Psalms 62

1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].

ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ಯೆದುತೂನನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ, ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ದೇವರಿಂದಲೇ.

2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].

ದೇವರು ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ನನ್ನ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯೂ, ನನ್ನ ಕೋಟೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಕದಲೆನು.

3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].

ಹಾನಿಮಾಡುವವರೇ, ಎಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೆ ನೀವು ದಾಳಿಮಾಡುವಿರಿ. ಬಾಗುವ ಗೋಡೆಯಂತೆಯೂ, ಅಲ್ಲಾಡುವ ಬೇಲಿಯಂತೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುವಿರಾ?

4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].

ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ದಬ್ಬುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಸುಳ್ಳನ್ನು ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ, ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].

ಹೌದು, ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ. ನನ್ನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ದೇವರಿಂದಲೇ.

6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.

ದೇವರೇ ನನ್ನ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯೂ, ನನ್ನ ಕೋಟೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಕದಲೆನು.

7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].

ದೇವರು ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಗೌರವಕ್ಕೂ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇವರು ನನ್ನ ಬಲವಾದ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಆಶ್ರಯವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].

ಜನರೇ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಒಯ್ಯಿರಿ. ದೇವರು ನಮಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.

ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರು ಬರೀ ಉಸಿರೇ, ಉನ್ನತ ಜನರು ಬರೀ ಸುಳ್ಳೇ. ತಕ್ಕಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗಿದರೆ ಅವರೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಬರೀ ಉಸಿರೇ.

10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.

ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ಸುಲಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಡಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಸೂರೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಲ್ಲಿ ಗರ್ವಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಆಸ್ತಿಯು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.

11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,

ಒಂದು ಸಾರಿ ದೇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಎರಡು ಸಾರಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ: “ದೇವರೇ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯು ನಿಮಗೇ ಸೇರಿದೆ.

12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಇದೆ. ನೀವು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೀರಿ.”
