Psalms 17
1 Yahweh, listen to me while I plead with you to act justly toward me. Hear me while I call out to you to help me. Pay attention to what I say while I pray because I am speaking [MTY] honestly/truthfully.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ တရားမျှတမှုရရန်အတွက်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး ပန်ကြားသည်ကိုနားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ ကူမတော်မူရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအော်ဟစ်သံကို ဂရုပြုတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ရိုးဖြောင့်စွာ တောင်းလျှောက်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။
2 You are the one who is able to declare that I (am innocent/have not done anything that was wrong) because you see/know that I am telling the truth.
၂ကိုယ်တော်သည်အမှန်တရားကိုသိမြင်တော် မူသဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏အကျိုးကိုထောက်၍ တရားစီရင်တော်မူပါ။
3 You know what I think, [even] at night; you have examined what I say and do, and you know that I have determined to never tell any lies.
၃ကိုယ်တော်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏စိတ်နှလုံးကို သိတော်မူပါ၏။ ညဥ့်အခါ၌ကျွန်တော်မျိုးထံသို့ကြွလာ၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏စိတ်နှလုံးကိုသေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေးကြည့်တော်မူသောအခါ ဆိုးယုတ်သောအကြံအစည်ကိုတွေ့ရှိတော် မမူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အခြားသူတို့ကဲ့သို့ ညစ်ညမ်းသည့် စကားကိုမပြောမဆိုပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ပညတ်တော်ကိုလိုက်လျှောက်ပါ၏။ အဋ္ဌမ္မလမ်းစဉ်ကိုမလိုက်မလျှောက်ခဲ့ပါ။
4 I have not done like others do; I have always done what is right [IDM], and I have not acted cruelly toward others.

5 I have always done what you told me to do [IDM], I have (never failed to do/always done) [LIT] those things.
၅ကိုယ်တော်၏လမ်းစဉ်ကိုသာလိုက်လျှောက်ခဲ့ပါ၏။ ထိုလမ်းစဉ်မှမတိမ်းမစောင်းခဲ့ပါ။
6 O God, I pray to you because you answer me; please listen [MTY] to what I am saying.
၆အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်နားညောင်းတော်မူ တတ်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးဘက်သို့လှည့်တော်မူ၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပတ္ထနာစကားများကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။
7 Show me that you faithfully love me. By your great power [MTY] rescue those who (run to/trust in) you to protect them from their enemies.
၇ကိုယ်တော်၏အံ့သြဖွယ်မေတ္တာတော်ကို ပေါ်လွင်ထင်ရှားစေတော်မူ၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ထံတော်ပါးတွင်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ရန်သူများ၏ဘေးမှကင်းလွတ်လုံခြုံခွင့် ရရှိပါ၏။
8 Protect me as people carefully protect their own eyes; protect me like [birds] protect [their babies] under their wings [MET].
၈ကိုယ်တော်၏မျက်ဆန်တော်ကဲ့သို့ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကို စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူပါ။ သူယုတ်မာတို့၏တိုက်ခိုက်မှုမှကျွန်တော်မျိုးကို ကိုယ်တော်၏အတောင်တော်ရိပ်အောက်၌ ဖုံးအုပ်တော်မူပါ။ အသက်အန္တရာယ်ကိုရှာကြံသောရန်သူများ သည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုဝိုင်းရံလျက်နေကြပါ၏။
9 Do not allow wicked people to attack me; my enemies surround me, wanting to kill me.

10 They never pity [IDM] anyone, and they are always boasting.
၁၀သူတို့သည်သနားကြင်နာစိတ်ကင်းမဲ့လျက် မာန်မာနထောင်လွှား၍ပြောဆိုနေကြပါ၏။
11 They have hunted/searched for me and found me. They surround me, watching for an opportunity to throw me to the ground.
၁၁သူတို့သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသွားလေရာတွင် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအလဲထိုးရန် စောင့်မျှော်ဝိုင်းရံလျက်နေကြပါ၏။
12 They are like lions [SIM] that are ready to tear apart the animals that they capture; they are like young lions that are hiding, waiting to pounce [on their prey].
၁၂သူတို့သည်ခြင်္သေ့များကဲ့သို့ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား အပိုင်းပိုင်းဆုတ်ဖြဲလိုကြ၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကို ချောင်းမြောင်းနေကြပါ၏။
13 Yahweh, come and (oppose/fight against) my enemies and defeat them! Use your sword to save me from those wicked people!
၁၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကြွလာတော်မူပါ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူများကိုတွန်းလှန် ဖြိုခွင်းတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ဋ္ဌားတော်ဖြင့်သူယုတ်မာတို့၏လက်မှ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။
14 Yahweh, by your power [MTY] rescue me from those people who are interested [only] in things here in this world. But you provide plenty of food for those whom you love dearly; their children also have many things that their grandchildren will inherit.
၁၄ဤဘဝတွင်အလိုဆန္ဒရှိသမျှအတိုင်း ပြည့်ဝကြသူတို့၏လက်မှကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ သူတို့အတွက်ကိုယ်တော်သိုမှီးထားသည့် ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခများအားဖြင့် သူတို့အားအပြစ်ဒဏ်စီရင်တော်မူပါ။ ဤဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခများကိုသူတို့၏ သားသမီးများသည်သာမက သူတို့၏မြေးမြစ်များသည်လည်း ခံစားရစေတော်မူပါ။
15 Yahweh, because I act righteously, I will [some day] see you [SYN]. When I awake, I will see you face-to-face, and then I will be happy.
၁၅ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အပြစ်မကူးလွန်ခဲ့သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုဖူးမြင်ရပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအိပ်ရာမှနိုးထသောအခါ၌ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးနှင့်အတူရှိတော် မူသဖြင့် ရွှင်လန်းဝမ်းမြောက်ရပါလိမ့်မည်။
