Ezekiel 34

1 Yahweh gave me another message. He said,

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା, ଯଥା;

2 “You human, prophesy about [leaders] of Israel. [They should be taking care of my people like] [MET] shepherds [take care of their sheep]. Say to them, ‘This is what Yahweh the Lord says: Terrible things will happen to you leaders [MET] of Israel who only take care of yourselves! You should certainly [RHQ] take care of [your people like] [MET] a shepherd takes care of his flock of sheep!

“ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍‍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର, ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍‍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କର ଓ ସେହି ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କୁ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଯେଉଁ ପାଳକମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସନ୍ତାପର ପାତ୍ର! ମେଷଗଣକୁ ପାଳନ କରିବାର କି ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ?

3 [It is as though] you eat the curds, you slaughter the very good animals and wear clothes made from their wool. But you do not take care of the flock.

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଦ ଖାଉଅଛ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଷର ଲୋମ ପରିଧାନ କରୁଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ଜନ୍ତୁ ମାରୁଅଛ, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମେଷଗଣକୁ ପାଳନ କରୁ ନାହଁ।

4 You have not enabled those who are weak to become strong. You have not healed those who were sick. You have not bandaged those who were wounded/injured. You have not brought back those who went astray. You have not searched for those who became lost. You have ruled your people harshly and cruelly.

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅସୁସ୍ଥମାନଙ୍କୁ ସବଳ କରି ନାହଁ ଓ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରି ନାହଁ ଓ ଭଗ୍ନାଙ୍ଗର କ୍ଷତ ବାନ୍ଧି ନାହଁ ଓ ଯେ ତାଡ଼ିତ ହେଲା, ତାହାକୁ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣି ନାହଁ, କିଅବା ଯେ ହଜିଗଲା, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାକୁ ଖୋଜି ନାହଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବଳରେ ଓ କଠୋରତାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଶାସନ କରିଅଛ।

5 So they were scattered, because you did not [take care of them like] [MET] a shepherd [takes care of his sheep]. And when they were scattered, [it was as though] wild animals attacked and [killed them and ate] their flesh.

ପୁଣି, କେହି ପାଳକ ନ ଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନେ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଗଲେ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ପଶୁଗଣର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହେଲେ।

6 My people wandered like sheep all over the high hills and mountains. They were scattered all over the earth, and no one searched for them [DOU].

ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣ ପର୍ବତ ସକଳରେ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଗିରିରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କଲେ; ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସବୁଆଡ଼େ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଗଲେ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜିବାକୁ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପଛେ ପଛେ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନ ଥିଲା।

7 Therefore, you [who should be acting like] shepherds, listen to what I, Yahweh the Lord say:

ଏହେତୁ ହେ ପାଳକଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ;

8 As surely as I am alive, my people [are like a flock of sheep that has] no shepherd, and as a result [it is as though] wild animals have attacked my people and eaten them. You did not search for them; instead, you only wanted to provide food for yourselves.

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ କେହି ପାଳକ ନ ଥିବାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ ଲୁଟିତ ହେଲେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ପଶୁସକଳର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହେଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭର ପାଳକଗଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖୋଜିଲେ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ପାଳକଗଣ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରି ଆମ୍ଭ ମେଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କଲେ ନାହିଁ;

9 Therefore, you [who should be like] [MET] shepherds, listen to what I, Yahweh say:

ଏଥିପାଇଁ ହେ ପାଳକଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ;

10 I am opposed to [you leaders who should be like] [MET] shepherds for my people. I will remove you from taking care of my people, with the result that you will no longer feed yourselves [instead of feeding them]. I will rescue my people from you, with the result that you will longer be able to [butcher them and] eat them.

