Psalms 112
1 Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക. യഹോവയെ ഭയപ്പെടുകയും അവിടത്തെ കൽപ്പനകളിൽ ആഹ്ലാദിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവർ അനുഗൃഹീതർ.
2 Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
അവരുടെ മക്കൾ ദേശത്ത് പ്രബലരായിത്തീരും; പരമാർഥികളുടെ തലമുറ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടും.
3 Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
ഐശ്വര്യവും സമ്പത്തും അവരുടെ ഭവനങ്ങളിലുണ്ട്, അവരുടെ നീതി എന്നേക്കും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു.
4 Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
പരമാർഥികൾക്ക് അന്ധകാരത്തിൽ പ്രകാശം ഉദിക്കുന്നു, അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ കരുണയും കൃപയും നീതിയും ഉള്ളവർ ആകുന്നു.
5 Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
ഔദാര്യത്തോടെ വായ്പകൊടുക്കുകയും നീതിയോടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് നന്മയുണ്ടാകും.
6 Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
നീതിനിഷ്ഠർ ഒരിക്കലും കുലുങ്ങുകയില്ല; അവരുടെ ഓർമ എന്നും നിലനിൽക്കും.
7 They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
ദുർവർത്തമാനംനിമിത്തം അവർ ഭയപ്പെടുകയില്ല; കാരണം യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം സുസ്ഥിരമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
8 They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം ദൃഢവും നിർഭയവും ആയിരിക്കും; ഒടുവിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ പരാജയം അവർ കാണും.
9 They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
അവർ വാരിവിതറി ദരിദ്രർക്കു കൊടുക്കുന്നു, അവരുടെ നീതി എന്നേക്കും നിലനിൽക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ കൊമ്പ് അഭിമാനത്തോടെ ഉയർന്നുനിൽക്കുന്നു.
10 Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
ദുഷ്ടർ കണ്ട് അസ്വസ്ഥരാകും, അവർ പല്ലുഞെരിച്ച് ഉരുകിപ്പോകും; ദുഷ്ടരുടെ പ്രതീക്ഷകൾ നിഷ്ഫലമായിത്തീരും.
