Psalms 38
1 Yahweh, when you are angry [with me], do not rebuke/scold me and punish me!
၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အပြစ်တင်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ပြင်းစွာသော စိတ်တော်ရှိ၍ ဆုံးမတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
2 [Now it is as though] you have shot your arrows at me and wounded me; you have struck me and knocked me down.
၂မြှားတော်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၌ စုဝေး၍၊ လက်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို နှိပ်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။
3 Because you have been angry with me, I am suffering great pain. Because of my sin, my whole body is diseased.
၃အမျက်တော်ထွက်သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အသားသည် ကျန်းမာခြင်းမရှိပါ။ ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်ကြောင့် အရိုးများထဲမှာ သက်သာခြင်း မရှိပါ။
4 All my sins are [like a flood] that covers my head; they are like a load that is very heavy, with the result that I cannot carry it.
၄အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက်တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါင်းကို လွှမ်းမိုး၍၊ လေးသောဝန်ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်မထမ်း နိုင်အောင် လေးကြပါ၏။
5 Because I have done foolish things, I have sores that have become worse, and they stink.
၅အကျွန်ုပ်မိုက်သောအမှုကြောင့် အနာတို့သည် နံစော်၍ ရိယွဲ့လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။
6 [Sometimes] I am bent over, and [sometimes] I lie prostrate; I am sad/cry all day.
၆အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ပြင်းထန်စွာခံရ၍၊ အလွန်နှိမ်ချ လျက်၊ ကြမ်းတမ်းသောအဝတ်ကိုဝတ်လျက် တနေ့လုံး သွားရပါ၏။
7 My body is burning with fever, and I am very ill.
၇အကျွန်ုပ်ခါးသည် ပူလောင်သောအနာစွဲ၍၊ အသားသည်လည်း ကျန်းမာခြင်းမရှိပါ။
8 I am completely exhausted, and I have no strength. I am very distressed, and I groan with pain.
၈နန်နဲခြင်း၊ ကြေကွဲရှိ၍၊ စိတ်နှလုံးလှုပ်ရှားသဖြင့် အော်ဟစ်ရပါသည်။
9 Yahweh, you know that I desire [to be healed]; you hear me while I am groaning.
၉အိုဘုရားရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အလိုရှိသမျှသည် ရှေ့တော်၌ ထင်ရှားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ညည်းတွားခြင်း ကိုလည်း အကြွင်းမဲ့သိတော်မူ၏။
10 My heat is pounding heavily, and all my strength is gone. I am no longer able to see well.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှလုံးတုန်လှုပ်၍၊ ခွန်အားလည်း ကုန်ပါပြီ။ မျက်စိအလင်းသည် ကွယ်ပျောက်ပါပြီ။
11 My friends and neighbors stay away from me because of my sores; even my own family stays away from me.
၁၁အကျွန်ုပ်၏အဆွေခင်ပွန်း၊ အပေါင်းအဘော် တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အနာရောဂါကြောင့်၊ ဝေးဝေးရပ် လျက်၊ ပေါင်းဘော်တို့သည်လည်း၊ ရှောင်လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။
12 And those who want to kill me set traps to catch me; those who want to harm me discuss ways to get rid of me; they plot against me all day.
၁၂အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ကို ရှာသောသူတို့သည် ကျော့ ကွင်းများကို ထောင်ထားကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ အပြစ် ပြုခြင်းအခွင့်ကို ရှာသောသူတို့သည် တနေ့လုံးမနာလို သောစကားကိုပြော၍၊ မကောင်းသောပရိယာယ်ကို ကြံစည်ကြပါ၏။
13 Now I act like I’m deaf, and do not listen [to what they say]. I act like I cannot talk, so I say nothing [to reply to them].
၁၃အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ နားပင်းသောသူကဲ့သို့ မကြား။ နှုတ်ကို မဖွင့်တတ်လူကဲသို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
14 I act like a man who does not answer [when people talk to him], because he cannot hear anything.
၁၄နားမကြား၊ ပြန်၍မငြင်းနိုင်သော သူကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
15 But Yahweh, I trust in you. My Lord God, you will answer me.
၁၅အကြောင်းမူကား၊ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ် တော်ကိုအကျွန်ုပ် ကိုးစားပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ အရှင် ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ပြန်ပြောတော်မူမည်။
16 I said to you, “Do not cause [me to die, with the result that] my enemies will rejoice! Do not cause me to stumble, with the result that they will be very happy!”
၁၆သို့မဟုတ်၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုမှာ ဝမ်း မြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ခြေချော်သော အခါ အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌ ကိုယ်ကိုချီးမြှောက်ကြပါ လိမ့်မည်ဟု လျှောက်ပါပြီ။
17 I say that because I am about to fall down, and I constantly have pain.
၁၇အကျွန်ုပ်လဲလုသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို အစဉ်အောက် မေ့လျက်နေပါ၏။
18 I confess the wrong things that I have done; I am [very] sorry for the sins that I have committed.
၁၈ကိုယ်အပြစ်ကိုဘော်ပြပါ၏။ ပြစ်မှားမိသော ကြောင့် စိတ်ပူပန်ခြင်းရှိပါ၏။
19 My enemies are healthy and strong; there are many people who hate me for no reason.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့ကား၊ ကျန်းမာလျက်၊ ခွန်အားကြီးလျက်ရှိ ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မဟုတ်မှန်ဘဲ မုန်းသောသူတို့ကား၊ များပြားကြပါ၏။
20 Those who do evil things to me in return for my doing good things to them oppose me because I try to do what is right.
၂၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကျေးဇူးတရားကို ကြိုးစား၍ ကျင့်သောကြောင့် ကျေးဇူးအတွက် အပြစ်ပြုတတ်သော သူတို့သည်အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ဘက်ပြုကြပါ၏။
21 Yahweh, do not abandon me! My God, do not stay far from me!
၂၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူ ပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့်ဝေးဝေးနေတော် မမူပါနှင့်။
22 Lord, you are the one who saves/rescues me; Quickly [come and] help me!
၂၂အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော်မူသောဘုရားရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုမစခြင်းငှါ အလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာတော်မူပါ။ အောက်မေ့စေခြင်းငှါ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။
