Psalms 98

1 Sing to Yahweh a new song, because he has done wonderful things! By his power [MTY] and his great strength [DOU] he has defeated [his enemies].

Zabura ce. Ku rera sabuwar waƙa ga Ubangiji, gama ya yi abubuwa masu banmamaki; hannunsa na dama da hannunsa mai tsarki sun yi masa aikin ceto.

2 Yahweh has declared to people that he has defeated his enemies; he has revealed that he has punished [them], and [people in] all the world have seen that he has done it.

Ubangiji ya sanar da cetonsa ya kuma bayyana adalcinsa ga al’ummai.

3 Like he promised to us Israeli people [MTY], he has faithfully loved us and (been loyal to/not abandoned) us. [People who live] in very remote places in all the earth have seen that our God has defeated [his enemies].

Ya tuna da ƙaunarsa da kuma amincinsa ga gidan Isra’ila; dukan iyakar duniya sun ga ceton Allahnmu.

4 All you [people] [MTY] everywhere should sing joyfully to Yahweh; praise him while you sing and shout joyfully!

Ku yi sowa don farin ciki ga Ubangiji, dukan duniya, ku ɓarke da waƙa ta murna tare da kiɗi;

5 Praise Yahweh while you play the lyres/harps, playing [delightful] music.

ku yi kiɗi ga Ubangiji da garaya, da garaya da ƙarar rerawa,

6 [Some of you should] blow trumpets and other horns, [while others] shout joyfully to Yahweh, [our] king.

tare da bushe-bushe da karar ƙahon rago, ku yi sowa don farin ciki a gaban Ubangiji, Sarki.

7 The oceans and all [the creatures] that are in the oceans should roar [to praise Yahweh]. Everyone on the earth should sing!

Bari teku su yi ruri, da kuma kome da yake cikinsa, duniya da kuma kome da yake cikinta.

8 [It should seem as though] the rivers are clapping their hands [to praise Yahweh] and that the hills are singing together joyfully in front of Yahweh,

Bari koguna su tafa hannuwansu, bari duwatsu su rera tare don farin ciki;

9 because he will come to judge [everyone on] [MTY] the earth! He will judge [all] the people-groups [in the world] justly and fairly [DOU].

bari su rera a gaban Ubangiji, gama yana zuwa domin yă hukunta duniya. Zai hukunta duniya da adalci mutane kuma cikin gaskiya.
