Psalms 112
1 Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
Lăudați pe DOMNUL. Binecuvântat este omul care se teme de DOMNUL, care își găsește mult plăcerea în poruncile lui.
2 Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
Sămânța lui va fi tare pe pământ, generația celor integri va fi binecuvântată.
3 Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
Avere și bogății vor fi în casa lui, și dreptatea lui dăinuiește pentru totdeauna.
4 Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
Celor integri le răsare lumină în întuneric, el este cu har și plin de compasiune și drept.
5 Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
Un om bun arată favoare și împrumută, el se îngrijește de lucrurile lui cu discernământ.
6 Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
Cu siguranță nu se va clătina niciodată, cel drept va fi în amintire pentru totdeauna.
7 They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
Nu se va teme de veștile rele, inima lui este hotărâtă, încrezându-se în DOMNUL.
8 They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
Inima lui este întemeiată, el nu se va teme, până ce își va vedea dorința împlinită asupra dușmanilor săi.
9 They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
El a împrăștiat, a dat săracului; dreptatea lui dăinuiește pentru totdeauna; cornul lui va fi înălțat cu onoare.
10 Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
Cel stricat va vedea și se va mâhni; își va scrâșni dinții și se va topi, dorința celor stricați va pieri.
