Psalms 98
1 Sing to Yahweh a new song, because he has done wonderful things! By his power [MTY] and his great strength [DOU] he has defeated [his enemies].
૧ગીત. યહોવાહની સમક્ષ, એક નવું ગીત ગાઓ, કેમ કે તેમણે અદ્દભુત કૃત્યો કર્યાં છે; તેમના જમણા હાથે તથા તેમના પવિત્ર બાહુએ પોતાને માટે વિજય મેળવ્યો છે.
2 Yahweh has declared to people that he has defeated his enemies; he has revealed that he has punished [them], and [people in] all the world have seen that he has done it.
૨યહોવાહે પોતાનું તારણ બતાવ્યું છે; તેમણે પોતાનું ન્યાયીપણું વિદેશીઓની દ્રષ્ટિમાં પ્રગટ કર્યું છે.
3 Like he promised to us Israeli people [MTY], he has faithfully loved us and (been loyal to/not abandoned) us. [People who live] in very remote places in all the earth have seen that our God has defeated [his enemies].
૩તેમણે પોતાની કૃપા તથા વિશ્વાસુપણું ઇઝરાયલના લોકોને માટે સંભાર્યાં છે; આખી પૃથ્વીએ આપણા ઈશ્વરનો વિજય જોયો છે.
4 All you [people] [MTY] everywhere should sing joyfully to Yahweh; praise him while you sing and shout joyfully!
૪હે પૃથ્વીના લોકો, યહોવાહની આગળ હર્ષનાદ કરો; આનંદ અને ઉત્સાહથી તેમની સ્તુતિ ગાઓ, હા, સ્તોત્રો ગાઓ.
5 Praise Yahweh while you play the lyres/harps, playing [delightful] music.
૫વીણાસહિત, વીણા તથા ગાયનસહિત યહોવાહનાં સ્તોત્રો ગાઓ.
6 [Some of you should] blow trumpets and other horns, [while others] shout joyfully to Yahweh, [our] king.
૬તૂરી તથા રણશિંગડાંના અવાજથી યહોવાહ રાજાની આગળ હર્ષનાદ કરો.
7 The oceans and all [the creatures] that are in the oceans should roar [to praise Yahweh]. Everyone on the earth should sing!
૭સમુદ્ર તથા તેનું સર્વસ્વ, જગત અને તેમાંના સર્વ રહેવાસીઓ, ગાજો.
8 [It should seem as though] the rivers are clapping their hands [to praise Yahweh] and that the hills are singing together joyfully in front of Yahweh,
૮નદીઓના પ્રવાહો તાળી પાડો અને પર્વતો હર્ષનાદ કરો.
9 because he will come to judge [everyone on] [MTY] the earth! He will judge [all] the people-groups [in the world] justly and fairly [DOU].
૯યહોવાહ પૃથ્વીનો ન્યાય કરવાને આવે છે; તે ન્યાયીપણાએ પૃથ્વીનો અને યથાર્થપણાએ લોકોનો ન્યાય કરશે.
