Psalms 142

1 Yahweh, I cry out to you; I plead [with you to help me].

১মই চিঞঁৰি যিহোৱাৰ ওচৰত ক্রন্দন কৰিলোঁ, মই নিজ স্বৰেৰে যিহোৱাৰ আগত মিনতি কৰিলোঁ।

2 I am bringing to you [all] my problems; I am telling you [all] my troubles/difficulties.

২মই মোৰ দুখৰ কথা তেওঁৰ আগত ভাঙি ক’লো, তেওঁৰ আগত মোৰ কষ্টৰ কথা জনালোঁঁ।

3 When I am very discouraged, you know what I should do. Wherever I walk, [it is as though] my enemies have hidden traps for me [to fall into].

৩মোৰ আত্মা যেতিয়া অন্তৰত ব্যাকুল হয়, তেতিয়া তুমি মোৰ পথ জানা; মই অহা-যোৱা কৰা পথত লোকবোৰে মোৰ বাবে গোপনে ফান্দ পাতিলে;

4 I look around, but there is no one who pays attention to me, no one who will protect me, no one who cares about [what happens to] me.

৪মোৰ সোঁ ফালে দৃষ্টি কৰি চোৱা, মোৰ খবৰ লওঁতা কোনো নাই; মোৰ বাবে আশ্রয় স্থান নাই, মোৰ বাবে কোনেও চিন্তা নকৰে।

5 [So] Yahweh, I cry out to you [to help me]; you are the one who protects me; and you are all that I need while I am alive.

৫হে যিহোৱা, মই তোমাৰ ওচৰত ক্রন্দনৰে কৈছো, “তুমিয়েই মোৰ আশ্ৰয়, জীৱিত লোকৰ দেশত তুমিয়েই মোৰ অধিকাৰ।”

6 Listen to me while I cry out to you [for help], because I am very distressed. Rescue/Save me from those who are pursuing me, because they are very strong, with the result that I cannot [escape from them].

৬তুমি মোৰ কাকুতিলৈ মনোযোগ দিয়া, কিয়নো মই অতি অসহায় অৱস্থাত পৰিছোঁ; মোৰ তাড়নাকাৰীবোৰৰ হাতৰ পৰা মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰা, কাৰণ তেওঁলোক মোতকৈ শক্তিশালী।

7 Free/Rescue me from my troubles/difficulties [MET] in order that I may thank you. If you do that, when I am with godly/righteous [people], [I will praise you] for having been very good to me.

৭কাৰাগাৰৰ পৰা মোৰ প্রাণ মুক্ত কৰা, যেন মই তোমাৰ নামৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিব পাৰোঁ; ধাৰ্মিকসকলে মোক চাৰিওফালে ঘেৰি ৰাখিব; কাৰণ তুমি মোলৈ প্রচুৰ মঙ্গল কৰিবা।
