Job 36
1 Elihu [finished by] saying this:
೧ಆಮೇಲೆ ಎಲೀಹು ಮತ್ತೆ ಹೀಗೆಂದನು,
2 “[Job, ] be patient with me a little longer, because I have something else to teach you. I have something else to say that God [wants you to know].
೨“ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತಾಳು, ನಾನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ, ದೇವರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳತಕ್ಕ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ಉಂಟು.
3 I will tell you what I have learned from many sources, in order to show that God, my creator, is just/fair.
೩ದೂರದಿಂದ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದ ನನ್ನ ತಿಳಿವಳಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ನನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಧರ್ಮಸ್ವರೂಪನೆಂದು ಹೊಗಳುವೆನು.
4 I am not saying anything to you that is false; I, who am standing in front of you, am someone who understands things (very well/perfectly) [HYP].
೪ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ನಿಶ್ಚಯ, ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಪೂರ್ಣನೊಬ್ಬನು ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.
5 “Hey, God is [very] powerful, and he does not despise anyone, and he understands everything.
೫ಇಗೋ, ದೇವರು ಮಹಾಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆತನ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವು ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದೆ.
6 He does not allow wicked people to remain alive, and he always acts justly toward those who are poor.
೬ಆತನು ದುಷ್ಟರ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಗತಿಹೀನರ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವನು.
7 He always watches over [MTY] those who are righteous; he allows them to sit on thrones [and rule] with kings, and they are honored forever.
೭ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕಟಾಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸದೆ, ಅರಸರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ, ಉನ್ನತಪದವಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ತರುವನು.
8 But if people [who commit crimes] are caught, they [are thrown into prison and] are caused to suffer by being fastened with chains.
೮ಅವರು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡು, ಬಾಧೆಗಳೆಂಬ ಹಗ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ,
9 When that happens, God shows them what they have done; he shows them the sins that they have committed, and he shows them that they have been proud/arrogant.
೯ಆತನು ಅವರ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯವನ್ನೂ, ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸುವನು.
10 He causes them to listen [MTY] to what he is warning them, and he commands them to turn away from [doing what is] evil.
೧೦ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರ ಕಿವಿಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು, ಅಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವನು.
11 If they (listen to/heed) him and serve him, [after they get out of prison] they will prosper for all the years that they are alive and be peaceful/happy.
೧೧ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿದರೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಖದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕಳೆಯುವರು.
12 But if they do not (listen/pay attention) to him, they will die violently, not knowing [why God is causing them to die].
೧೨ಕೇಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ದೈವಾಸ್ತ್ರದಿಂದ ಅಳಿದುಹೋಗುವರು, ಜ್ಞಾನಹೀನರಾಗಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಾಣಬಿಡುವರು.
13 “Godless/Wicked people continue being angry, and they do not cry out for help, [even] when God is punishing them.
೧೩ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬದಿರುವವರು ಸಿಟ್ಟುಗೊಂಡಿರುವರು, ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
14 They die while they are still young, disgraced because of their very immoral behavior [EUP].
೧೪ಯೌವನದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಾಯುವರು. ಅವರ ಜೀವವು ಪುರಷಗಾಮಿಗಳ ಜೀವದಂತೆ ಕ್ಷಯಿಸುವುದು.
15 But God teaches people by causing them to suffer; by afflicting them, he causes them to listen to [MTY] what he is telling them.
೧೫ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವವರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಬಾಧೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು, ಅವರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವ ಹಿಂಸೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಅವರ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವನು.
16 “And Job, [I think that] God [wants to] bring you out of your troubles and allow you to live without distress; he wants your table to be full of very nice food.
೧೬ಇದೇ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಕಷ್ಟದೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ, ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲದ ವಿಶಾಲ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಜಿನ ಆಹಾರಗಳು ತುಪ್ಪದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಆತನ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.
17 But now, you are being punished [MTY] as wicked people are punished; [God] [PRS] has been punishing you (justly/as you deserve).
೧೭ನೀನಾದರೋ ದುಷ್ಟನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದವನಾಗಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೂ, ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿಗೂ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದಿ.
