Psalms 62
1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].
၁ငါ့ကိုဘုရားသခင်ကယ်တင်ရန်ငါသည် စိတ်ရှည်စွာ စောင့်မျှော်လျက်နေပါ၏။ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုသာလျှင်မှီခိုပါ၏။
2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].
၂ကိုယ်တော်သာလျှင်ငါ၏ခိုလှုံရာကျောက်တောင်၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်သဖွယ်ဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။ ငါသည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှအရေးရှုံးနိမ့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].
၃သင်တို့အပေါင်းသည်ယိမ်းယိုင်လျက်ရှိသော နံရံနှင့် ပြိုကျပျက်စီးလျက်ရှိသောခြံဝင်းကဲ့သို့ အင်အားမရှိသည့်လူတစ်ယောက်အား အဘယ်မျှ ကြာအောင်တိုက်ခိုက်ကြပါမည်နည်း။
4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].
၄သင်တို့သည်သူ့အားဂုဏ်မြင့်ရာမှဆွဲချရန် ကိုသာ ကြံစည်ကြ၏။ သင်တို့သည်လိမ်လည်ပြောဆိုရန်နှစ်သက် ကြ၏။ သူ့အားနှုတ်ဖြင့်ကောင်းချီးပေးလျက်၊ စိတ်ထဲတွင်မူကားကျိန်ဆဲကြ၏။
5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].
၅ငါသည်ဘုရားသခင်ကိုသာလျှင်မှီခိုပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်အားမျှော်ကိုးပါ၏။
6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.
၆ကိုယ်တော်သာလျှင်ငါ၏ခိုလှုံရာကျောက် တောင်၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်တင်သောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ရဲတိုက်သဖွယ်ဖြစ်တော် မူ၏။ ငါသည်အဘယ်အခါ၌မျှအရေးရှုံးနိမ့် ရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။
7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].
၇ငါ၏ကယ်တင်ခြင်းနှင့်ဂုဏ်အသရေသည် ဘုရားသခင်အပေါ်တွင်တည်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သာတန်ခိုးကြီးသည့်ကာကွယ်သော ကျောက်တောင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါခိုလှုံရာကားဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။
8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].
၈အချင်းလူတို့ဘုရားသခင်အားအစဉ် အမြဲ ကိုးစားကြလော့။ သင်တို့၏ဒုက္ခအပေါင်းကိုကိုယ်တော်အား ဖော်ပြကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.
၉လူသားတို့သည်ထွက်သက်ဝင်သက်လေမျှသာ ဖြစ်ပေသည်။ လူတို့သည်ယုတ်မြတ်မဟူအနတ္တမျှသာဖြစ် ကြ၏။ သူတို့အားချိန်ခွင်တွင်ချိန်စက်၍ကြည့် ကြလော့။ သူတို့သည်အချိန်မစီး။ ထွက်သက်ဝင်သက်လေထက်ပင်ပေါ့ကြ၏။
10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.
၁၀အကြမ်းဖက်မှုကိုအားမကိုးကြနှင့်။ လုယက်မှုဖြင့်အကျိုးခံစားရလိမ့်မည်ဟု မမျှော်လင့်ကြနှင့်။ သင်တို့၏စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာများသည် တိုးပွားလာစေကာမူယင်းတို့ကိုအားမကိုး ကြနှင့်။
11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,
၁၁ဘုရားသခင်၌တန်ခိုးရှိတော်မူကြောင်း ကိုလည်းကောင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်သည်ခိုင်မြဲကြောင်း ကိုလည်းကောင်း တစ်ကြိမ်မကကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကို ငါကြားခဲ့ရလေပြီ။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုယ်တော်တိုင်ပင်လူအပေါင်း တို့အား အကျင့်အလျောက်ကောင်းကျိုးဆိုးကျိုးကို ချပေးတော်မူပါ၏။
12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.
