Psalms 25
1 Yahweh, my God, I give myself to you.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ထံတော်သို့ ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပါ၏။
2 I trust in you. Do not allow my enemies [to defeat me], with the result that I would be ashamed/disgraced. Do not allow my enemies to defeat/conquer me, with the result that they would rejoice.
၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘုရား၊ကျွန်တော်မျိုး သည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကိုးစားပါ၏။ စစ်အရေးနိမ့်၍အရှက်ရခြင်းမှကျွန်တော် မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအရေးနိမ့်သဖြင့်ရန်သူတို့အား နှစ်ထောင်းအားရခွင့်ကိုပေးတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
3 Do not allow any of those who trust in you to be disappointed/disgraced. Cause those who (act treacherously toward/try to deceive) others to be disappointed/disgraced.
၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကိုးစားသူတို့သည် အရေးမနိမ့်ကြပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားတော်လှန်ပုန်ကန်ရန် ဝန်မလေးသူများသာလျှင်အရေးနိမ့် ကြရပါ၏။
4 Yahweh, show me the way that I should (conduct my life/live as you want me to), teach me how to act in the manner that you want me to act/behave.
၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏နည်းလမ်းတော်တို့ကို ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ ယင်းတို့ကိုကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသိရှိနားလည် စေတော်မူပါ။
5 Teach me to conduct my life [by obeying] your truth because you are my God, the one who saves me. All the time I trust in you.
၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တင်တော်မူသောဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ သမ္မာတရားတော်အတိုင်းပြုမူကျင့်ကြံ တတ်ရန် သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကို အစဉ်ကိုးစားလျက်နေပါ၏။
6 Yahweh, do not forget how you have acted mercifully to me and have faithfully loved me; that is the way that you have acted toward me from long ago.
၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ရှေးကာလမှစ၍ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပြတော် မူသည့် ကရုဏာတော်နှင့်ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော် တို့ကို အောက်မေ့သတိရတော်မူပါ။
7 Forgive me for all the sinful things I did and the ways that I rebelled against you when I was young; I ask this because you faithfully love your people and do good things for them, Yahweh, do not forget me!
၇အသက်ပျိုရွယ်စဉ်အခါက ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကူးလွန်ခဲ့သည့်အပြစ်များနှင့် အမှားအယွင်းများကိုဖြေလွှတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာရှိတော်မူ၍ ကောင်းမြတ်တော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအောက်မေ့သတိရတော်မူပါ။
8 Yahweh is good and fair/just; therefore he shows sinners (how they should conduct their lives/how to live as you want them to).
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ကောင်းမြတ် ဖြောင့်မှန်တော်မူသဖြင့် အပြစ်ကူးသူတို့အားလျှောက်လိုက်သင့်သည် လမ်းကိုပြညွှန်တော်မူ၏။
9 He shows humble people what is right for them to do and teaches them what he wants [them to do].
၉စိတ်နှလုံးနှိမ့်ချသူတို့အားလမ်းမှန်သို့ ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူလျက် ကိုယ်တော်၏အလိုတော်ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူ၏။
10 He always faithfully loves and does what he has promised to those who keep his agreement with them and who do what he requires.
၁၀ပဋိညာဉ်တော်နှင့်ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းသူအပေါင်းတို့အား ကိုယ်တော်သည်မေတ္တာနှင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ သစ္စာနှင့်လည်းကောင်းလမ်းပြပို့ဆောင် တော်မူ၏။
11 Yahweh, forgive me for all my sins, which are many, in order that I may honor you [MTY].
၁၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အပြစ်တို့သည်များလှပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်ကို တည်စေတော်မူလျက်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အပြစ်များကိုဖြေလွှတ်တော်မူပါ။
12 To all those who revere you [RHQ], you show them the (right way to conduct their lives/things that they should do).
၁၂ထာဝရဘုရားကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသောသူ တို့သည် မိမိတို့လျှောက်အပ်သည့်လမ်းစဉ်ကို ကိုယ်တော်၏ထံမှသင်ယူကြလိမ့်မည်။
13 They will always be prosperous, and their descendants will continue to live in [this] land.
၁၃သူတို့သည်အစဉ်ပင်ကောင်းစားကြလျက် သူတို့၏သားသမီးများသည်ပြည်တော် ကို ပိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
14 Yahweh is a friend of those who have an awesome respect for him, and he teaches them the agreement that he [made with them].
၁၄ထာဝရဘုရားသည်မိမိ၏စကားကို နားထောင်သူတို့နှင့်မိတ်သဟာယဖွဲ့တော် မူ၏။ သူတို့အတွက်ကိုယ်တော်၏ပဋိညာဉ်တရား တော်ကို တည်မြဲစေတော်မူ၏။
15 I always ask [MTY] Yahweh to help me, and he rescues me from danger [MET].
၁၅ကယ်မတော်မူရန်ငါသည်ထာဝရဘုရားအား အခါခပ်သိမ်းမျှော်ကြည့်၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်လည်းငါ့အားဘေးအန္တရာယ်မှ ကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူ၏။
16 Yahweh, pay attention to me and be merciful to me, because I am alone, and I am very distressed because I am suffering/oppressed.
၁၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်တစ်ကိုယ်တည်းကျန်ရစ်လျက် အားအင်ချိနဲ့၍နေပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဘက်သို့လှည့်တော်မူ၍ ကရုဏာတော်ကိုပြတော်မူပါ။
17 Help me to not worry, and rescue me from my troubles.
၁၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပူပင်သောကအပေါင်းကို ငြိမ်းစေတော်မူလျက် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှ ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
18 Note that I am distressed and troubled [DOU], and forgive [me for] all my sins.
၁၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးခံစားရသောဒုက္ခများနှင့် ဝေဒနာအပေါင်းကိုအောက်မေ့ဆင်ခြင်တော် မူ၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အပြစ်များကိုဖြေလွှတ် တော်မူပါ။
19 Also note that I have many enemies, see that they hate me very much.
၁၉ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတွင်အဘယ်မျှရန်သူများကြောင်းကို ကြည့်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအဘယ်မျှ မုန်းကြောင်းကိုသိမှတ်တော်မူပါ။
20 Protect me, and rescue me from them; do not allow [them to defeat me], [with the result that] I would be ashamed/disgraced; I have come to you to (get refuge/be safe).
၂၀ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပါ။ ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ထံတော်တွင် ခိုလှုံရန်ချဉ်းကပ်ပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား အရှက်ကွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
21 Protect me because I do what is good and honest/just [PRS], and because I trust in you.
၂၁ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကို ကိုးစားသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏သစ္စာသမာဋ္ဌိရှိမှုသည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားစောင့်ထိန်းပါစေသော။
22 God, rescue [us] Israeli people from all of our troubles!
၂၂အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဣသရေလလူမျိုးအား ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခအပေါင်းမှကယ်တော်မူပါ။
