Psalms 107
1 Give thanks to Yahweh, because he always does good [things for us] His faithful love [for us] lasts forever!
१परमेश्वरास धन्यावाद द्या. कारण तो चांगला आहे. आणि त्याची कराराची विश्वसनियता सर्वकाळ टिकणारी आहे.
2 Those whom Yahweh has saved should tell others that he has rescued them from their enemies.
२परमेश्वराने उद्धारलेले, ज्यांना खंडणी भरून त्याने शत्रूच्या अधिकारातून सोडवले आहे,
3 He has gathered [those of you] who were [(exiled/taken forcefully)] to many lands; [he has gathered you together from] the east and the west, from the north and from the south.
३त्याने त्यांना परक्या देशातून पूर्व व पश्चिम, उत्तर व दक्षिण या दिशातून एकवट केले आहे.
4 Some of those [who returned from those countries] wandered in the desert; they were lost and had no homes to live in.
४ते रानात वैराण प्रदेशातील रस्त्याने भटकले; आणि त्यांना राहण्यास नगर सापडले नाही.
5 They were hungry and thirsty, and they were very discouraged.
५ते खूप भुकेले आणि तान्हेले होते; आणि ते थकव्याने मूर्च्छित झाले.
6 When they were in trouble, they called out to Yahweh, and he rescued them from (being distressed/their difficulties).
६नंतर त्यांनी आपल्या संकटात परमेश्वरास हाक मारली, आणि त्याने त्यांना त्यांच्या विपत्तीतून सोडवले.
7 He led them along a straight road [where they walked safely] to cities [in Canaan] where they could live.
७त्याने त्यांना सरळ मार्गाने नेले यासाठी की, त्या नगरात त्यांना वस्त्ती करावी
8 They should praise/thank Yahweh for loving them faithfully and for the wonderful things that he does for people.
८अहा, परमेश्वराच्या कराराची विश्वसनियता आणि आश्चर्यकारक गोष्टी त्याने मनुष्यजातीसाठी केल्या त्याबद्दल लोक त्याचा धन्यवाद करोत.
9 He gives thirsty people plenty [of water] to drink, and he gives hungry people plenty of good things [to eat].
९कारण त्याने तान्हेल्या जिवास तृप्त केले, आणि भुकेल्या जिवाला उत्तम पदार्थांनी भरले.
10 Some of them were in very dark [HEN] (places [in Babylonia/other countries]); they were prisoners, suffering because of chains [fastened to their hands and feet].
१०काही कैदी क्लेशाने आणि साखळ्यांनी जखडलेले असता; काळोखात आणि मरणाच्या छायेत बसले आहेत.
11 They were in prison because they had (rebelled against/not obeyed) the message of God; they were there because they had despised the advice given by God, who is greater than all other gods.
११त्यांनी देवाच्या वचनाविरुध्द बंड केले, आणि त्यांनी परात्पराचे शिक्षण नापसंत केले.
12 [That is why] their bodies were worn out from hard labor; when they fell down, there was no one who would help them.
१२त्यांने त्यांचे हृदय कष्टाद्वारे नम्र केले; ते अडखळून पडले आणि त्यांना मदत करायला तेथे कोणीही नव्हता.
13 In their troubles, they called out to Yahweh, and he rescued them from their being distressed.
१३तेव्हा त्यांनी आपल्या संकटात परमेश्वरास हाक मारली आणि त्याने त्यांना त्यांच्या क्लेशातून बाहेर आणले.
14 He broke the chains that were on their hands and feet; and brought them out of those very dark [prisons].
१४देवाने त्यांना अंधारातून आणि मरणाच्या छायेतून बाहेर आणले, आणि त्यांची बंधणे तोडली.
15 He broke down the [prison] gates that were made of bronze, and cut through the [prison] bars that were made of iron. [So they also] should praise/thank Yahweh for faithfully loving [them], and for [all] the wonderful things that he does for people.
१५परमेश्वराच्या कराराची विश्वसनियता आणि त्याने मनुष्यजातीसाठी केलेल्या आश्चर्यकारक गोष्टीबद्दल लोक त्याचे उपकारस्मरण करोत.
१६कारण त्याने पितळेची दारे तोडली, आणि लोखंडाचे गज तोडून टाकले.
17 Some of them foolishly rebelled [against God], so they suffered for their sins.
१७आपल्या बंडखोरीच्या मार्गात ते मूर्ख होते, आणि आपल्या पापामुळे ते पीडिले होते.
18 They did not want to eat any food, and they almost died.
१८सर्व उत्तम अन्न खाण्याची इच्छा त्यांना होईना आणि ते मरणाच्या दाराजवळ ओढले गेले.
19 In their troubles, they [also] called out to Yahweh, and he rescued them from their being distressed.
१९तेव्हा त्यांनी आपल्या संकटात परमेश्वरास हाक मारली, आणि त्याने त्यांना क्लेशातून बाहेर आणले.
20 When he commanded that they be healed, they were healed; he saved them from dying.
२०त्याने आपले वचन पाठवून त्यांना बरे केले, आणि त्याने त्यांच्या नाशापासून त्यांना सोडवले.
21 They [also] should praise/thank Yahweh for faithfully loving them, and for [all] the wonderful things that he does for people.
२१परमेश्वराच्या कराराची विश्वसनियता व त्याने मनुष्यजातीसाठी केलेल्या आश्चर्यकारक गोष्टींबद्दल लोक त्याचे उपकारस्मरण करोत.
22 They should give offerings to him to show that they are thankful, and they should sing joyfully about the miracles that he has performed.
