Psalms 112
1 Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
Ngợi tôn Chúa Hằng Hữu! Phước hạnh cho người kính sợ Chúa Hằng Hữu, và hết lòng vui thích tuân hành mệnh lệnh Ngài.
2 Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
Hạt giống người gieo nứt mầm mạnh mẽ; dòng dõi công chính được phước lành.
3 Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
Nhà người tích lũy nhiều của cải, đức công chính người còn mãi mãi.
4 Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
Ánh sáng soi đường giữa tối tăm. Cho người nhân từ, trắc ẩn và công bằng.
5 Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
Có lòng hào phóng, sẵn lòng cho mượn nên được minh oan trong ngày xử đoán.
6 Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
Người chẳng bao giờ rúng động. Cuộc đời người công chính được ghi nhớ.
7 They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
Người không sợ tiếng đồn, tin dữ; lòng dạ vững vàng tin cậy Chúa,
8 They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
Người kiên tâm và không sợ hãi cho đến lúc quân thù tan rã.
9 They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
Người phân chia của cải, cứu tế người có cần. Đức công chính người còn mãi mãi. Người được hãnh diện và tôn cao.
10 Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
Bọn gian ác thấy thế liền thất vọng. Nghiến răng giận dữ rồi suy tàn; ước vọng của người ác sẽ tiêu tan.
