Psalms 62
1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].
परमेश्वरमा मात्र म चूपचाप पर्खिन्छु । मेरो उद्धार उहाँबाट आउँछ ।
2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].
उहाँ मात्र मेरो चट्टान र मेरो उद्धार हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ मेरो अग्लो धरहरा हुनुहुन्छ । म धेरै डग्नेछैन ।
3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].
तिमीहरू सबै जनाले एक जना मानिसलाई कहिलेसम्म आक्रमण गर्छौ, जसलाई तिमीहरूले ढल्न लागेको पर्खाल वा कमजोर बारजस्तै ढाल्न सक्छौ?
4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].
त्यसको आदरको ठाउँबाट त्यसलाई तल झार्नलाई मात्र तिनीहरू विचार विमर्श गर्छन् । तिनीहरू झुटो बोल्न रुचाउँछन् । आफ्ना मुखले तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई आशिष् दिन्छन्, तर आफ्ना हृदयमा तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई सराप्छन् । सेला
5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].
परमेश्वरमा मात्र म चूपचाप पर्खिन्छु । किनकि मेरो आसा उहाँमा राखिएको छ ।
6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.
उहाँ मात्र मेरो चट्टान र मेरो उद्धार हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँ मेरो अग्लो धरहरा हुनुहुन्छ । म डग्नेछैन ।
7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].
मेरो उद्धार र महिमा परमेश्वरसँग छ । मेरो बल र शरणको चट्टान परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ ।
8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].
ए मानिसहरू हो, सबै समय उहाँमा भरोसा गर । उहाँमा आफ्नो हृदय पोखाओ । परमेश्वर हाम्रो शरणस्थान हुनुहुन्छ । सेला
9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.
निश्चय नै निम्न स्तरका मानिसहरू व्यर्थ हुन् र उच्च स्तरका मानिसहरू झुट हुन् । तिनीहरू तराजुमा तौलिंदा हलुका हुन्छन् । एकसाथ तौलिंदा पनि तिनीहरू केही पनि हुँदैनन् ।
10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.
थिचोमिचो वा लुटमा भरोसा नगर । अनि व्यर्थमा धनमा आसा नगर, किनकि तिनीहरूले कुनै फल दिने छैनन् । आफ्नो हृदय तिनमा नलगाओ ।
11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,
परमेश्वरले एक पल्ट बोल्नुभएको छ, मैले यो दुई पल्ट सुनेको छुः शक्ति परमेश्वरकै हो ।
12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.
हे परमप्रभु, करारको विश्वस्तता पनि तपाईंकै हो, किनकि हरेक व्यक्तिले जे गरेको छ त्यसको प्रतिफल तपाईंले दिनुहुन्छ ।