२२ते त्यास आभाररुपी यज्ञ अर्पण करोत, आणि गाण्यात त्याची कृत्ये जाहीर करोत.
23 Some of them sailed in ships; they were selling things [in ports] throughout the world.
२३काही जहाजातून समुद्र प्रवास करतात, आणि महासागरापार व्यवसाय करतात.
24 [As they were sailing], they also saw the miracles that Yahweh performed, the wonderful things that he did [when they were] on very deep seas.
२४ते परमेश्वराची कृत्ये पाहतात, आणि त्याची अद्भुत कृत्ये समुद्रावर पाहतात.
25 He commanded the winds, and they became strong and (stirred up high waves/caused waves to rise high).
२५कारण तो आज्ञा करतो आणि वादळ उठवितो; तेव्हा समुद्र खवळतो.
26 The ships [in which they were sailing] were tossed high in the air, and [then] they sank into the (troughs/low places) [between the high waves]; then the sailors were terrified.
२६लाटा आकाशापर्यंत वर पोहचतात, मग त्या खाली खोल तळाकडे जातात. मनुष्याचे धैर्य धोक्यामुळे गळून जाते.
27 They stumbled about and staggered like drunken men, and they did not know what to do.
२७ते मद्याप्यासारखे डुलतात आणि झोकांड्या खातात, आणि त्यांची बुद्धी गुंग होते.
28 In their troubles, they [also] called out to Yahweh, and he rescued them from their distresses.
२८तेव्हा ते आपल्या संकटात परमेश्वरास हाक मारतात, आणि तो त्यांना त्यांच्या क्लेशातून बाहेर आणून वाचवतो.
29 He (calmed the storm/caused the wind to stop blowing), and he caused the waves to completely subside.
२९तो वादळ शांत करतो, आणि लाटांना स्तब्ध करतो.
30 They were [very] glad when it became calm; and Yahweh brought them safely into a harbor.
३०समुद्र शांत झाल्यामुळे ते आनंद करतात, तो त्यांना त्यांच्या इच्छित बंदरास आणतो.
31 They [also] should praise/thank Yahweh for faithfully loving [them], and for [all] the wonderful things that he does for people.
३१परमेश्वरास त्याच्या कराराची विश्वसनियता आणि त्याने मनुष्यजातीसाठी केलेल्या आश्चर्यकारक गोष्टींबद्दल लोक त्याचे उपकारस्मरण करोत.
32 They should praise him among the [Israeli] people when they have gathered together, and they should praise him in front of the leaders [of the country].
३२लोकांच्या मंडळीत तो उंचविला जावो आणि वडिलांच्या सभेत त्याची स्तुती होवो.
33 [Sometimes] Yahweh causes rivers [to become dry], [with the result that the land] becomes a desert, and springs of water become dry land.
३३तो नद्यांना रान करतो, पाण्याच्या झऱ्यांची कोरडी भूमी करतो,
34 [Sometimes] he causes land that has produced lots of crops to become salty wastelands, [with the result that they do not produce crops]. He does that because the people who live there are [very] wicked.
३४आणि फलदायी जमिनीची नापीक जमिन करतो. कारण तेथील राहणाऱ्या वाईट लोकांमुळे.
35 [But sometimes] he causes pools of water to appear in deserts, and he causes springs to flow in very dry ground.
३५तो वाळवंटाचे पाण्याचे तळे करतो, आणि कोरडी भूमीतून पाण्याचे झरे करतो.
36 He brings hungry [people] into that land, to live there and build cities [there].
३६तेथे भुकेल्यास वसवतो, आणि त्यामध्ये राहण्यासाठी नगर बांधतो.
37 They plant seeds in their fields, and they plant grapevines that produce big crops [of grapes].
३७ते नगरे बांधतात त्यामध्ये शेते पेरतात, द्राक्षमळे लावतात, आणि विपुल पिके काढतात.
38 He blesses the people, and the women give birth to many children, and they have large herds of cattle.
३८तो त्यास आशीर्वाद देतो आणि त्यांची खूप वाढ होते, तो त्यांच्या गुरांना कमी होऊ देत नाही.
39 When the number of people becomes smaller and they have been humiliated [by their enemies] by being oppressed and caused to suffer [DOU],
३९नंतर यातनामयी अरिष्ट आणि दुःख यांमुळे ते कमी होतात आणि नष्ट होतात.
40 Yahweh shows contempt for the leaders who oppress them, and causes them to wander in deserts where there are no roads.
४०तो शत्रूंच्या अधिपतीवर अपमान ओततो, आणि त्यांना रस्ते नसलेल्या रानातून भटकायला लावतो.
41 But he rescues poor [people] from (being in misery/suffering), and causes their families [to increase in number] like flocks of sheep.
४१पण तो गरजवंताना क्लेशापासून सुरक्षित ठेवतो, आणि त्यांच्या कुटुंबांची कळपासारखी काळजी घेतो.
42 Godly/Righteous [people will (see/hear about)] these things, and they will rejoice, and wicked people [will hear about these things, too], [but] they will have nothing to say in reply.
४२सरळ मनाचे हे पाहतात आणि आनंदी होतात, आणि सर्व दुष्ट आपले तोंड बंद करतात.
43 Those who are wise should think carefully about those things; they should consider [all the things] that Yahweh [has done to show that he] faithfully loves [them].
४३जो कोणी ज्ञानी आहे त्याने ह्या गोष्टींकडे लक्ष द्यावे आणि परमेश्वराच्या कराराच्या विश्वसनीयतेच्या कृतीवर मनन करावे.
