Psalms 3
1 Yahweh, I have many enemies [DOU]! There are many people who oppose/rebel against me.
ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ର ଅବଶାଲୋମ ନିକଟରୁ ପଳାୟନକାଳୀନ ଗୀତ। ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୋହର ବିପକ୍ଷମାନେ କିପରି ବଢ଼ିଅଛନ୍ତି। ମୋʼ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉତ୍ଥିତ ଲୋକ ଅନେକ।
2 Many people are saying about me, “God will [certainly] not help him!”
ଅନେକେ ମୋʼ ପ୍ରାଣ ବିଷୟରେ କହନ୍ତି, ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ତାହା ପାଇଁ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ନାହିଁ। (ସେଲା)
3 But Yahweh, you are like a shield [that protects me] [MET]. You greatly honor me, and you encourage me (OR, enable me to triumph over my enemies) [IDM].
ମାତ୍ର ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋʼ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ଢାଲ ସ୍ୱରୂପ; ମୋହର ଗୌରବ ଓ ମୋʼ ମସ୍ତକ ଉଠାଇବା କର୍ତ୍ତା ଅଟ।
4 I cry out to you, Yahweh, and you answer me from [Zion], your sacred hill.
ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ରବରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଡାକେ, ପୁଣି, ସେ ଆପଣା ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତରୁ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅନ୍ତି। (ସେଲା)
5 [At night] I lie down and sleep, and I awake [in the morning feeling good/refreshed] because you, Yahweh, (take care of/protect) me [all during the night].
ମୁଁ ଶୟନ କରି ନିଦ୍ରାଗତ ହେଲି; ମୁଁ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହେଲି; କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।
6 There may be thousands of [enemy] soldiers who surround me, but I am not afraid.
ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ପରିବେଷ୍ଟିତ ଅୟୁତ ଅୟୁତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରିବି ନାହିଁ।
7 Yahweh, arise! My God, [come and] rescue me [again]! You [insult] my enemies by slapping them on their cheeks; [when you strike them], you break their teeth, [with the result that they cannot hurt anyone] [MET].
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଉଠ; ହେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କର। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ କଳହାଡ଼ରେ ଆଘାତ କରିଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ଦନ୍ତ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇଅଛ।
8 Yahweh, you are the one who saves your people [from their enemies]. Yahweh, bless your people!
ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାର; ତୁମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ବର୍ତ୍ତୁ। (ସେଲା)
