Psalms 21
1 Yahweh, ([I], your king am glad/the king is glad) because you have caused me/him to be strong. (I rejoice/he rejoices) greatly because you have rescued me/him [from my/his enemies].
Nkunga Davidi kuidi pfumu minyimbidi. A Yave, ntinu weti yangalala mu zingolo ziaku ayi tala phila khini andi yididi yinene mu ndungunu yoyi weti vana.
2 You have given me/him the things that I/he [SYN] desired and you have not refused to do what I requested you to do.
Ngeyo wumvana bima bioso bitomba ntimꞌandi. Ayi wusia kunyimina ko zindombolo ziozi kalomba mu bididi biandi.
3 In answer to my/his prayer, you enabled me/him to succeed and prosper. You placed a gold crown on my/his head.
Ngeyo wuntambula va kimosi ayi lusakumunu lu luvalu lu ngolo. Ngeyo wutula budu ki nolo yi vedila va mbata ntuꞌandi.
4 I/He asked you to enable me/him to live [for a long time], and that is what you gave me/him, a very long [HYP] life.
Niandi wulomba luzingu kuidi ngeyo ayi wumvana luawu, luzingu lu mula mu zithangu zioso ayi lu kalumani.
5 (I am/He is) greatly honored because you have helped me/him to defeat my/his enemies; you have made me/him famous.
Nkemboꞌandi widi wunneni mu diambu di ndungunu weti vana. Ngeyo wumvuika kiezila ayi nzitusu.
6 You will bless me/him forever, and you have caused me/him to be joyful in your presence.
Bukiedika, ngeyo wumvana lusakumunu lu kalumani; wunkitula mutu wu yangadala mu diambu di khini yidi va meso maku
7 Yahweh, you are God Almighty, and (I trust/the king trusts) in you. Because you faithfully love me/him, disastrous things will never happen to me/him.
Bila Ntinu wuntulanga diana diandi mu Yave; Ayi mu diambu di luzolo lu ngolo Nzambi yizangama, kalendi bulangana ko.
8 You will enable me/him to capture [MTY] all my/his enemies and all those who hate me/him.
Koko kuaku kuela buila bambeni ziaku zioso. Koko kuaku ku lubakala kuela buila bobo beti ku lenda.
9 When you appear, you will throw them into a fiery furnace. Because you are angry [with them], you will get rid of them; the fire will burn them up.
Wela kuba kitula banga mfulu makala ma mbazu, mu thangu yoyi wela kukimonikisa. Yave wela kuba sikisa mu nganzi andi. Ayi mbazu yela kuba zinisa.
10 You will remove their children from this earth; their descendants will all disappear.
Wela bunga nkunꞌawu va ntoto ayi bana bawu va khatitsika yi bana ba batu.
11 They planned to harm you, but what they plan will never succeed.
Ka diambu ko balenda kubika mambimbi mu diambu diaku ayi yindula zikhanu zimbimbi, balendi nunga ko.
12 You will cause them to run away [IDM] by shooting arrows at them.
Bila ngeyo wela kuba tinisa bu wela kuba basula mu mbasꞌaku.
13 Yahweh, show us that you are very strong! When you do that, while we sing we will praise you because you are very powerful.
A Yave, yayusu kuaku mu zingolo ziaku. Tuela yimbidila ayi zitisa lulendo luaku.
