< Psalms 62 >
1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].
Anusak nga urayen ti Dios, aggapu kenkuana ti pannakaisalakanko.
2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].
Isuna laeng ti batok ken pannakaisalakanko; isuna ti nangato a torrek; saanakto a magaraw a pulos.
3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].
Kasano kabayag ti panangdarupyo iti maysa a tao, tapno maitumbayo isuna a kasla nakairig a diding wenno marmarba nga alad?
4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].
Agdamagda kenkuana tapno laeng ibabada isuna manipud iti mararaem a saadna; pagay-ayatda iti agsao kadagiti inuulbod; bendisionanda isuna babaen kadagiti ngiwatda, ngem kadagiti pusoda, ilunlunodda isuna. (Selah)
5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].
Anusak nga urayen ti Dios; ta isu ti paggapuan ti namnamak.
6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.
Isuna laeng ti batok ken pannakaisalakanko; isuna ti nangato a torek; saanakto a magaraw.
7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].
Adda iti Dios ti pannakaisalakan ken dayawko; ti Dios iti bato ti pigsak ken ti kamangko.
8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].
Agtalekkayo kenkuana iti amin a tiempo, dakayo a tattao; ibagayo kenkuana ti amin a parikutyo; ti Dios ket pagkamangantayo. (Selah)
9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.
Pudno nga awan pategna dagiti nababa a tao, ken nauulbod dagiti nangato a tattao; nalag-an ti timbangda kadagiti timbangan; pagtitiponen a timbangen ket nalaglag-anda.
10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.
Saankayo nga agtalek iti panangparigat wenno panagtakaw; ken saankayo a mangnamnama iti awan serserbina a kinabaknang, ta saanda nga agbunga; saankayo nga agtalek kadagitoy.
11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,
Saan lang a naminsan a nangngegko a sinao ti Dios daytoy: adda kenkuana ti pannakabalin.
12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.
Kasta met a napudnoka, O Apo, iti tulagmo, ta subsubadam ti tunggal tao segun iti inaramidna.
