Psalms 146
1 Praise Yahweh! With my whole inner being I will praise Yahweh.
Ra Anumzamofona agi'a ahentesga hanune. Nagra maka nagu'areti hu'na Ra Anumzamofona agi'a ahentesga hugahue.
2 I will praise Yahweh as long as I am alive; I will sing to praise my God for [the rest of] my life.
Nagrama kasefa'ma hu'na manisanua kna'afina Ra Anumzamofona agi'a ahentesga hugahue. Nasimu'ma eri'na manisanua kna'afina, Anumzanimofontega zagamera hu'na agi'a erintesga hugahue.
3 [You people], do not trust in your leaders; do not trust humans because they cannot save/rescue you [from your difficulties/problems].
Ama mopafima mani'naza kva vahe'mo'za taza hugahaze huza amuhara osiho. Na'ankure zamagra amne vahetfa mani'nazanki'za, tamaza hu'za tamagura ovazigahaze.
4 And when they die, their corpses [decay and] become soil again. After they die, they can no longer do the things that they planned to do.
Hagi ana vahe'mo'zama frizageno'a zamavufagamo'a mopanese. Anama friza zupa, nazano hugahune hu'za antahintahima retroma hu'naza zamo'a amne zankna nehie.
5 But those whose helper is the God whom Jacob [worshiped] are happy. The one whom they confidently expect [to help them] is Yahweh, their God.

6 He is the one who created heaven and the earth and the oceans and all [the creatures] that are in them. He always does what he has promised to do.

7 He decides matters fairly for those who are (treated unfairly/oppressed), and he provides food for those who are hungry. He frees those who are in prison.

8 Yahweh enables those who are blind to see again. He lifts up those who have fallen down. He loves righteous [people].
Zamavu'ma asuhu'nea vahera Ra Anumzamo'a zamavua eri hari nehuno, knazamo'ma zamazeri fenkami atre'nea vahera zamazeri sga nehuno, fatgo avu'ava zama nehaza vahera avesi nezamante.
9 Yahweh takes care of those from other countries who live in our land, and he helps widows and orphans. But he gets rid of wicked [people].
Megi'ati ru vahe'ma tagranema enemaniza vahera Ra Anumzamo'a kegava hunezmanteno, kento a'nane zagane megusa mofavre nagara zamaza nehie. Hianagi havi avu'ava zama nehaza vahe'mo'zama nazano hunaku'ma retro'ma haza antahi'zana eri savri nehie.
10 Yahweh will [continue to] be our king forever; you people of Israel, your God will rule forever! Praise Yahweh!
