Psalms 116
1 I love Yahweh, because he hears me when I cry for him to help me.
၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ၏ပန်ကြား လျှောက်ထားချက်ကိုကြားတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်ကိုချစ်မြတ်နိုး၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။
2 He listens to me, so I will call out to him all during my life.
၂ငါလျှောက်ထားသည့်အခါတိုင်းကိုယ်တော် နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။
3 Everything around me [MET] caused me to think that I would die; I was very afraid that I would [die and go to] the place where dead people are. I was very distressed/worried and afraid. (Sheol h7585)
၃သေမင်း၏ကျော့ကွင်းသည်ငါ့ကိုဖမ်းမိလျက် နေ၏။ သေဘေးသည်ငါ့ကိုဝိုင်းရံလျက်နေ၏။ ငါသည်ကြောက်လန့်၍စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်ရ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
4 [But] then I called out to Yahweh, saying, “Yahweh, I plead with you to save/rescue me!”
၄ထိုအခါ``အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုးတောင်းပန် ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးကိုကယ်တော်မူပါ'' ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား၏ထံတော်သို့ငါဆုတောင်း ပတ္ထနာပြု၏။
5 Yahweh is kind and does what is right; he is our God, and he acts mercifully [to us].
၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သနားကြင်နာတော်မူ၍ ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူတတ်၏။ ငါတို့၏ဘုရားသခင်သည်ကရုဏာတော်ရှင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
6 He protects those who (are helpless/cannot defend themselves); and when I thought that I would die, he saved me.
၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ခိုကိုးရာမဲ့သူတို့ကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။ ငါဘေးဥပဒ်ရောက်သောအခါငါ့ကို ကယ်တော်မူ၏။
7 I must encourage/tell myself to (have inner peace/not worry any more), because Yahweh has done very good things for me.
၇အို ငါ့စိတ်နှလုံး၊ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ့အားကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပြီဖြစ်၍ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချစွာနေလော့။
8 Yahweh has saved me [SYN] from dying, and has kept/protected me from [troubles that would cause me to] cry. He has kept/protected me from stumbling.
၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ့အသက်ကို သေဘေးမှလည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ့မျက်စိကိုမျက်ရည်ကျခြင်းမှလည်း ကောင်း၊ ငါ၏ခြေကိုချော်လဲခြင်းမှလည်းကောင်း ကယ်တော်မူပြီ။
9 [So here] on the earth, where people are still alive, I live knowing that Yahweh is [directing] me.
၉သို့ဖြစ်၍ငါသည်အသက်ရှင်သူ လူသားတို့၏ဘောင်တွင် ဘုရားသခင်၏မျက်မှောက်တော်၌ သက်ရှင်လှုပ်ရှားလျက်နေရ၏။
10 I continued to believe/trust [in Yahweh], even when I said, “I am greatly afflicted/troubled.”
၁၀ငါသည်ကြောက်လန့်သဖြင့်``ငါ့မှာယုံကြည် နိုင်သူ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိ'' ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း ``ငါသည်စိတ်ဒုက္ခကြီးစွာရောက်ပါပြီ'' ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်းဆိုစဉ်၌ပင်လျှင် ထာဝရဘုရားကိုယုံကြည်မြဲယုံကြည် လျက်နေပါ၏။
11 [Even] when I was distressed/worried and said, “I cannot trust anyone,” [I continued to trust in Yahweh].
၁၁
12 So now [I will tell you] [RHQ] what I will offer to Yahweh, because of all the good things that he has done for me.
၁၂ထာဝရဘုရားငါ့အားပြုတော်မူသော ကျေးဇူးများအတွက်ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်အား အဘယ်အရာကိုပူဇော်ရပါမည်နည်း။
13 I will offer to him a cup [of wine] to thank him for saving/rescuing me.
၁၃ငါ့ကိုကယ်တော်မူသည့်အတွက် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းရန်ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရားအားစပျစ်ရည်ကို ပူဇော်မည်။
14 When I am together with many [HYP] people who belong to Yahweh, I will give to him the offerings that I solemnly promised to give to him.
၁၄ငါသည်ကိုယ်တော်အားသစ္စာကတိပြုခဲ့ သည့်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်စုဝေးရာတွင် မိမိ၏သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေပါမည်။
15 Yahweh is very grieved/sad when one of his people dies.
၁၅ထာဝရဘုရား၏လူစုတော်အနက်တစ်စုံ တစ်ယောက် သေဆုံးသွားလျှင် ကိုယ်တော်အတွက်ကြီးမားသောဆုံးရှုံးမှု ဖြစ်ပါသည်တကား။
16 I am one of those who serve Yahweh; I serve him like my mother did. He has freed/saved me from dying (OR, from being fastened by chains).
၁၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏မိခင်နည်းတူကျွန်တော်မျိုး သည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေကိုခံပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသေ ဘေးမှ ကယ်တော်မူပါပြီ။
17 [So] I will offer to him a sacrifice to thank him, and I will pray to him.
၁၇ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ကျေးဇူးတော်ကိုချီးမွမ်းရာယဇ်ကိုပူဇော် ပါမည်။ အထံတော်သို့ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာပြုပါမည်။
18 When I am together with many of [HYP] the people who belong to Yahweh, [in the courtyard] outside his temple in Jerusalem, I will give to him the offerings that I solemnly promised to give to him. Praise Yahweh!
၁၈ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား သစ္စာကတိပြုခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်း ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏လူစုတော်ဝင်တို့ စုဝေးရာ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ရှိကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဗိမာန် တော်၌ သစ္စာဝတ်ကိုဖြေပါမည်။ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
