< Psalms 62 >

1 God is the only one who can give me peace in my inner being, and he is the one who saves me [from my enemies].
Elohim Pathen ang a thipbeh chan ka ngah e, ajeh chu Ama a kon a ka galjona hung kipan ji ahi.
2 Only he is like an [overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he will be [like] a shelter, [with the result that] I will never be defeated [MET].
Ama bou hi kasongpi le kakihuhhing na ahin, longlou hel a kaum thei kakingai na kulpi ahi.
3 When will you, [my enemies], stop attacking me [RHQ]? I feel that I am [as useless against you as] a wall that is about to fall over or a broken-down fence [MET].
Mi khatseh douding melma tamtah ahiuvin-abon'un keima eithat gouve. Amaho ding hin keima hi bang chimsa le tho kigen achimsa tobang ka hi bouve.
4 My enemies plan to remove me from my important position so that people no longer honor me. They delight in telling lies. They bless people by what they say [MTY], but in their inner beings they curse [those people].
Amahon munsang a kon a sotlhah di eigouve. Ka chung chang a jouthu sei athanom un ahi. Amahon kamasanga eipahchao vin alungsung uvah eigaosap un ahi.
5 God is the only one who gives me peace in my inner being; he is the one whom I confidently expect [to help me].
Keiman ka hina jouse pum in Elohim Pathen angsung a thipbehchan ka ngah e, ajeh chu ama a hin ka kinepna aumjing e.
6 Only he is [like an overhanging] rock [under which I can be safe] [MET]; he is [like] a shelter, and [as a result] I will never be defeated.
Ama bou hi ka sochatna leh ka kulpi chuleh ka songpi ahin keima sotlinghoi ka hi tahlou ding ahitai.
7 God is the one who saves me and honors me. He is [like an overhanging] strong rock under which I [can] find shelter [MET].
Ka galjona leh ka minphatna Elohim Pathen a kon jeng bou ahi. Ama hi ka kiselna le ka songpi ahin, ka melma hon eihin maiphah lou diu ahi.
8 [You my] people, always trust in him. Tell him all your troubles, because he is (our refuge/the one who protects us) [MET].
O ka mite phat tinin Ama bou tahsan jingin na lungthim a na pohgih ama chuga sung lhan, ajeh chu Ama hi ikiselna u ahi.
9 People who are considered to be unimportant are [as worthless/unreliable as] a breath of air; people who are considered to be important [also] really (amount to nothing/cannot be trusted [to help us)]. If you put them all on a scale, [it would be as if] they weighed less than a puff of air.
Milham ho hi hainahu khat hui bap a phachom lou ahibou uve, chule mithahat ho jong alim u va amelsou toh akibang deh pouve. Amahokhu lepton lang vele chun hainahu khat sanga jong jangjo ahibou uve.
10 Do not trust in money gained by extorting it from others; do not try to gain anything by robbing others. If you become very wealthy, do not trust in [IDM] your money.
Nang in na inchen na hinkho hi hunam a lah le guhchat in kivah hih in. Na nei na gou ahung punbe a ahijongleh hiche a chun kisong hih in.
11 I have heard God say more than once that he is the one who [really] has power,
Elohim Pathen in ol heuvin thu asei in hichu keiman phat tin in ka na jajin ahi. O Elohim Pathen thaneina jouse hi nang a ahi.
12 and that he is the one who faithfully loves [us]. He rewards every one [of us] according to the deeds that we do.
O Yahweh Pakai ngailutna longlou hi nang a ahi, tahbeh in nang in mijouse hi atoh dungjui cheh a na lethuh ahi.
