Psalms 146
1 Praise Yahweh! With my whole inner being I will praise Yahweh.
೧ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ! ನನ್ನ ಮನವೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸು.
2 I will praise Yahweh as long as I am alive; I will sing to praise my God for [the rest of] my life.
೨ಪ್ರಾಣವಿರುವವರೆಗೂ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವೆನು, ಜೀವಮಾನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು.
3 [You people], do not trust in your leaders; do not trust humans because they cannot save/rescue you [from your difficulties/problems].
೩ಪ್ರಭುಗಳಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ, ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಾಗಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಡಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಅವರು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡ ಶಕ್ತರಲ್ಲ,
4 And when they die, their corpses [decay and] become soil again. After they die, they can no longer do the things that they planned to do.
೪ಉಸಿರು ಹೋಗಲು ಅವರು ಮಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಸೇರುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅವರ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಳಾಗುವುದು.
5 But those whose helper is the God whom Jacob [worshiped] are happy. The one whom they confidently expect [to help them] is Yahweh, their God.
೫ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಯಾಕೋಬನ ದೇವರು ಸಹಾಯಕನೋ, ಯಾರು ತನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನೇ ಧನ್ಯನು.
6 He is the one who created heaven and the earth and the oceans and all [the creatures] that are in them. He always does what he has promised to do.
೬ಭೂಮಿ, ಆಕಾಶ, ಸಾಗರ, ಜಲಚರ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದವನೂ, ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವವನೂ,
7 He decides matters fairly for those who are (treated unfairly/oppressed), and he provides food for those who are hungry. He frees those who are in prison.
೭ಹಿಂಸೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದವರ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವವನೂ, ಹಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಕೊಡುವವನೂ ಆತನೇ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
8 Yahweh enables those who are blind to see again. He lifts up those who have fallen down. He loves righteous [people].
೮ಯೆಹೋವನು ಕುರುಡರಿಗೆ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವರನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನು ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
9 Yahweh takes care of those from other countries who live in our land, and he helps widows and orphans. But he gets rid of wicked [people].
೯ಯೆಹೋವನು ಪರದೇಶದವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆತನು ಅನಾಥರಿಗೂ, ವಿಧವೆಯರಿಗೂ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ದುಷ್ಟರ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಡೊಂಕು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
10 Yahweh will [continue to] be our king forever; you people of Israel, your God will rule forever! Praise Yahweh!
೧೦ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರುವನು, ಚೀಯೋನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ಆಳುವನು, ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ!
