Psalms 96
1 Sing to Yahweh a new song! [You people] throughout the earth, sing to Yahweh!
Cantad a Yahvé un cántico nuevo, cantad a Yahvé, tierras todas.
2 Sing to Yahweh and praise him [MTY]! Every day proclaim [to others] that he has saved/rescued us.
Cantad a Yahvé, bendecid su nombre, proclamad día tras día su salvación.
3 Tell about his glory/greatness to all people-groups; tell all people-groups the marvelous [things that he has done].
Pregonad su gloria entre los gentiles; sus maravillas entre los pueblos todos.
4 Yahweh is great, and he deserves to be praised very much; he should be revered more than for all the gods,
Porque grande es Yahvé y digno de suma alabanza, temible, más que todos los dioses.
5 because all the gods that other people-groups [worship] are [only] idols, but Yahweh [is truly great]; he created the skies!
Pues todos los dioses de los gentiles son ficción en tanto que Yahvé hizo los cielos.
6 Those who are in his presence honor him and can see that he is a great king. They can see in his temple that he is very powerful and is very beautiful.
Majestad y belleza le preceden; en su santa morada están el poder y la gloria.
7 You people in nations all over the earth, praise Yahweh! Praise Yahweh for his glorious power [HEN]!
Reconoced a Yahvé, oh razas de los pueblos, reconoced a Yahvé la gloria y el poder.
8 Praise Yahweh like he deserves to be praised, Bring an offering and come to his temple.
Reconoced a Yahvé la gloria de su Nombre. Traedle oblaciones y venid a sus atrios.
9 Bow down before Yahweh [when he appears] in his holy/sacred temple; everyone on the earth should tremble in front of him, because he is majestic and holy.
Adorad a Yahvé en sacro esplendor, oh tierra toda, tiembla ante ÉL
10 Say to all the people-groups, “Yahweh is the king! He put the world in its place, and nothing will ever be able to move/shake it. He will judge [all] the people-groups fairly.”
Anunciad a las naciones: “Reina Yahvé; Él ha dado estabilidad al orbe, para que no vacile; rige a los pueblos con justicia.”
11 [All the beings that are in] [MTY] the heavens should be glad, and all [the people on the] earth should rejoice. The oceans and all the creatures that are in the oceans should roar [to praise Yahweh].
Alégrense los cielos, y regocíjese la tierra; retumbe el mar y cuanto lo llena;
12 The fields and everything that grows in them should rejoice. When they do that, [it will be as though] all the trees in the forests will sing joyfully
salte de júbilo el campo con todo lo que hay en él. Rebosarán entonces de exultación todos los árboles de la selva,
13 in front of Yahweh. That will happen when he comes to judge [everyone on] [MTY] the earth. He will judge all the people fairly/justly, according to [what he knows is] true.
ante la presencia de Yahvé, porque viene, porque viene para gobernar la tierra. Gobernará la redondez de la tierra con justicia, y a los pueblos con su fidelidad.
