Psalms 150

1 Praise Yahweh! Praise God in his sacred temple! And praise him in his fortress in heaven!

Alleluia. Lodate Iddio nel suo santuario, lodatelo nella distesa ove risplende la sua potenza.

2 Praise him for the mighty deeds that he has performed; praise him for his being extremely great!

Lodatelo per le sue gesta, lodatelo secondo la sua somma grandezza.

3 Praise him by [blowing] trumpets loudly; praise him by [playing] harps and (small lyres/other instruments that have many strings)!

Lodatelo col suon della tromba, lodatelo col saltèro e la cetra.

4 Praise him by [beating] drums and by dancing. Praise him by [playing] stringed instruments and by [playing] flutes!

Lodatelo col timpano e le danze, lodatelo con gli strumenti a corda e col flauto.

5 Praise him by [clashing] cymbals together; praise him by clashing [together very] loud cymbals!

Lodatelo con cembali risonanti, lodatelo con cembali squillanti.

6 I want all living creatures to praise Yahweh! Praise Yahweh!

Ogni cosa che respira lodi l’Eterno. Alleluia.
