Numbers 30
1 Moses/I spoke with the leaders of the Israeli tribes. He/I told them these commands that Yahweh had given to him/me:
| هەروەها موسا بە سەرۆک هۆزەکانی نەوەی ئیسرائیلی گوت: «ئەمە ئەو شتەیە کە یەزدان فەرمانی پێی کردووە، |
2 “If a man solemnly promises Yahweh that he will do something, he must do what he promised.
| ئەگەر پیاوێک نەزرێکی بۆ یەزدان کرد یان سوێندی خوارد بۆ پابەندبوون بە شتێک، با قسەی خۆی نەشکێنێت و بەگوێرەی هەموو ئەوەی گوتوویەتی ئاوا بکات. |
3 “If a young woman who is still living with her parents solemnly promises to Yahweh to do something,
| «بەڵام ئافرەت ئەگەر نەزرێکی بۆ یەزدان کرد و بە شتێک خۆی پابەند کرد، لە ماڵی باوکی، لە کاتی کچێنی و |
4 and if her father hears about what she promised, and if he does not object, she must do what she promised [DOU].
| باوکی گوێی لە نەزرەکەی و ئەو شتە بوو کە خۆی پێ پابەند کردووە، ئەگەر خۆی لێ بێدەنگ کرد، ئەوا هەموو نەزرەکانی و هەموو ئەو شتانەی خۆی پێ پابەند کردووە دەچەسپێت. |
5 But if her father hears about what she promised and does not allow her to do that, then she does not need to do what she promised. Yahweh will forgive her for not doing what she promised.
| بەڵام ئەگەر باوکی لە ڕۆژی بیستنی نەیهێشت، ئەوا هەموو نەزر و ئەو شتانەی خۆی پێ پابەند کردووە ناچەسپێت، یەزدانیش لێی خۆشدەبێت، چونکە باوکی نەیهێشتووە. |
6 “If a woman promises Yahweh that she will do something, but then she gets married,
| «ئەگەر شووی کرد دوای ئەوەی نەزرێکی کرد یان شتێکی بە دەمدا هات کە خۆی پێ پابەند دەکات و |
7 if her husband hears about what she promised to do, and he does not object, she must do what she promised [DOU].
| مێردەکەی بیستی و لە ڕۆژی بیستنەکەی بێدەنگ بوو، ئەوا نەزرەکانی دەچەسپێت و ئەو شتانەش کە خۆی پێ پابەند کردووە دەچەسپێت. |
8 But if her husband hears about it and does not allow her to do that, she does not need to do what she promised, and Yahweh will forgive her for not doing what she promised.
| بەڵام ئەگەر مێردەکەی لە کاتی بیستنی ئەوەدا ڕێگەی نەدا، ئەوا نەزرەکەی بەتاڵ دەبێتەوە، هەروەها ئەو شتەش بەتاڵ دەبێتەوە کە بە دەمیدا هاتووە و خۆی پێ پابەند کردبوو، یەزدانیش لێی خۆشدەبێت. |
9 “If a widow or a woman who has been divorced makes a promise, she must do what she promised.
| «بەڵام نەزری بێوەژن یان تەڵاقدراو، ئەوا هەموو ئەوەی خۆی پێ پابەند دەکات لەسەری دەچەسپێت. |
10 “If a woman who is married promises [DOU] to do something,
| «بەڵام ئەگەر ژنێک لە ماڵی مێردی نەزری کرد و خۆی بە سوێند بە شتێکەوە پابەند کرد، |
11 and if her husband hears about it but does not object, she must do what she promised.
| مێردەکەی بیستی و بێدەنگ بوو، ڕێی لێ نەگرت، ئەوا هەموو نەزرەکانی دەچەسپێن و هەموو ئەو شتانەی خۆی پێ پابەند کردووە دەچەسپێت. |
12 But if he hears about it and does not allow her to do that, she does not need to do what she promised, and Yahweh will forgive her for not doing it.
| بەڵام ئەگەر مێردەکەی لە ڕۆژی بیستنی بەتاڵی کردەوە، ئەوا هەرچی گوتوویەتی لە نەزر و پابەندبوونەکانی ناچەسپێن، چونکە مێردەکەی بەتاڵی کردووەتەوە، یەزدانیش لێی خۆشدەبێت. |
13 A woman’s husband may require her to do what she has promised, or he may not allow her to do what she has promised.
| هەموو نەزرێک و هەموو سوێندێکی پابەندبوون بۆ زەلیلکردنی گیان، مێردەکەی دەیچەسپێنێت و مێردەکەی بەتاڵی دەکاتەوە. |
14 If he does not object for several days [after he hears about it], she must do what she promised.
| ئەگەر مێردەکەی ڕۆژ لەدوای ڕۆژ لێی بێدەنگ بوو، ئەوا هەموو نەزرەکانی یان هەموو ئەو پابەندبوونانەی لەسەریەتی دەچەسپێن، چەسپاندوویەتی چونکە لەو ڕۆژەی بیستوویەتی لێی بێدەنگ بوو، |
15 But if he waits a long time after she has promised to do something and then he tells her that he will not permit her to do it, if she does not do what she promised, [she will not be punished]; her husband is the one whom [Yahweh] will punish.”
| جا ئەگەر لەدوای بیستنی بەتاڵی کردەوە، ئەوا تاوانەکەی دەکەوێتە ئەستۆی ئەو.» |
16 Those are the rules that Yahweh gave to Moses/me for husbands and wives, and for young women who are still living with their parents.
| ئەمە ئەو فەرزانەیە کە یەزدان فەرمانی بە موسا کرد لەنێوان مێرد و ژنەکەی و لەنێوان باوک و کچەکەی لە کاتی کچێنیدا لە ماڵی باوکی. |
