Psalms 61

1 God, listen to me, and answer my prayer [DOU]!

১প্রধান বাদ্যকরের জন্য। তারযুক্ত যন্ত্রে। দায়ূদের একটি গীত। ঈশ্বর, আমার কান্না শোন; আমার প্রার্থনায় মনোনিবেশ কর।

2 While I am discouraged and far from my home, I am calling out to you. Lead me to [the place that is like] a high rock [MET] on top of which I will be safe.

২আমার হৃদয় আছন্ন হল যখন পৃথিবীর শেষ প্রান্ত থেকে আমি তোমাকে ডাকলাম; আমার তুলনায় উচ্চতর পাথরে আমাকে নিয়ে যাও।

3 You have been my refuge; you have been [like] a strong tower [MET] [in which I am safe] from being attacked by my enemies.

৩কারণ তুমি আমার জন্য আশ্রয় হয়েছ, শত্রুর থেকে একটি শক্তিশালী দূর্গে।

4 Allow me to live close to your temple all during my life [HYP]! Allow me to be safe [MET], [like a little bird is safe] under [its mother’s] wings.

৪আমি চিরকাল তোমার তাঁবুতে বাস করব, আমি তোমার ডানার ভিতরে আশ্রয় নেব। (সেলা)

5 God, you heard me when I solemnly promised [to give offerings to you]; you have given to me the blessings that belong to those who have an awesome respect for you [MTY].

৫কারণ ঈশ্বর তুমি, আমার প্রতিজ্ঞা শুনেছ; যারা তোমার নামকে সম্মান করে তাদের উত্তরাধিকার তাদেরকে দিয়েছ।

6 [I am] the king [of Israel]; [please] allow me to live [and rule] for many years, and allow my descendants to rule [also].

৬তুমি রাজার আয়ু বৃদ্ধি করবে; তার বছর অনেক প্রজন্ম পর্যন্ত থাকবে।

7 Allow us to rule forever while you observe us; watch over us while you faithfully love us and do for us what you promised.

৭তিনি চিরকাল ঈশ্বরের সামনে থাকবেন।

8 If you do that, I will always sing to praise you [MTY] while I offer to you each day the sacrifices that I promised to give to you.

৮আমি চিরকাল তোমার নামের প্রশংসা করবো, যাতে আমি প্রতিদিন আমার প্রতিজ্ঞা পালন করতে পারি।
