1 Thank Yahweh, because he does good things [for us]; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

2 Thank God, the one who is greater than all other gods; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Midera an’ Andriamanitra Avo Indrindra; Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony.
3 Thank the Lord who is greater than all other lords/rulers; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Miderà ny Tompon’ ny tompo; Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony;
4 He is the only one who performs great miracles; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izy irery no Mpanao fahagagan-dehibe (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
5 He is the one who by being very wise created the heavens; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izay nanao ny lanitra tamin’ ny fahendrena (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
6 He is the one who caused the ground to rise up above the deep waters; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izay namelatra ny tany ho ambonin’ ny rano, (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
7 He is the one who created great lights [in the sky]; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izay nanao ireo fanazavana lehibe (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
8 He created the sun to shine in the daytime; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Dia ny masoandro ho mpanapaka ny andro (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
9 He created the moon and stars to shine during the nighttime; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

10 He is the one who killed the firstborn [males] in Egypt; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

Tamin’ ny tanana mahery sy ny sandry nahinjitra (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
13 He is the one who caused the Red Sea to divide; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izay nampisaraka ny Ranomasina Mena (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
14 He enabled the Israeli people to walk through it [on dry land]; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

15 But he caused the king of Egypt and his army to drown in it; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

18 He killed kings who were famous; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Ka nahafaty mpanjaka malaza (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
19 He killed Sihon, the king of the Amor people-group; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Dia Sihona, mpanjakan’ ny Amorita (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
20 He killed Og, the king of Bashan [region]; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Sy Oga, mpanjakan’ i Basana (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
21 He gave their lands to us, his people; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

22 He gave those lands to us people of Israel, who serve him; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

23 He is the one who did not forget about us when we were defeated [by our enemies]; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.

24 He rescued us from our enemies; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Ka naneho hery namonjy antsika ho afaka tamin’ ny fahavalontsika (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony),
25 He is the one who gives food to all living creatures; his faithful love [for us] endures forever.
Izay manome hanina ny nofo rehetra (Fa mandrakizay ny famindram-pony);
26 [So] thank God, [who lives in] heaven, [for all those things], because his faithful love [for us] endures forever!