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପାଳକମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଅଟୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଆଦାୟ କରିବା, ଆଉ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମେଷପାଳନ କର୍ମରୁ ଚ୍ୟୁତ କରିବା ଓ ସେହି ପାଳକମାନେ ଆଉ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖରୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ।

11 This is what I, Yahweh the Lord, say to you leaders: I myself will search for my sheep and take care of them.

କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ନିଜ ମେଷଗଣର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବା।

12 Like a shepherd finds his scattered sheep, I will rescue my people from all the places to which they have been scattered, at a time when things were very gloomy and they experienced disasters.

କୌଣସି ପାଳକ ଆପଣା ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ମେଷଗଣର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଦିନ ଯେପରି ଆପଣା ପଲର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରେ, ସେହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମେଷଗଣର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କରିବା; ଆଉ, ମେଘାଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ଓ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଦିନରେ ସେମାନେ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ସକଳ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା।

13 I will bring them back from many countries and gather them together again in their own land. [Because my people are like sheep] [MET], [it is as though] I will enable them to find good pastureland on the hills of Israel, and in the ravines, and in the villages of Israel.

ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନାନା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିବା ଓ ନାନା ଦେଶରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣିବା, ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପର୍ବତ ସକଳରେ, ଜଳପ୍ରବାହର ନିକଟରେ ଓ ଦେଶର ସକଳ ବସତି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚରାଇବା।

14 [It is as though] I will allow them to graze in good pastures on the mountaintops. They will lie down in good (grazing areas/grassy fields) there [DOU].

ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚରାଇବା, ପୁଣି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀର ପର୍ବତଗଣର ଉପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଖୁଆଡ଼ ହେବ; ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନେ ଉତ୍ତମ ଖୁଆଡ଼ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୟନ କରିବେ ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପର୍ବତମାନର ଉପରେ ପୁଷ୍ଟିକର ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସେମାନେ ଚରିବେ।

15 I myself will take care of my people and enable them to lie down and rest.

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ଆପଣା ମେଷଗଣକୁ ଚରାଇବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୟନ କରାଇବା।

16 I will search for those who are lost and bring back the ones who have strayed away. I will bandage those who have been injured and strengthen those who are weak. But I will get rid of those who are fat and powerful. I will act fairly toward [the people who are like] [MET] my sheep. That is what I, Yahweh, promise.

ଯେ ହଜିଥିଲା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ଅନ୍ଵେଷଣ କରିବା ଓ ଯେ ତାଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା, ତାହାକୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଆଣିବା, ପୁଣି, ଭଗ୍ନାଙ୍ଗର କ୍ଷତ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଓ ପୀଡ଼ିତକୁ ସବଳ କରିବା, ଆଉ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ଓ ବଳବାନକୁ ସଂହାର କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ନ୍ୟାୟମତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବା।

17 And as for you who are like [MET] my sheep, this is what I, Yahweh the Lord, say: I will judge between each of you; and I will separate [those that are peaceful like] sheep from [those that are always trying to dominate others like] goats.

ପୁଣି, ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପଶୁ ଓ ପଶୁର ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ମେଷ ଓ ଛାଗଗଣର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରୁ।

18 It is bad that [RHQ] some of you keep the best pastures for yourselves. It is even worse that [RHQ] you trample the good grass with your feet. You yourselves drink the clear water [RHQ]. But with your feet you cause the other water to become muddy [RHQ].

ଉତ୍ତମ ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଚରିବାର, ମାତ୍ର ଚରାଣୀର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ପାଦ ତଳେ ଦଳିବାର ଓ ନିର୍ମଳ ଜଳ ପାନ କରିବାର, ମାତ୍ର ତହିଁର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ଆପଣା ପାଦରେ ଗୋଳିଆ କରିବାର, ଏହା କି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବିଷୟ ଦିଶୁଅଛି?

19 [It is as though] you [RHQ] are forcing my flock to eat the grass that you have trampled and to drink the water that you have caused to become muddy!

ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାହା ପାଦରେ ଦଳିଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷଗଣ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାଦରେ ଗୋଳିଆ କରିଅଛ, ତାହା ସେମାନେ ପାନ କରନ୍ତି।

20 Therefore, this is what I, Yahweh the Lord, say to you: I myself will judge between [those of you who are like] [MET] the fat sheep and [those of you who are like] the thin sheep.

ଏହେତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ ଆମ୍ଭେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ହୃଷ୍ଟପୁଷ୍ଟ ମେଣ୍ଢା ଓ କ୍ଷୀଣ ମେଣ୍ଢା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରିବା।

21 [who are like] strong sheep, [it is as though] with your shoulders and buttocks you have shoved away [those who are like] thin sheep, and you have butted them with your horns, until you have chased them all away [from the good pastureland].

ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଓ ସ୍କନ୍ଧରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଠେଲି ଦେଉଅଛ ଓ ବାହାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ ନ କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଶୃଙ୍ଗରେ ପେଲି ଦେଉଅଛ;

22 But I will rescue my people, and they no longer will be (harassed/treated cruelly). I will judge between one person and another.

ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପଲକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଲୁଟିତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ମେଷର ଓ ମେଷର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଚାର କରିବା।

23 And I will appoint one leader [MET] for them, [someone who will be like] King David, who served me [very well]. That leader will take care of them and be like their shepherd.

ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଏକ ପାଳକ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚରାଇବ ଓ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପାଳକ ହେବ।

24 I, Yahweh, will be their God, and [the one who is like] [MET] King David will be their king. [That will surely happen because] I, Yahweh, have said it.

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ଦାଉଦ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଧିପତି ହେବ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହିଅଛୁ।

25 I will make a peace agreement with the people of Israel. In this agreement I will promise to get rid of all the wild animals in Israel, in order that my people may live safely, even in the desert and in the forests.

ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଶାନ୍ତିର ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା ଓ ହିଂସ୍ରକ ପଶୁଗଣକୁ ଦେଶରୁ ଶେଷ କରିବା; ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ନିରାପଦରେ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ବାସ କରିବେ ଓ ବନରେ ଶୟନ କରିବେ।

26 I will bless them, and I will bless the places close to my sacred hill. I will bless them by sending them rain showers at the right season; they will be showers to bless them.

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ପର୍ବତର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥିତ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ କରିବା; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯଥା ସମୟରେ ଜଳଧାରା ବର୍ଷାଇବା; ତାହା ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦର ଜଳଧାରା ହେବ।

27 The fruit trees will produce fruit and the ground will produce crops. And my people will live safely in their land. When I rescue them from people who caused them to be slaves [MET, DOU], they will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].

ଆଉ, କ୍ଷେତ୍ରସ୍ଥ ବୃକ୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଫଳ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବେ ଓ ଭୂମି ଶସ୍ୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ନିରାପଦରେ ରହିବେ; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳିର ଖିଲ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦାସତ୍ୱ କରାଇବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।

28 [Soldiers from] other nations will no longer take away their valuable possessions, and wild animals will no longer attack them. They will live safely, and no one will cause them to be afraid.

ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଲୁଟ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ପଶୁମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ନିରାପଦରେ ବାସ କରିବେ ଓ କେହି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ଦେଖାଇବେ ନାହିଁ।

29 I will cause their land to be famous/well-known for its good crops. There will no longer be famines in the land, and people in other nations will no longer ridicule them.

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ଉଦ୍ୟାନ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ଦେଶରେ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ସକାଶୁ ଆଉ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ଅପମାନ ଆଉ ଭୋଗ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

30 Then they will know that I, Yahweh their God, am helping them, and they will know that they, the Israeli people, are my people.

ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଯେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସହବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଟୁ ଓ ସେମାନେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ ଅଟନ୍ତି, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

31 [It will be as though] [MET] my people are my sheep whom I will take care of, and I will be their God. That is what I, Yahweh the Lord, declare.’”

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭର ମେଷ, ଆମ୍ଭର ଚରାଣୀ ସ୍ଥାନର ମେଷ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଅଟ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।”
