< Psalms 62 >
1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].
Naftaydu waxay sugtaa Ilaah oo keliya, Oo badbaadadayduna waxay ka timaadaa xaggiisa.
2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].
Isaga oo qudha ayaa dhagaxayga weyn iyo badbaadadaydaba ah, Isagu waa munaaraddayda, oo aniga aad lay dhaqaajin maayo.
3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].
Balse idinku ilaa goormaad nin ku weeraraysaan, Inaad kulligiin isaga dumisaan, Sida derbi dhacaya, iyo deyr ligliganaya?
4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].
Iyagu waxay keliyahoo ku tashadaan si ay isaga sharaftiisa uga dejiyaan, Oo waxay ku farxaan beensheegidda, Afka way ka duceeyaan, laakiinse uurka way ka habaartamaan. (Selaah)
5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].
Naftaydoy, Ilaah oo qudha sug, Waayo, isagaan wax ka filanayaa.
6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.
Isaga oo qudha ayaa dhagaxayga weyn iyo badbaadadaydaba ah, Isagu waa munaaraddayda, oo aniga layma dhaqaajin doono.
7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].
Badbaadadayda iyo ammaantayduba waxay la jiraan Ilaah, Dhagaxii xooggayga iyo magangalkaygaba waa xagga Ilaah.
8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].
Dadkow, isaga isku halleeya wakhti kastaba, Oo qalbigiinna waxba ha kula hadhina Ilaah hortiisa, Waayo, Ilaah baa magangal inoo ah. (Selaah)
9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.
Hubaal dad gun ahu waa xumbo, Oo dad gob ahuna waa been, Markii la miisaamo way kor mari doonaan, Oo iyagu dhammaantood xumbo way ka fudud yihiin.
10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.
Dulmiga ha isku hallaynina, Waxdhiciddana ha ku kibrina. Maal hadduu idinku batona qalbigiinna ha raacinina.
11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,
Ilaah mar buu hadlay, Oo laba goor baan maqlay, In Ilaah xoogga iska leeyahay,
12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.
Oo weliba, Sayidow, adigu naxariis baad leedahay, Waayo, nin kasta waxaad ugu abaalguddaa sidii camalladiisu ahaayeen.
