Psalms 98
1 Sing to Yahweh a new song, because he has done wonderful things! By his power [MTY] and his great strength [DOU] he has defeated [his enemies].
Tingtoenglung BOEIPA te khobaerhambae a saii dongah laa thai neh hlai uh lah. A bantang kut neh a bantha cim te amah ham a khang coeng.
2 Yahweh has declared to people that he has defeated his enemies; he has revealed that he has punished [them], and [people in] all the world have seen that he has done it.
BOEIPA loh amah kah khangnah te namtom kah mikhmuh ah a phoe tih a duengnah te a tueng sak.
3 Like he promised to us Israeli people [MTY], he has faithfully loved us and (been loyal to/not abandoned) us. [People who live] in very remote places in all the earth have seen that our God has defeated [his enemies].
Israel imkhui ham amah kah sitlohnah neh uepomnah te a thoelh pah dongah diklai khobawt loh mamih Pathen kah khangnah te boeih a hmuh uh.
4 All you [people] [MTY] everywhere should sing joyfully to Yahweh; praise him while you sing and shout joyfully!
Diklai pum loh BOEIPA taengah yuhui uh lamtah tamhoe tingtoeng ol neh rhong uh lah.
5 Praise Yahweh while you play the lyres/harps, playing [delightful] music.
BOEIPA te rhotoeng neh, rhotoeng dongkah oldi ol nen khaw tingtoeng uh lah.
6 [Some of you should] blow trumpets and other horns, [while others] shout joyfully to Yahweh, [our] king.
BOEIPA Manghai mikhmuh ah olueng, tuki ol neh yuhui uh lah.
7 The oceans and all [the creatures] that are in the oceans should roar [to praise Yahweh]. Everyone on the earth should sing!
Tuitunli neh a khuiah aka om boeih khaw, lunglai neh a khuikah khosa rhoek khaw pang uh lah.
8 [It should seem as though] the rivers are clapping their hands [to praise Yahweh] and that the hills are singing together joyfully in front of Yahweh,
Tuiva rhoek loh kut tun paeng uh lamtah tlang boeih loh tamhoe uh saeh.
9 because he will come to judge [everyone on] [MTY] the earth! He will judge [all] the people-groups [in the world] justly and fairly [DOU].
BOEIPA mikhmuh ah diklai he laitloek thil ham halo dongah lunglai he duengnah neh, pilnam khaw vanatnah neh lai a tloek ni.
