Psalms 112
1 Praise Yahweh! (Happy are/He is pleased with) those who revere him, those who happily obey his commands.
Tamandani Yehova. Wodala munthu amene amaopa Yehova, amene amakondwera kwambiri ndi malamulo ake.
2 Their children will prosper in their land; and their descendants will be blessed [by God].
Ana ake adzakhala amphamvu mʼdziko; mʼbado wa olungama mtima udzadalitsidwa.
3 Their families [MTY] will be very wealthy [DOU], and [the results of] their righteous deeds will endure forever.
Kulemera ndi chuma zili mʼnyumba yake, ndipo chilungamo chake ndi chosatha.
4 Godly/Righteous people are [like] lights [SIM] that shine in the darkness on those who are kind, merciful and righteous.
Ngakhale mu mdima kuwala kumatulukira olungama mtima; wokoma mtima, wachifundo ndi wowongoka mtima.
5 Things [will] go well for those who generously lend money to others and who conduct their businesses honestly.
Zinthu zabwino zidzabwera kwa iye amene amapereka mowolowamanja ndi wokongoletsa mwaufulu, amene amachita ntchito yake mwachilungamo.
6 Righteous people will not be overwhelmed/worried/distressed [because of their troubles], and they will never be forgotten [by other people].
Ndithu sadzagwedezeka; munthu wolungama sadzayiwalika mpaka muyaya.
7 They are not afraid of [receiving] bad news; they confidently/completely trust in Yahweh.
Saopa akamva zoyipa zimene zachitika; mtima wake ndi wokhazikika ndipo amadalira Yehova.
8 They are confident and not afraid, because they know that they will see [God defeat] their enemies.
Mtima wake ndi wotetezedwa, sadzakhala ndi mantha; potsiriza pake adzayangʼana adani ake mwachipambano.
9 They give things generously to poor/needy [people]; [the results of] their kind deeds will endure forever, and they [will] be exalted and honored.
Wopereka mphatso zake mowolowamanja kwa osauka, chilungamo chake chimanka mpaka muyaya; nyanga yake idzakwezedwa mwaulemu.
10 Wicked people see those things and are angry; they gnash their teeth [angrily], but they [will] disappear [and die]. The [wicked] things that they want to do [will] never happen.
Munthu woyipa adzaona zimenezi ndipo adzapsa mtima; adzakukuta mano ake ndipo adzasungunuka. Zolakalaka za anthu oyipa sizidzachitika konse.