18 So be careful that you are not deceived by [desiring to acquire] money or that you are not ruined by [accepting] large bribes.
೧೮ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರುಳುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಕುಚೋದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೂಕದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೋ! ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಈಡು ದೊಡ್ಡದೆಂದು ಹಿಂದೆಗೆಯಬೇಡ!
19 [If you are deceived by those things, ] it certainly will not [RHQ] help you to cry out when you are distressed; all of your strength will not help you.
೧೯ಕಷ್ಟಾನುಭವವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವೂ, ಧನಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಈಡಾಗುವುದೇ?
20 Do not wish that it would be nighttime [in order that God will not see you and punish you], because night is the time when [even] people-groups are destroyed!
೨೦ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ತಟ್ಟನೆ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲವಾಗುವಾಗ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪಾಪಮಾಡದಂತೆ, ರಾತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸಬೇಡ.
21 Be careful not to [begin doing] evil things, because [God] has caused you to suffer to prevent you from doing evil.
೨೧ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರು, ಅಧರ್ಮದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಡಬೇಡ. ಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಲೊಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಧರ್ಮವನ್ನೇ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ.
22 “Hey, God is extremely powerful; there is certainly [RHQ] no teacher who teaches like he does.
೨೨ಇಗೋ, ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಉನ್ನತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವನು, ಆತನಂತಹ ಉಪದೇಶಕನು ಯಾರು?
23 No one has [RHQ] told him what he should do, and no one has [RHQ] said to him, ‘You have done what is wrong!’
೨೩ಆತನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಯಾರು ನೇಮಿಸಿದರು? ‘ನೀನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದಿ’ ಎಂದು ಯಾರು ಹೇಳಬಲ್ಲರು?
24 People have [always] sung to praise him, so you also should never forget to praise him for what he has done.
೨೪ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವ, ಆತನ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳಲು ಮರೆಯಬೇಡ.
25 Everyone has seen [what he has done], but [sometimes] we can see it only from far away.
೨೫ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ನರನು ದೂರದಿಂದ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನಷ್ಟೆ.
26 “Hey, God is very great, and we are not able to know how great he is, and we do not know how old he is.
೨೬ಆಹಾ, ದೇವರು ಮಹೋನ್ನತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ, ನಾವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅರಿಯಲಾರೆವು; ಆತನ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತವಾಗಿವೆ.
27 He draws water up [from the earth and puts it in clouds] and causes it to become rain.
೨೭ನೀರಿನ ಹನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಎಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು, ಅವು ತಿಳಿಮಳೆಯಾಗಿ ಆತನ ಮಂಜಿನಿಂದ ಉದುರುವವು.
28 The rain pours down from the sky/clouds; God causes abundant showers to fall on everyone.
೨೮ಮೋಡಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸುವುದು.
29 No one can [RHQ] understand how the clouds move [across the sky] or how it thunders in the sky where God lives.
೨೯ಆಹಾ, ಮೇಘಗಳ ಹರಡುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ, ಆತನ ಗುಡಾರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಗರ್ಜನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಯಾರು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಬಲ್ಲರು?
30 He causes lightning to flash all around him, but he causes the bottom of the oceans to remain dark.
೩೦ಇಗೋ, ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಲು ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡು, ಅದನ್ನು ಜಲಸಮೂಹಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
31 By providing plenty of rain for us, he enables us to have abundant food.
೩೧ಮೋಡಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರವಾಗಿಯೇ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿ, ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸುವನಷ್ಟೆ.
32 [It is as though] he holds the lightning in his hands, and [then] he commands it to strike where he wants it to.
೩೨ಕೈತುಂಬಾ ಸಿಡಿಲನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ನೀನು ವೈರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ಗುರಿಮುಟ್ಟುಲು ಬಿಡುವನು.
33 When we hear his thunder, we know that there will be a storm, and the cattle know it, too.”
೩೩ಅದರ ಆರ್ಭಟವು ಆತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವುದು, ದನಕರುಗಳೂ ಸಹ ಆತನ ಆಗಮನವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವವು.”
