Psalms 141

1 Yahweh, I call out to you; [please] help me quickly! Listen to me when I am calling to you.

၁အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာ တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ စကား သံကို နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။

2 Accept my prayer as though it were incense [being burned as an offering] [SIM] to you. And accept me while I lift up my hands [to pray] to you like you accept sacrifices [that I offer to you each] evening [SIM].

၂အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ပဌနာ သည်မီးရှို့သော နံ့သာပေါင်း ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ လက် ကိုချီ ခြင်းသည် ညဦးယံ ပူဇော် သက္ကာ ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ပြင်ဆင် လျက် ရှိပါစေသော။

3 Yahweh, do not allow me to say [MTY] things that are wrong; guard my lips.

၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှုတ် ရှေ့ မှာ ကင်း ကို ထား တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏နှုတ်ခမ်း တံခါး ကို စောင့် တော်မူပါ။

4 Prevent me from wanting to do anything that is wrong, and from joining with wicked men when they want to do evil deeds [DOU]. Do not [even] allow me to share in eating delightful food with them!

၄ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု သောသူ တို့နှင့်အတူ အကျွန်ုပ်ပါ၍၊ မ တရားသောအမှု ၊ ဒုစရိုက်အမျိုးမျိုး၌ ကျင်လည်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စိတ် နှလုံးကို မ ကောင်းသောအမှု အရာသို့ သွေးဆောင် တော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ထိုသူ တို့၏ ခဲဘွယ် စားဘွယ်တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မ စား ပါစေနှင့်။

5 It is all right if righteous people strike/hit me or rebuke me because they are trying to act kindly toward me [to teach me to do what is right], but I do not want wicked [people] to [honor me by] anointing my head with [olive] oil; I am always praying [that you will punish them because of] the wicked deeds [that they do].

၅ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် ပါစေသော၊ ကျေးဇူး ရှိပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဆုံးမ ပါစေသော၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဦးခေါင်း ကိုလိမ်းသောဆီ ဖြစ်ပါလိမ့်မည်။ ထပ်၍ ပြုသော်လည်း အကျွန်ုပ် မ ငြင်း ပါ။ ယခု မူကား၊ သူတပါး ပြုသောအဓမ္မ အမှုတဘက် ၌ ဆုတောင်း ရပါ၏။

6 When their rulers are thrown down from the top of rocky cliffs, people will know that what you, Yahweh, said [about them] is true.

၆သူ တို့၏အကဲ အမှုးတို့သည် ကျောက် တွင်း နားမှ လွတ် ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏စကား ကို ကြား ရကြပါ၏။ ထို စကား လည်း ချို ပါ၏။

7 Like a log that is split and cut into small pieces [SIM], their shattered bones will be scattered [on the ground] near [other] graves. (Sheol h7585)

၇မြေ ပေါ် မှာထင်းကိုခုတ် ၍ ခွဲ သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မရဏာ နိုင်ငံတံခါး ဝမှာ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၏ အရိုး များတို့သည် ကွဲပြား လျက်ရှိကြပါ၏။ (Sheol h7585)

8 But Yahweh God, I [continue to] ask you [to help me]. I ask you to protect me; do not allow me to (die/be killed) [now]!

၈အိုဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အကျွန်ုပ် မျှော်ကြည့် ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၌ခိုလှုံ ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အသက် ကို သွန်ပစ် စေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။

9 [It is as though] people have set traps for me; protect me from falling into those traps, [It is as though] they have spread nets to catch me; keep me from being caught in those nets.

၉အကျွန်ုပ် ဘို့ ထောင် ထားကြသောကျော့ကွင်း မှ ၎င်း၊ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု သောသူတို့၏ညွှတ် မှ၎င်း ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို လွတ် စေတော်မူပါ။

10 I desire that wicked [people] will fall into the traps they have set [to catch me] while I escape [from them].

၁၀ထိုသို့အကျွန်ုပ် သည်လွန် သွားသောအခါ ၊ မ တရားသော သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် မိမိ တို့ကျော့ကွင်း ထဲသို့ ကျ ကြပါစေသော။
