Psalms 27
1 Yahweh is the one who gives light [to my soul/spirit] and the one who saves me, so I do not [RHQ] need to be afraid of anyone. Yahweh is the one to whom I go for refuge, so I will never be afraid.
ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋହର ଦୀପ୍ତି ଓ ମୋହର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ; ମୁଁ କାହାକୁ ଭୟ କରିବି? ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋʼ ଜୀବନର ବଳ; ମୁଁ କାହାଠାରୁ ଭୀତ ହେବି?
2 When those who do evil come near me to attack me, they stumble and fall down.
ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମକାରୀଗଣ ମୋହର ମାଂସ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବା ବେଳେ ମୋହର ସେହି ବିପକ୍ଷ ଓ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ଝୁଣ୍ଟି ପତିତ ହେଲେ।
3 [Even] if an army surrounds me, I [SYN] will not be afraid. [Even] if they attack me, I will trust [in God].
ସୈନ୍ୟଦଳ ମୋʼ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଛାଉଣି କଲେ ହେଁ ମୋହର ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଭୟ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ଯଦି ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ମୋʼ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉଠେ, ତେବେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁଁ ସାହସିକ ହେବି।
4 There is one thing that I have requested from Yahweh; this is the one thing that I desire: That I may worship in Yahweh’s house/temple every day of my life, and see that Yahweh is wonderful and inquire [what he wants me to do].
ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯେପରି ଯାବଜ୍ଜୀବନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହରେ ବାସ କରିବି, ଏହି ଏକ ବିଷୟ ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ମାଗିଅଛି, ତାହା ହିଁ ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରିବି।
5 He will protect me when I have troubles; he will keep me safe in his Sacred Tent. He will set me safely (on a high rock/in a secure place).
କାରଣ ବିପଦ ଦିନରେ ସେ ଆପଣା ଆବାସରେ ମୋତେ ଗୋପନ କରି ରଖିବେ; ସେ ଆପଣା ତମ୍ବୁର ଅନ୍ତରାଳରେ ମୋତେ ଲୁଚାଇବେ; ସେ ମୋତେ ଶୈଳ ଉପରକୁ ଉଠାଇବେ।
6 Then I will triumph over [IDM] my enemies. I will shout joyfully as I offer sacrifices in his Sacred Tent, and I will praise Yahweh as I sing.
ଏଣୁ ଏବେ ମୋʼ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ଉପରେ ମୋହର ମସ୍ତକ ଉନ୍ନତ ହେବ; ଆଉ, ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ତମ୍ବୁରେ ଜୟଧ୍ୱନିର ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବି; ମୁଁ ଗାନ କରିବି, ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
7 Yahweh, listen to me while I pray. Be kind to me and answer my prayer.
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ରବରେ ଡାକିବା ବେଳେ ଶୁଣ; ମୋʼ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କର ଓ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
8 I sensed that I heard you say, “Come and worship me [IDM],” so, Yahweh, I will worship you.
ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଲ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋହର ମୁଖ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କର,” ମୋʼ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମୁଖ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରିବି।”
9 I am your servant; Do not be angry with me and turn away from me. You have always helped me. You are the one who has saved me, so do not abandon me [now].
ମୋʼ ଠାରୁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଲୁଚାଅ ନାହିଁ; କ୍ରୋଧରେ ଆପଣା ଦାସକୁ ଦୂର କର ନାହିଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ସହାୟ ହୋଇଅଛ; ହେ ମୋʼ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୋତେ ଦୂର କର ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କର ନାହିଁ।
10 [Even] if my father and mother desert me, you will take care of [IDM] me.
କାରଣ ମୋହର ପିତା ଓ ମୋହର ମାତା ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ଉଠାଇ ନେବେ।
11 Yahweh, teach me to do what you want me to do, and lead me on a safe path because I have many enemies.
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ସକାଶୁ ମୋତେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମାର୍ଗ ଶିଖାଅ; ଓ ସରଳ ପଥରେ ମୋତେ କଢ଼ାଇ ନିଅ।
12 Do not allow my enemies to do to me what they want; they say many false things about me and [threaten to do] violent things to me.
ମୋʼ ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣର ବାଞ୍ଛାରେ ମୋତେ ସମର୍ପଣ କର ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମିଥ୍ୟାସାକ୍ଷୀମାନେ ଓ ନିଷ୍ଠୁରତାରୂପ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ମାରିବା ଲୋକେ ମୋʼ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉଠିଅଛନ୍ତି।
13 But I know that because I trust in you you will be good to me as long as I live.
ମୁଁ ଜୀବିତମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମଙ୍ଗଳଭାବ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରି ନ ଥିଲେ, ମୂର୍ଚ୍ଛିତ ହୋଇଥାʼନ୍ତି।
14 So trust in Yahweh, [all of you]! Be strong and courageous, and wait expectantly for him [to help you]!
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କର; ବଳବାନ ହୁଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ସାହସିକ ହେଉ; ହଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଅନୁସରଣ କର।
