< Psalms 110 >

1 Yahweh said to my lord [the king], “Sit [here], close to me, in the place of highest honor [MTY] until I [completely defeat] your enemies [MET] [and] make [them like] a stool for your feet!”
IEOWA kotin majani on ai Kaun, mondi on ni pali maun i, lao I pan wia kida om imwintiti utipan na om.
2 Yahweh [also said to him], “I will extend your power as king from Jerusalem [to other lands]; you will rule over all your enemies.
Ieowa pan kotin kadarado jokon en wei omui jan nan Jion; kakaun nan pun en omui imwintiti kan.
3 On the day that you lead your armies into battle, many of your people will volunteer [to join your army]. Like the dew refreshes the earth early in the morning, young men will [encourage you by] coming to help you.”
Murin omui poedier, japwilim omui kan pan pereperen, wia mairon on komui ni ar kapwat jaraui. Japwilim omui jeri kan pan ipwidi on komui dueta poik en ni manjan.
4 Yahweh has made a solemn promise, and he will never change his mind; he has said to the king, “You will be a priest forever [serving Yahweh] like Melchizedek did.”
Ieowa kotin kaula, o a jota pan kalula: Komui jamero joutuk amen, duen al en Melkijedek.
5 Yahweh stands [in the place of highest honor] your right side; when he becomes angry, he will defeat [many kings].
Kaun o kotikot ni pali maun om a pan kamela nanmarki kan ni ran en a onion.
6 He will judge and punish the people of [many] nations; he will fill the land with their corpses. He will crush the heads of other kings all over the earth.
A pan kotin kaunda nan pun en men liki kan, a pan kadir kila kalep akan waja karoj, a kotin palan pajan tapwi en wei lapalap.
7 But my lord the king will drink from streams near the road; he will be refreshed after defeating his enemies.
