Psalms 30
1 Yahweh, I praise you because you rescued me. You did not allow [me to die], [with the result that] my enemies could gloat/rejoice.
১একটি গীত; সদাপ্রভুু, আমি তোমার প্রশংসা করব, কারণ তুমি আমাকে উঠিয়েছ এবং আমার শত্রুদের আমার উপরে আনন্দ করতে দাওনি।
2 Yahweh, my God, I called out for you to help [me when I was ill], and you healed me.
২সদাপ্রভুু আমার ঈশ্বর, আমি তোমার কাছে চিৎকার করলাম সাহায্যের জন্য এবং তুমি আমাকে সুস্থ করলে।
3 You saved/restored me when I was dying [MTY]. I was nearly dead, but you caused me to get well again. (Sheol h7585)
৩সদাপ্রভুু, তুমি আমার প্রাণকে পাতাল থেকে নিয়ে এসেছ; আমাকে জীবিত রেখেছ যেন কবরে না যাই। (Sheol h7585)
4 All you who belong to Yahweh, sing praise to him! Think about what [God], the holy one, has done, and thank him!
৪তোমরা যারা বিশ্বস্ত, তারা সদাপ্রভুুর উদ্দেশ্যে প্রশংসা গান করো! তাঁর পবিত্র নামের ধন্যবাদ কর।
5 When he becomes angry, he is angry for only a very short time [HYP], but he is good [to us] all of our life. We may cry during the night, but the next morning we will be joyful.
৫কারণ তাঁর রাগ এক মুহূর্তের জন্য থাকে; কিন্তু তাঁর অনুগ্রহতেই জীবন। কান্না রাতের জন্য আসে, কিন্তু সকালেই আনন্দ আসে।
6 As for me, when I had no troubles, I said [to myself], “No one will defeat me!”
৬আমি বিশ্বাসে বললাম, আমি কখনও বিচলিত হব না।
7 Yahweh, because you were good to me, at first you caused me to be safe [as though I was inside] [MET] a mountain. But then [I became ill, and I thought that] you had turned away from me, and I became afraid.
৭সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার অনুগ্রহের দ্বারা তুমি একটি শক্তিশালী পর্বত হিসাবে আমাকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করো; কিন্তু যখন তুমি তোমার মুখ লুকাও, আমি অস্হির হই।
8 [Then] I called out to you, and I pleaded for you [to help me].
৮সদাপ্রভুু, আমি তোমাকে ডাকলাম এবং আমার প্রভুর থেকে অনুগ্রহ চাইলাম!
9 [I said], “Yahweh, (what will you gain if I die?/ you won’t gain anything if I die) [MTY]. (In what way will it benefit you?/it won’t benefit you at all) if I go to the place where the dead people are [RHQ]. Dead people are certainly not able to praise you [RHQ], and they are not able to tell others that you are trustworthy [RHQ]!
৯যদি আমি কবরে যাই, আমার মৃত্যুতে কি লাভ? ধূলো কি তোমার প্রশংসা করবে? এটা কি তোমার বিশ্বস্ততা ঘোষণা করবে?
10 Yahweh, listen to me, and be merciful to me! Yahweh, help me!”
১০সদাপ্রভুু, শোন এবং আমার উপর করুণা কর! সদাপ্রভুু, আমার সাহায্যকারী হও।
11 But [now you have healed me], and you have caused me to change from being sad to dancing [joyfully]. You have taken away the clothes that showed that I was very sad and you have given me clothes that showed that I was [very] joyful.
১১তুমি আমার শোককে নাচে পরিণত করেছ; তুমি আমার চটের বস্ত্র খুলে দিয়ে আনন্দে সাজিয়েছ।
12 So I will not be silent; I will sing out [loudly] to praise you. Yahweh, you are my God, and I will thank you forever.
১২তাই এখন আমার গৌরবের হৃদয় তোমার প্রশংসা গান করে এবং নীরব থাকে না; সদাপ্রভুু, আমার ঈশ্বর, আমি চিরকাল তোমাকে ধন্যবাদ দেব।
