those who serve at the altar share the offerings with the altar?
Luisi zaba ko ti batu bobo bansadilanga mu nzo Nzambi bambakanga bidia biawu muna nzo Nzambi e? Ayi bobo bansadilanga va ntala bambonganga ndambu mu makaba momo bantambikanga vana ntala.
14 So, too, the Master has appointed that those who tell the Good News should get their living from the Good News.
Bobuawu, Pfumu wuvana thumunu ti bobo bansamunanga Nsamu Wumbotibazingilanga mu nsamu wumboti.
15 I, however, have not availed myself of any of these rights. I am not saying this to secure such an arrangement for myself; indeed, I would far rather die — Nobody shall make my boast a vain one!
Vayi minu ndisia sadila kadi diambu dimosi ko mu mambu momo ayi ndisi sonika ko bobo mu diambu luvanga buawu mu diambu diama bila bulutidimboti kuidi minu mu fua ayi mu mona mutu wu mvonda nkembo ama.
16 If I tell the Good News, I have nothing to boast of, for I can but do so. Woe is me if I do not tell it!
Bila enati ndilembo samuna Nsamu Wumboti buna vasiko diambu diodi ndikukiniemisina bila yidi thumunu nditambula mu kingolo. Ayi mabienga kuidi minu enati ndikadi samuna Nsamu Wumboti.
17 If I do this work willingly, I have a reward; but, if unwillingly, I have been charged to perform a duty.
Enati mu luzolo luama veka ndinsadila mawu buna mfutu widi yama. Vayi enati luisi mu luzolo luama ko buna ndilembo sadi mu diambu di kisalu kioki nditambula.
18 What is my reward, then? To present the Good News free of all cost, and so make but a sparing use of the rights which it gives me.
Buna mfutu mbi widi yama? Mfunuꞌama widi mu longa, mu kambu futu, Nsamu wu Klisto wundilonganga mu diambu ndibika sadila minsua miama mu Nsamu Wumboti.
19 Although I was entirely free, yet, to win as many converts as possible, I made myself everyone’s slave.
Bila minu bu ndidi mutu wu kiphuanza va meso ma batu boso, vayi ndikituka mvika wu batu boso muingi ndibaka bu natina bawombo kuidi Yesu Klisto.
20 To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win Jews. To those who are subject to Law I became like a man subject to Law — though I was not myself subject to Law — to win those who are subject to Law.
Kuidi Bayuda, ndieka banga Nyuda muingi ndibaka Bayuda. Kuidi batu bobo badi ku tsi Mina, ndieka banga mutu widi ku tsi mina; ka diambu ko ndisi ku tsi mina ko muingi ndibaka bobo badi ku tsi mina.
21 To those who have no Law I became like a man who has no Law — not that I am free from God’s Law; no, for I am under Christ’s Law — to win those who have no law.
Kuidi batu bobo bakambulu zaba mina ndieka banga mutu wukambulu zaba Mina muingi ndibaka bu natina kuidi Klisto bobo bakambulu zaba Mina, ka diambu ko ndisi kambu zaba Mina mi Nzambi ko vayi ndidi ku tsi Mina mi Klisto.
22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men, so as at all costs to save some.
Kuidi bawu badi batu balebakana, minu ndieka mutu wulebakana muingi ndibaka batu balebakana. Kuidi batu boso ndiyikidi banga bima bioso muingi ndibaka bu vukisila bankaka.
23 And I do everything for the sake of the Good News, that with them I may share in its blessings.
Ndimvanganga mambu moso mu diambu di Nsamu Wumboti muingi mamvamandiba kithuadi mu wawu.
24 Do not you know that on a race-course, though all run, yet only one wins the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.
Lusi zaba ko ti batu boso bobo banzawulanga thinu ku nganda bisavu, banzawulanga mu diambu banunga. Ayi wumosi kaka weti tambulangamfutu. Bika beno mamveno luzawula muingi lununga.
25 Every athlete exercises self-restraint in everything; they, indeed, for a crown that fades, we for one that is unfading.
Batu bobo banzawulanga bakukivanganga minsiku miwombo-wombo. Beti vanganga bobo mu diambu babaka budu ki nkembo kioki kika kizingilanga ko. Vayi beto tueti vanganga bobo mu diambu di baka budu ki nkembo kioki kinzingilanga mu zithangu zioso.
26 I, therefore, run with no uncertain aim. I box — not like a man hitting the air.
Diawu bu ndinzawulanga, kadi sia ti mu phamba; ayi bu ndieti nuananga, ndizubanga zikhomi mu phamba ko banga mutu wunzuba phemo.
27 No, I bruise my body and make it my slave, lest I, who have called others to the contest, should myself be rejected.
Vayi minu ndinuanisanga nitu ama ayi ndikuyiyalanga muingi buedi ba ti minu veka ndozolo, bu mbeni longa bankaka.
