< Psalms 112 >

1 Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
MEID pai ol o me masak Ieowa, me kin peren kida a kusoned akan.
2 Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
Kadaudok a pan kelail nan sap o; kainok en me melel akan pan pwaida.
3 Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
Im a pan dir en dipisou melel; o a pung pan potopot eta.
4 Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
Marain kin daka dang me melel akan nan wasa rotorot; a kin dir en mak o kalangan o pung.
5 Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
Meid pai ol o me kalangan, o kin kisakisa wei; a pan pwaida ni ansaun kadeik.
6 Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
Pwe a sota pan luetala kokolata; me pung amen iei men kataman soutuk eu.
7 They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
A sota pan masak rong sued; mongiong i me kelail ni a kaporoporeki Ieowa.
8 They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
Mongiong i me kelail, a sota kin masak, lao a pan peren kida a imwintiti kan.
9 They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
A kin kamoredi o kisakis ong me samama kan; a pung pan potopot eta; os a pan kokoda o indand mau.
10 Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
Me doo sang Kot pan kilang ap makara kida; a pan teterokki ngi a kan ap soredi; inong en me doo sang Kot akan pan nikila.
