Psalms 74

1 God, why have you abandoned/rejected us? Will you keep rejecting us forever [RHQ]? Why are you angry with us, since we are like sheep in your pasture [and you are like our shepherd]? [MET, RHQ]

Anumzamoka nahigenka kamefira huraminka mani vava hunka nevane? Nahigenka trazampi zmantanke'zama vanoma nehaza sipisipi afutaminkura, Kagra krimpa ahenezmantane?

2 Do not forget your people whom you chose long ago, the people whom you freed [from being slaves in Egypt] and caused to become your tribe. Do not forget Jerusalem, which was (your home/where you dwelt) [on this earth].

Korapama Nagri vahe manigahaze hunkama huhampri'nana vahe mani'nonanki, kagera okaninka kagesa antahiramio. Tagu'ma nevazinka mareri fenozani'agna huta manigahaze hu'nana vahe tagra mani'none. Kagra Saioni agonarema nemanina agonagura (Jerusalemi) kagesa antahio.

3 Walk along [and see] where everything has been totally ruined; our enemies have destroyed everything in the sacred temple.

4 Your enemies shouted triumphantly in this sacred place; they erected their banners [to show they had defeated us].

5 They cut down all the [engraved objects in the temple] like woodsmen cut down trees.

Saumenuma zafama antagitre'naku'ma nehazaza hu'za nona antagi tapage nehaze.

6 Then they smashed all the carved wood with their axes and hammers.

Hagi mono no zafare'ma antreno'ma keonke'zamofo amema'ama trohunteno avasasema hunte'nea zana, sasume tunuti'ene hamanteti antagi hantagutagi atre'ne.

7 [Then] they burned your temple to the ground; they caused that place where you were worshiped to be unfit for people to worship in.

Ana ha' vahe'mo'za zamagra teve tagintazageno mono nonka'a teno ko mopafi tepasaru huramigeno, Kagri kagima me'nea nona eri ankrare kre'naze.

8 They said to themselves, “We will destroy the Israelis completely,” and they [also] burned down all the other places where we gathered to worship God.

Zamagra amanage hu'za antahintahia antahi'naze, ana maka zana eri haviza hutregahune hu'za hute'za, ana mopafima Anumzamofoma mono'ma hunentaza nonkumatamina teve tagintazageno te'ne.

9 All our sacred symbols (OR, miracles) are gone; there are no prophets now/any more, and no one knows how long [this situation will continue].

Anumzamoka tamagrane mani'noe hunka mago avamezana eri fore hanketa onkone. Hagi ana maka kasnampa vahe'mo'za omanizageno, ama knazamo'ma vagamaresia zama tasami'naza vahera omani'naze.

10 God, how long will our enemies make fun of you [RHQ]? Will they insult you [MTY] forever [RHQ]?

Anumzamoka nama'agna atresankeno ha' vahetimo'za huhavizana hugantegahaze? Hagi zamatre'sanke'za maka zupa kagia eri haviza huvava hanazo?

11 Why do you refuse to help [MTY, RHQ] us? Why do you keep your hand inside your cloak [instead of using it to destroy our enemies] [RHQ]?

Nahigenka hankavenentake tamaga kazana rusutenka taza nosane? Hanavenentake kazana renamaginka omaninka rusutenka zamahe frio.

12 God, you have been our king [all the time] since we came out of Egypt [HYP], and you have enabled us to defeat [our enemies] in the land [of Israel].

Hianagi Anumzamoka korapama evu'nea knafine meninena nagri kini ne' mani'nenka, ama mopafina tagura vazi'nane.

13 By your power you caused the [Red] Sea to divide; [it was as though] you smashed the heads of the [rulers of Egypt who were like] huge sea dragons [MET].

Kagra hankaveka'areti hagerina eri atanankeno tare kaziga otikenka, hagerimpima nemania afizagamofo aseniramina rupraro vazi'nane.

14 [It was as though] you crushed the head of the king of Egypt [MET] and gave his body to the animals in the desert to eat.

Laviataniema hu'za nehaza afi zagama hagerimpi nemania zagamofo aseniramina rupraro vazitenka, hagage kokampima nemaniza zagagafa zaminke'za ne'naze.

15 You caused springs and streams to flow, and you [also] dried up rivers that had never dried up previously.

Kagrake'za kampu'i tine, neone tinena erinkazo hankeno, timo'a krohupeno enevigenka, ontaneno evuvavama nehia tirantamina eri neranane.

16 You created the days and the nights, and you put the sun and the moon in their places.

Masane, haninena anantarega kagri suza me'na'e. Kagrake'za zagene ikanena, tro hunte'nane.

17 You determined where the oceans end and the land begins, and you created the summer/hot season and the winter/cold season.

Kagrake'za mopamofona isagana antetere nehunka, amuho knane zasi'ma hu kna trohu ante'nane.

18 Yahweh, do not forget that your enemies laugh at you, and that it is foolish people who despise you [MTY].

Ra Anumzamoka ha' vahe'mo'zama huhavizama hunegantazana kagesa nentahinka, neginagi vahe'mo'zama kagi'ama huhaviza nehaza zana ko.

19 Do not let your helpless people [MET] fall into the hands of their cruel enemies; do not forget your suffering/persecuted people.

Hagi atregeno maho namaka'a afi zagamo'za zamahe'za oneho. Vahe'mo'zama knama nezamiza vaheka'a kagerakani zamante vava osuo.

20 Do not forget the agreement that you made with us; remember that there are violent people in every dark place on the earth.

Huhagerafi huvempa kema hu'nana zana kagera okanio. Na'ankure ama mopafima hanintirima hu'nefina, vahe'ma ohefri ahefrima hu'zamo'a avite.

21 Do not allow your oppressed people to be disgraced; help those poor and needy people in order that they will [again] praise you [MTY].

Vahe'mo'zama zamazeri havizama nehaza vahera zamatrege'za, zamagazegura nehu'za rukrahe hu'za oviho. Hanki atrege'za zamunte omne vahe'mo'zane, maka zanku'ma atupa'ma nehaza vahe'mo'za kagi'a ahentesga hiho.

22 God, arise and defend yourself [by defending your people]! Do not forget that foolish people laugh at you (all day long/continually)!

Anumzamoka otinka tagri kaziga antenka tahoko. Neginagi vahe'mo'za maka knafina, hago zazate huhaviza hugante'za nevaze.

23 Do not forget that your enemies shout angrily [at you]; the uproar that they make [while they oppose you] never stops.

Ha' vahekamo'zama nehazankea antahi amnea osuo. Hagi ranke hu'zama huhaviza hunegantaza zamo'a anagamu mareri vava nehie.
