Psalms 63
1 God, you are the God whom I [worship]. I greatly desire to be with you like [SIL] a person in a dry hot desert greatly desires [some cool water].
हे परमेश्वर, तपाईं मेरो परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ । उत्सुकतासाथ म तपाईंको खोजी गर्छु । पानी नभएको सुख्खा र बाँझो जमिनमा, मेरो प्राणले तपाईंको तृणा गर्छ र मेरो शरीरले तपाईंलाई खोज्छ ।
2 So, I want to see you in your temple; I want to see that you are great and glorious.
त्यसैले तपाईंको शक्ति र महिमा देख्नलाई तपाईंलाई मैले पवित्रस्थानमा हेरेको छु ।
3 Your constantly loving [me] is (worth more/more precious) than [my] life, so I [MTY] will [always] praise you.
किनभने तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तता जीवनभन्दा उत्तम छ । मेरा ओठहरूले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ ।
4 I will praise you all the time that I live; I will lift up my hands to you while I pray.
त्यसैले म जीवित रहँदा म तपाईंलाई धन्यको भन्नेछु । तपाईंकै नाउँमा म आफ्ना हातहरू उचाल्नेछु ।
5 [Knowing you satisfies me more than] [IDM, MET] my eating a very big feast, [so] I will praise you while I sing [MTY] joyful songs.
हाडको गुदी र चिल्लो खाना मैले खाएको जस्तै हुनेछ । आनन्दित ओठहरूले मेरो मुखले तपाईंको प्रशंसा गर्नेछ ।
6 While I lie on my bed, I think about you. I think/meditate about you all during the night,
जब आफ्नो ओछ्यानमा तपाईंको बारेमा म विचार गर्छु र रातको समयमा तपाईंमा ध्यान गर्छु ।
7 because you have always helped me, and I sing joyfully knowing that I am protected by you [as a little bird is protected] under [its mother’s] wings [MET].
किनकि तपाईं मेरो सहायता हुनुभएको छ र म तपाईंको पखेटाहरूको छायामा आनन्दित हुनेछु ।
8 I cling to you; and with your hand/power you protect me.
तपाईंसँग म टाँसिन्छु । तपाईंको दाहिने हातले मलाई सहारा दिन्छ ।
9 But those who are trying to kill me will [die and] descend into the place of the dead;
तर मलाई नष्ट गर्न खोज्नेहरू पृथ्वीको सबैभन्दा तल्लो भागहरूमा जानेछन्,
10 they will be killed in battles [MTY] and their [corpses] will be eaten by jackals/wild dogs.
तरवार चलाउनेहरूका हातहरूमा तिनीहरूलाई दिइनेछ, र तिनीहरू स्यालहरूका आहारा हुनेछन् ।
11 But I, the king [of Israel], will rejoice in what God has done; and all those who revere and trust God will praise him, but he will not allow liars to say anything.
तर राजाचाहिं परमेश्वरमा आनन्दित हुनेछन् । उहाँद्वारा शपथ खाने हरेकले उहाँमा गौरव गर्नेछन्, तर झुट बोल्नेहरूका मुख बन्द गरिनेछ ।
