Psalms 96
1 Sing to Yahweh a new song! [You people] throughout the earth, sing to Yahweh!
Cantad al SEÑOR canción nueva; cantad al SEÑOR, toda la tierra.
2 Sing to Yahweh and praise him [MTY]! Every day proclaim [to others] that he has saved/rescued us.
Cantad al SEÑOR, bendecid su Nombre; anunciad de día en día su salud.
3 Tell about his glory/greatness to all people-groups; tell all people-groups the marvelous [things that he has done].
Contad entre los gentiles su gloria, en todos los pueblos sus maravillas.
4 Yahweh is great, and he deserves to be praised very much; he should be revered more than for all the gods,
Porque grande es el SEÑOR, y digno de suprema alabanza; terrible sobre todos los dioses.
5 because all the gods that other people-groups [worship] are [only] idols, but Yahweh [is truly great]; he created the skies!
Porque todos los dioses de los pueblos son ídolos; mas el SEÑOR hizo los cielos.
6 Those who are in his presence honor him and can see that he is a great king. They can see in his temple that he is very powerful and is very beautiful.
Alabanza y gloria delante de él; fortaleza y hermosura en su santuario.
7 You people in nations all over the earth, praise Yahweh! Praise Yahweh for his glorious power [HEN]!
Dad al SEÑOR, oh familias de los pueblos, dad al SEÑOR la gloria y la fortaleza.
8 Praise Yahweh like he deserves to be praised, Bring an offering and come to his temple.
Dad al SEÑOR la honra de su Nombre; tomad presentes, y venid a sus atrios.
9 Bow down before Yahweh [when he appears] in his holy/sacred temple; everyone on the earth should tremble in front of him, because he is majestic and holy.
Adorad al SEÑOR en la hermosura de la santidad; temed delante de él, toda la tierra.
10 Say to all the people-groups, “Yahweh is the king! He put the world in its place, and nothing will ever be able to move/shake it. He will judge [all] the people-groups fairly.”
Decid entre los gentiles: El SEÑOR tomó el reino, también compuso el mundo, no será conmovido; juzgará a los pueblos en justicia.
11 [All the beings that are in] [MTY] the heavens should be glad, and all [the people on the] earth should rejoice. The oceans and all the creatures that are in the oceans should roar [to praise Yahweh].
Alégrense los cielos, y gócese la tierra; brame el mar y su plenitud.
12 The fields and everything that grows in them should rejoice. When they do that, [it will be as though] all the trees in the forests will sing joyfully
Regocíjese el campo, y todo lo que en él está; entonces exultarán todos los árboles de la breña,
13 in front of Yahweh. That will happen when he comes to judge [everyone on] [MTY] the earth. He will judge all the people fairly/justly, according to [what he knows is] true.
delante del SEÑOR que vino; porque vino a juzgar la tierra. Juzgará al mundo con justicia, y a los pueblos con su verdad.
